"Copy." He started the truck and drove to the base.

Jay's mind started to wander as they drove on. She had zoned out and was thinking back to the sniper that had shot her. She wondered why he didn't take that second shot..

He drove and parked back into the vehicle depot. The scientists all started to flip out when they saw all the dents in the truck.

( Oops, I meant for him to be a big, hearty sort of person prone to laughter. He's just naturally loud 'cause of his barrel chest.)

The boy sighed. The girl had made him march in front of her after the gang sounded the retreat. He guessed that they were headed back to the enemies' base. He jolted forward suddenly, so spaced out he'd tripped on a root. He felt her grab his arm in mid-air to prevent his crash. Righting him, she flashed him an amused smile and walked onward. Embarrassed, he hurried after her. Well, at least they were together. He had been sad and lonely when there was only one hunter in the group. Come what may, he knew she hadn't meant anything to happen. It was just her way to disappear into the night, leaving the group to stumble as they tried to close off loose ends.

( Whoa...........Volhala was awesome. And yes, I spelt it wrong.)

Jay was brought back to reality as she heard rapid yelling. She climbed out of the truck just in time to see the techies' faces. She nodded to them, then spoke in rapidly in their language, explaining what happened. "Misioa larrialdi bere konpondu dezakezu hobea lortu dugu hemen baino, ziur nago. Ohizko duzu. Eskerrik asko." The one in front nodded, sighing. Jay turned around to face Scorch and J-Bird. "They'll fix her up, but they're still kinda steamed she is so...broken is the word they used." She looked back at them, then back to the team, nodding. Jay then proceeded towards the medical center, dismissing the team to do whatever they needed to get done.

(Valhalla?)

Scorch shrugged and walked off. He went to his bunk and started cleaning his rifle, even though he didn't use it.

As Jay entered the medical center, two nurses came over and spoke to her. They took her to an exam room and cleaned the wound, telling Jay to change the bandages every 4 hours and handing her a few. She nodded and walked out, realizing she still had all her equipment. She decided she'd put it up after stopping by the general's quarters. She walked over to the door and knocked with her other arm, her injured one slightly stinging from the cleaner the doctor used. "Sir?"

"Hahaha! About time, Kate!" The General laughed, practically making the door vibrate, "Come in, come in!" He opened the door wide for her.

She nodded and walked in, sitting down in a chair across from is desk. "You wanted to see me after the mission?" She said, more as a comment than a question.

"Yes.....," The General hesitated. He coughed, perhaps a tad nervously. "What do you know about 'the package'?" He asked finally, sitting back in his own comfy leather chair.

His question caught her off guard. Why would he ask that? "Well, sir, All I know is that he is part of the enemy, and he is our captive, and the enemy wants him back." She kept her eyes on his desk, out of respect she would not look him in the eyes.

((Sorry to leave, but I have to go. D= I'll be back in the morning to continue, I'm sorry))

"Hmmmmmm, not quite so," The General said, thoughtfully stroking his short-cropped beard, "'The Package' was a part of the enemy, and the enemy does want the package back, but 'the package' is far from our captive. In fact, here she is now." The General gestured towards his open office door. A girl and a boy took up the door's frame, remarkably similar to one another. They reminded one of the dark shadows that flickered in the night, their black eyes, hair, and clothes perfect for blending in with the darkness. The girl seemed quite and thoughtful, while the boy seemed a tad bit confused and flustered. The girl pushed the boy in, and silently closed the door behind her.

She turned and watched as they walked in. She made no noise, just nodded at them then turned back around. Finally, she found the right words. "Why are they the package?" She thought for a second maybe she shouldn't ask that, then decided it was fine, rising her eyes to meet the general's, half of her face, the side with her blue eye, now covered by her hair.

(Aawwwww, Odahviing won't let me ride him!)

"Well, 'they' being the current term, as I was only expected her," The General's eyes flicked towards the girl, "However, 'the packages' are now your newest team members. Though I know you are well rehearsed in the ways of a sniper rifle, I believe your team would require a specialist in that field. Thus, I requested the delievery of the 'package'.

Jay moved ever so slightly, then nodded. She understood what he was saying. "So they are the new members." She turned to them. "Then welcome to Omega." Then turned back to the general.

(the newest dlc for Skyrim alows you to ride dragons.)

Scorch walked to the truck and watched the scientists work on it. "We should name that thing." He folded his arms across his chest.

Jay leaned forward. "Sir, why exactly did the enemy want these people, and how did they even know about them?" Rested her chin on the hand connected to the uninjured shoulder, her other hand laying gently in her lap to prevent too much pain to her shoulder.

The General rested his palms downward on his full mahagony desk and leaned forward. "This girl, known as 'Shadow' or 'Shadow Hunter' during her operations, is a high-ranking member of that organization. She is skilled in all forms of assassination, stealth, and information hunting. I do not know exactly who the boy is, but I know that two birds of a feather often come together."

------------------
"I am the same as her, " The boy said quietly, "We have hunted often together on missions. Though my skills aren't as developed as Shadow's, they have a father range than just stealth tactics." The General raised an eyebrow at Jay, indicating his point. The boy hesitated, then continued, "But if she's leaving our organization for this one, I guess I will, too. It gets lonely being the only true Hunter around." He unconsciously moved a bit towards Shadow. "Noone understands a Hunter better than one of their own," He finished, falling silent.
