Anytime I see anyone use the word 'sweet' as an exclamation of joy I always think of Spridle Racer from the Speed Racer film directed by the Wachowzki's.

Basically what I'm saying is I'm now picturing Stein as a young, decidedly tubby boy, who watches a lot of Saturday Morning Cartoons and whose best friend is a chimp.

Moving on, I'm keeping up to date with the IC and will post again when timelines collide. In the meantime, I'll be working on some of my own stuff, as well as generally lurking and waiting for the perfect time to say something potentially witty.

The power manipulates aspects of earths sun like fire, light and with solar can have the ability of flight.

With the ability it the powers vary from turning to intense inferno, the solar power that allows the user to have flight, with the power of flight they could use the fire for jet manipulations specifically use the solar fire to fly.
  
  With the ability to enhance Chase's body with pure flames, the inferno could melt different structures and weld items together, it could also held in heated areas and could use his jet manipulations to get out of different locations or predicaments.

  In Charlies life, He is a very skilled electrician that is good with repairing or replacing electric and electronic equipment when it breaks. He is good with replacing items such as circuit breakers, fuses, switches, electrical and electronic components, or wire.   He was also a great Parkour artist when he was in his teen years, he known a lot of working with his agility, strength and his speed. He would practice everyday with his friends, hurdling, rolling and jumping to different roofs proving their strength and agility.

  Charlies has not yet learned how to use healing, how to use an eclipse and how to make a black whole using Solar manipulation, he tries to use it numerous times but it never works every time Charlies tries. He also is working with his fighting skill not being able to fight since he was thirteen and it really drained on him, he wasn't a high roll as a karate student only becoming a brown belt.

  Supernova Inducement: The ability to wipe out an entire solar system, only the most powerful and trained individuals could use.
  Solar empowerment: Chase becomes more stronger, faster and durable when in natural sunlight.
  Pyrotechnic Projection: Charles can generate and create different effects similar to universal colored fireworks displays with various ways.
  Fire Manipulation: Chase has the ability to project/generate flames and fire out of his palms/hands.

  For better defense with his abilities, Charles would be in need of a weapon. He has his fathers Ulaks that he mostly used for training, but will eventually use them for battles. At the moment he has no weapons because he has a good punches and kicks.

  Different heroes such as Hyper-viruim's who try to stay in secrecy and confidentiality, has to keep their face hidden so no one can find out who they are or even what they are and so they can live a normal life without people taking pictures or their face on the news everyday. Charles supported the idea, well only hot shots and people who wanna be famous want to be found out.
  
  So Chase wore a mask that he got from his fathers office, the mask has light blue streaks going down the mask, the main color of the mask is grey and the goggles are dark black so no one could see his face and identify him. Charles also wears black gripped gloves he wears with his costume, Chase also wears a black Hoodie and black cargo pants. Chase wears black boots but light enough to easily jump in the air and wears the hood with his mask.

  Charles David Jayson Caldwell was born on July 19th by his mother Sasha Liane Greene and with his father Gary David Caldwell. They chose David as a middle name from his father's middle name, they chose Jayson from Sasha's brother who died from a car accident on July 19th two years before he was born. They didn't think it was a coincidence but a miracle. He was born in Toronto Ontario, Canada but his father being born in England but his mother being born in Toronto.
  
  His father moved from England to Toronto for a job deal as a construction worker, well that's what his mother had told him. From there they raised Charles in a good normal neighborhood, were they raised him, his mother worked at a Casino a few blocks from there. The boy didn't know that his father who was there one week and gone another was a Hyperhuman, he was a Mars but he had no idea what he was.
  
  At age Nine his father had returned one week, weirdly he wanted to do whatever Charles wanted so the two went to different place's having the best time of their life, his father signed him out for a week for 'vacation'. At the end of the week his father tucked him in and explained a lot to him, to never trust anyone that seem to have a bad instinct and told him he was like him, an unnormal, his father then read him a story then closed the door. Charles then heard his mother crying, he wanted to go see but his father told him to not leave his room. So in the morning, on his way home from school, the bus stopped for some reason, so everyone on the bus went out. It seemed to be a traffic jam but saw a lot of people crowded around something. Everyone went to see and unfortunately, it was his father's dead corpse with a lot of stab wounds. The boy was devastated and laid in his bed for several days.
  
  The boy came out of his room a couple days later for his father's funeral, he noticed a lot of men with hoods across the street. Men in suits came and told him that he was a good man, which didn't really help. After the funeral ended, he had gotten over the sadness and wanted to find answers, who killed his father. Their was a room that he wasn't allowed to go down their, it was his father's office which was his first place to search for answers.
  
  He went down stairs in the middle of the night, it had a lock on it so the boy picked the lock and went down the stairs, it was definitely an office with a bookshelf and everything you would think to be in an office. But from his search was a bust couldn't find anything, before he went upstairs, he found a book called Hyperhumans , so the boy was curious and took the book, he then closed the door and went back to his room and turned on his night light and looked at the book. The boy was fascinated looking at sketches and explanations of these things called Hyperhumans.
  
