If this game is still excepting then I have two characters that counter each other that I'd like to use. Mainly so that their theme will make sense.
 
Alright then here are my two chars... Again as the first post I made was a fluke. Mind you even though I have two chars most of their powers counter each other. Will make human forms later once I find good pics.

Back ground for both: Years ago scientists of a company know as BioCorp. Had unearthed the lost tomb of Dovahro Praan (Dragon's Rest) and from it have taken a large Urn. In Side it lied the remains of two dragons and from them along with the he DNA of other life forms and super humans they created some super humans of their own. Their names were Krein Rith and Volbur Kes and they were designed to not only bring down their rivals but also eradicate large cities. BioCorp did everything in their power to keep these dinosaur-like monsters under their control, but Krein Rith and Volbur Kes had other plans in mind and destroyed the entire facility and almost every one inside. Now the two live on their own in the world each their own goals and morals. Krein Rith wishes to purge the world of all evil, while Volbur Kes only wants to cause mayhem and destroy everything for his own enjoyment.

Abilities:

Super augmented Stregth- both Krein and Volbur are spuper strong and are capable of lifting 50,000,000 tons. How ever they seldom use their full power on smaller targets as most obstacles they encounter do not wheigh nearly as much as they can lift.

Advanced Intelligence: with the combined intellect of the scientists of BioCorp and the long extinct Troodon, both Krein and Volbur are incredibly smart having an IQ of 325 each. They also grow smarter the longer they are in combat learning more and more ways to defeat their foes.

High speed- Both Krein and Volbur can run upto 300 MPH. How ever certain powers unique to Krein allow him to move faster than Volbur when needed. Using his fire powers Krein can reach speeds upto Mach 1 on the ground.

Nearly Indescribable- both Krien And Volbur are highly durable withstanding the power of a nuclear bomb at point blank and scan walk out unscathed if the bomb was small enough. Krien actually survived a 1 teraton nuclear missile and didn't even flinch. However when it comes to magical or unearthly powers their dragon like skin will not absorb the strike as well as it would had it been from something from earth.

Fire breath and Pyrokenisis- Krein is able to breath fire so hot that it can melt steel in a matter of minutes. And with a 20 meter range and area damaging effects it's unlikely that he will miss his target. Krien is also in possession of Pyrokenisis, an ability that allows him to make and or manipulate fire. He uses this skill at close range typically and like his fire breath is super hot.

Predatory Instinct- like a raptor, both Krien and Volbur have extraordinary senses of hearing, vision and smell. This power doesn't really need any other explanation beyond that.

Instant Combustion- using his brute strength and Pyrokinetic powers, Kreirn can ignite the hydrogen in the air from the strikes of his physical attacks to create explosions. The harder the hid, the bigger the boom. He typically uses this tat tack on targets bigger than him.

Endless Drought- using his Pyrokenisis, Krein can set the battle field on fire making it almost impossible for ground opponents to escape. The flames are so intense that not even water can put them out. It also damages opponents who are not immune to fire for the duration of its use.

Flight- using his Pyrokenisis, Krein can engulf his body in fire and fly at speeds of Mach 18.

Super Nova Explosion- Krein's most powerful attack. He gathers any and all forms of energy and formed it around him self in a large reflective ball of fire 200,000 times hotter than any of is other fore attacks. once it reaches its optimal size he exerts it all and one big explosion that can wipe out large city with ease. If he is gathering energy from sunlight or the sun itself then the charge is much faster and the blast radius is much larger. How ever since this attack is so strenuous he prefers to use it as a last resort.

Strengths:

Loyal
Respectfully to those he deems strong.
Prefers to fight evil rather than deliberately cause harm.
Although he despises humans, he will warm up to those who are nice to him.

Weaknesses:

SNE drains his stamina and leaves him vulnerable after each use for a few days.
Stubborn.
Dislikes humans, but not as much as Volbur
Short tempered

Personality: Krein Rith, is not too fond of humans be it super or not. As it was the human race who not only created him but also tourchured him. Humans did unspeakable things to him to the extent that it's a miracle he doesn't want to wipe them all out. For there was one human in his life that was actually nice to him and showed him a lighter side to the human race. As such Krein is not too quick to judge an individual. He has some morals but still has a long way to go from being civil. He is still learning many things about humans as it is so his personality is a bit mixed at this moment in time.

And now for the other.

Name: Volbur Kes (Chaos Edge in the huma language)
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Appearance: just like Krein but his human form has green eyes, and his creature form is blue with fins on is tail, back and forearms.

Abilities:

Even though both Krein and Volbur share some skills, Volbur has skills unique to him self just like Krein.

Hydro and Cryokenisis- As Krein can control and breath fire, Volbur can control and breath water and ice.his water breath is hot enough to flay skin off of most organic life forms and his ice breath is needless to say unbelievably cold. So cold it can in case them in solid ice or freeze them in place making them immobile. Scientists say that his "so cold that it burns"

Instant Stasis- like Krein's Instant Combustion, Volbur has the power to manipulate hydrogen between his physical attacks. But rather than blowing up the target it freezes them in solid ice. He uses this skill of his to trap the more tricky opponents or shatter weaker ones.

Vanish: using any form of water in the area and the power of his hydrokenisis. Volbur can coat his body in water and mend it to reflect and bend light, giving the illusion of invisibility.

Prism Reflect- Volbur can surround him self into a crystal like prism made of ice that will reflect any powers targeted at him back to the attacker. He tried this skill ones on one of Krein's fore attacks, but for some reason it doesn't work on anything fire based.

Endless Storm- using his Hydrokinetic powers, Volbur can make a powerful rain storm that prevents any flying opposition from leaves the battlefield. It also powers up his water based attacks.

Flash Freeze Strike- this is the Ice equivalent to the Super Nova Explosion. Volbur gathers any and all forms of water in his vicinity and gathers it into an icy ball, with him inside the center. Then the attack is fully charged everything in its path is either shattered apart from the blast, impaled from Ice shards or frozen solid. This attack leaves the area in a winter like statefor 5 years. But like the SNE this attack is one Volbur uses as a last resort.

Strengths:

Independent
Persuasive
Adores causing chaos, which gives him his name.

Weaknesses:

FFE leaves him vulnerable for a few days after each use.
Water attacks don't work in dry environments
Can not turn down a good deal.
Hates humans

Personality: Volbur Kes never did like humans and odds are he never will. He is a self centered, egotistical, psychopathic, trouble loving, heartless, malicious, monster. And he doesn't give a damn what any one thinks of him in the slightest. The only thingS Volbur DOSE care about it this. Destroy everything, kill humans, cause chaos, and outshine the red one.
