Urban Blade

Such is the Hobo life.

Sometimes you get to buy drugs off the back of a truck. Sometimes you get beaten by planks.

Rolled a 16 for Search and found a Dumpster. Not sure if the Roll would count for finding clothes inside, or if I even needed to roll for the dumpster but eh. Lemme know if it doesn't work Asmo.

So, um, any other ideas on how to win over the guards? :3 I've been thinking but I don't have any ideas yet :c

Er... the other cop was still by his car.... there should have been a chase there or something... not a gradual sauntering onwards...

Might have to release the Consequence Monster on that one.

Speaking of consequence monster, who says we give Diplomacy a second try? 8D

Or maybe bluff.

Ah shit balls... didn't catch that part. Want me to just edit and take care of it?

Maybe just toss in the odd squealing tyre, gesticulating lawman and tail-shaking maneuver.

Well, since Zen has posted we'll just move on, rather than cut to a whole complicated car chase scene. No roll needed.

Very well then. Made a minor edit to compensate for the circumstances of the escape.

Can I do a Sense Motive check on the guards to try and guess what my dude could say to get us by? Ie ether to bluff or diplomasize.

Yep, you need to beat a DC of 20 to get an inkling of what their agenda is.

So roll 1d20? Would I add my Sense Motive and Cha mod to that or just Sense Motive?

So i'm assuming that for my rifle, since it's listed as huge, i can't conceal it according to the rules. However, what if i were to disassemble it and store it in my backpack for later use? It's kind of a situational weapon anyways, but i'd hate to be rid of it due to it's usefulness in those situations.

Ok so, i have to get something called a collapsible gadget? Sounds a bit odd... where would such a thing be found?

Edit: Looking at the description again, i'm wondering if the item must be crafted with the collapsible gadget as one of the components in order to be taken apart? Seems a bit more complicated than it needs to be...

I'll let the rest of you handle the socialising, seeing how I can only imagine how horribly Victor would do at it.

Should it go badly, however, I'll be on hand to engage with the shoosting.

I think gadget is just another word for feature, Pheonix. Just add +2 to the purchase modifier of your weapon and make a roll for it if it's higher than your original wealth bonus. If the roll fails it means your weapon can't be broken down like you want. (They used industrial gaffa tape to make it)
