Adiv whined, but couldn't do much else. He knew he'd never be able to return to the cave... Where would he go now?

America took a deep breath and carried him to the edge of the woods. She noticed no one around and made a B-line for the empty warehouse across the street. Once she entered, she sat him down on the concrete floor and began making a bed.

Adiv groaned, coughing again. He tried to sit up. He was freezing cold, soaked to the bone, and the tranquilizer hadn't fully worn off.

America gently laid him down as she gently hushed him. "It's okay Adiv. Just relax," she whispered softly as she finished the makeshift bed. She helped him onto it and laid next to him, wrapping him in blankets. "Just relax."

Adiv sighed. He pulled gently on America's arm, wanting to cuddle with her.

America gently held him as she closed her eyes, refusing to let go. "Shhh," she whispered softly as she nuzzles his neck gently.

Adiv curled into America, whining softly. He was still shivering a little, but not nearly as much. He yawned softly.

"Get some sleep, dear," She whispered as she held him closer, trying get best to keep Adiv warm. She closed her eyes as she slowly fell asleep.

Adiv stayed close, slowly, hesitantly falling into a deep sleep. Nothing would wake him.

America woke up the next morning, holding Adiv closely as she yawned softly. She ignored the fact that she hadn't had a chance to grab her shorts and shirt, therefore she was still in her bathing suit.

Adiv was still in a deep sleep, but he was warm now.

The man sat in the back of the cave, silent, waiting. He had jet black hair, but his hood his most of it. Two yellow eyes pierced from behind the mask.

America slowly pulled away and stood up. She ran out and began looking for some old clothes. She found an oversized tshirt and a pair of sweatpants, slipping them on and walkig back inside.

Adiv started to wake up, sitting up and rubbing his eyes as he looked for America. When she returned, he whined, reaching for her.

America quicjly walked over and sat down beside him, pulling him into her lap as if she were holding a child. "Shhh...it's okay. You're safe now," she whispered softly as she rubbed his back.

Adiv curled into her, relaxing again. He hugged her tightly, afraid of losing her.

America gently held him as she rocked him back and forth gently. "Shhh. I'm not going any wear," she whispered softly and smiled at him.

Adiv nuzzled her shoulder. His ears flickered, brushing against her cheek. "Thank America.." He said quietly, a hint of sadness in his voice.

America giggled softly and pulled away as she pet his head gently. "Don't thank me. I couldn't bare to see someone hurt you," she said softly as she looked at him carefully.

"Still thank America for save Adiv." He said quietly, looking into her eyes. He tilted his head a little. He was pale and very warm. He could barely sit up on his own and his ears were limp. "Adiv still sleepy." He sighed, yawning softly.

"Get some sleep Adiv," she said softly as she laid his head down. She smiled as she began to sing softly to him.