  The boy found out about these 'creatures' that could pick up cars and fly through the sky, he tried to do those things but had no idea how to do it. His mother Sasha knew that her husband and brother were Hyperhuman's but didn't know as much as her deceased husband was. She wanted to tell the boy about his father and uncle but was too scared that he would freak out.
  
  At age thirteen, his friends mostly called him Chase, began feeling different, feeling more powerful. At that age he had put away the journal a year ago under his bed, so when he was cleaning his room one day, he was cleaning under his bed and found a dusty book, which he found was the book he put under his bed. For that time he began trying them out and seeing if he had any. But when Chase was 16 he found out (when he was trying each hype) that he was a hyper human classification Mars. So when Chase got home he dropped the book on his desk and went to sleep forgetting to put it away because he was exhausted. So his mother went in his room to take his laundry and found the book, she went to the back of it to see Charles listed as a mars classification.
  
  She had a talk with him he told him that his father was a Hyperhuman like him, he was a Atlas but he didn't get his ability from him, but his uncle. His father knew he would die on that day and knew that his son was a Hyperhuman but didn't tell Sasha that, his uncle was also a Mars but had the power of energy manipulation, and he was also murdered. The boy kept practicing with his Sasha's help but unfortunately she wasn't a Hyperhuman, but she had many tricks up her sleeve.
  
  Chase had kept practicing throughout his life, he went to college and became an electrician, he found a few clues from his father and uncle's death, the place connected to Crescent City, California. So he said goodbye to his mother, who was fine with his decision and knew he had to do this, even though she didn't want him doing it. So before he left, he found these Ulak's his father had in his desk, the man know twenty five, didn't know any fighting moves so he bought memberships to martial arts and learning how to use a weapon.
  
  When Chase moved to Crescent City and got a job as an electrician. After he got done work he went to the gym, then his weapon classes and on Wednesdays wen to Martial Arts classes. But didn't give up to investigate his father and uncle's cases to find out who had killed them and why, even though he has no more clues to come from, he still searches the city trying to find who killed them and why they had killed them.

It get's very much difficult to keep my abilities hidden, not that i am scared of the humans or that i feel that i am a freak, that i was told to hide it...By my father. Weirdly my father knew i had abilities but how? I have been asking that question everyday since his death, but i think it's time to try out my abilities isn't it? Well let's do it shall we?"
  
  Chase made his way down the sidewalk, the day was very busy with cars speeding down the streets, the sidewalk was also crowded with people running down the pavement. Chase stopped in front of a very small market to let the crowd go bye. Once most of the daily workers went bye, he then sneaked from the variety of humans and made his way down the ally.
  
  Charles stopped in front of a three walls covered with no where else to go, chase smiled as he looked at the three walls around him. He then stepped back a couple steps and went into a ready position like he was in the Olympics and about to race a half dozen Russian speedsters.
  
  Charles had been learning his fathers book of Hyperhumans, he has been trying to find out his ability and Mercury was next on his fathers book. He now hoped that Mercury was the type of Hyperhuman he was. From what he learned in the book, Mars wouldn't be a bad one to be.
  
  Chase ran at the wall, it has been said in the book that if you focus hard enough and let your mind go clear then it will work, but he can only hope. Chase had his foot impact against the wall, as he turned his body *180 degrees to turn and try to turn into fire and fly through the air.
  
  But Chase ended up falling on his stomach, but his hands softened the fall. Chase stood up from the fall and dusted himself off, looking back up at the wall. "Dammit, why does it have to be so difficult" He stomped on the dark black pavement, he then spotted the book on the ground and picked it up then threw it at the wall. "This is just a stupid book, my father was probably just crazy!" He freaked out then sat himself on the ground, he then inhaled and exhaled till he regained himself. Chase decided to clear his head and just head home.
  
  It was almost midnight and if his mother catches him then he would get beat. He lived in an apartment complex so Chase decided to climb up the staircase behind the building so he wouldn't get caught. As he ran up the stairs, the stairs were really rusty and messed up from people like him running up the stairs. But when Chase was running one of the metal steps were really rusty and the step under him broke off. Chase fell through but caught himself with his hands holding onto the other step above him.
  
  Charles's hands started to get sweaty and started slip off the metal. As Chase fell and held his eyes closed and his foot hit the metal under him, but he didn't fall down to the street but jumped through the air and realized that he wasn't caught by someone, but saw flames coming from his palms. At that moment, he realized he wasn't human...But a hyper human.

Alright so while I appreciate all the hard work you've put into this sheet I'm afraid I just can't accept it as it doesn't meet the required standards for this roleplay. That said I'm going to give you the option to reapply and I'm going to run through your sheet and do a breakdown of where it suffers. While your Basics tab is perfectly the first major complication with your CS comes from the Prowess tab. Firstly since I'm the one who linked you to Solar Manipulation I can clearly see it's essentially the wiki article paraphrased. I need you to do better than that, especially since most of the first chunk is going through the various names for Solar Manipulation. Neither I, nor any other reader needs to know the five different names for your ability. Something like 'Chase has the ability to manipulate solar energy which is known as Heliokinesis' would have been fine. You note multiple times that Chase can manipulate all aspects of the sun but this isn't elaborated upon and your applications definitely don't explain what exactly all aspects fully entails. If it wasn't for the limitations and weaknesses section, your character would be a god among men.

The first section of the Prowess tab should be your ability defined in your own terms so I or any other GM can see exactly how you understand your ability, As I see it right now, you understand your ability to be able to replicate the very energy of the sun within your character. You also list making a black hole as a possible ability in your limitations which implies he could learn it. All of this coupled together makes for a very overpowered character. His weaknesses aren't written very clearly and I'm not entirely sure as to what you're going to say. As I touched on above, his limitations don't so much limit him as just introduce new abilities he has yet to learn, those aren't limitations, those are future developments.

Moving on to the Equipment tab, there's nothing horrible out of place. The need for the curved knives is odd and feels slightly contrived for the sake of having a cool weapon but it's not a problem. The Details tab however is riddled with errors, the largest of which is this book of 'Hyperhumans' which apparently is blantantly labeled as such. What is this book and how does it contain so much information? Other than being a Hyperhuman himself, how does Chase's father have this book and where did it come from. Like I told PlayingMonster when she had her character's hobby as searching up info on Hypes online, these things just don't exist except in personal blogs and conspiracy theorist pages. So unless Chase's father wrote the book himself, this book isn't possible and if he did write the book it's unlikely he would have used the H.E.L.P. standard classification system let alone know about all other Hyperhumans considering some like Saturns are increasingly rare.

GENERAL COMMENT: Hypes don't refer to themselves by their Classification unless they've attended P.R.C.U. or were involved in either H.E.L.P. or S.H.I.F.T. for one reason or another. The Classification system was designed by H.E.L.P. and since knowledge of Hypes is not 'public' per say, neither are the classification names.

Back on task, the other thing that is horribly out of lore is that Chase's father somehow knew that Chase was a Hyperhuman and exactly what type before Chase even manifested his abilities since that happened after Chase's father had been murdered. As I have said before and is posted on the OP, Hyperhumans are literally undetectable before their abilities manifest during or after puberty. The release of hormones during puberty is what makes the Hype Gene come 'online' so to speak. Furthermore, Chase no matter his Classification did not inherit his abilities from his Uncle unless his Uncle is actually his father. The Hype gene is passed through the parents, and can manifest as just about any class as I have no rules regarding that on the OP (though at one point was going to say if both parents were a specific class the child would definitely be that class as well). Was the Prowess tab up to par this alone would get you rejected as it clearly contradicts the lore placed out on the OP.

Lastly we have the sample post and this is really what sunk your app since it was what I checked first. While a couple grammatical and spelling errors are okay in this RP, your sample and sheet subsequently are riddled with them. The biggest offender to me is the lack of capitalized 'I's in your backstory, if you can't remember to do that there's no way I can let you in my IC I'm afraid. It's not just once or twice either, by the halfway point of your sample I count 8 uncapitalized 'I's. I also found the change or perspective jarring and odd. You have three paragraphs of first person narrative weakly disguised as speech, the problem is there's nothing connecting this 'speech' to the following paragraphs which switch to a third person perspective. While I may not have liked it, you would have been better off to do the whole post in a first person perspective than switch. Also, who is he talking to? Himself, the audience? He's not Deadpool, he shouldn't be breaking the fourth wall. Oh and the book makes a comeback in the post and we already know how I feel about that book.

In conclusion, while it may be a completed CS it's far from up to standard for what I'm looking for I'm afraid and thus I can't accept it at this time. As I said, you're free to continue to apply but you're going to have to work hard to bring it up to standard with the other sheets.

Depends. The post I'd planned next in regards to City Hall was for the severely injured Josh to haphazardly make his way out of there, so unless you had planned to interact with him you might just as well go ahead.

Moreover, he is an NPC, so you may do as you wish regardless, if you had something planned. My character, the other Thomas, will merely react accordingly.

For the post, I had one paragraph, and an idea of how I wanted to end the post, but I had nothing in between that. Could not, for the life of me, find a way get to that end.

And for not communicating. Especially not communicating. I can say I was distracted by becoming an uncle this past week, or anything else, but I'm both pissed off and ashamed that I didn't communicate. I didn't ask for suggestions. I didn't let you know what was going on.

I have a plan for a post, (start to finish) that I will focus on getting done today(Sunday), in the morning hopefully. If something blocks me, I will let you know before Monday, so you can carry on with Stein, resolve it, and put me on inactive.
