If we can commission a grenade launcher, like that simple M-something thats just a tube and a trigger, we could just blast that DJ stand without too much trouble. Speaking of which, can the second floor be accessed from outside? Like a fire escape ladder or something? If so, moving there and exploding the ceiling on the DJ stand would probably be a viable option as well.

So team. I have done a thing

The thing in particular is a spreadsheet with all our characters broken down into a single sheet. It is useful in getting an 'at a glance' look at traits and stuff.

It is currently open for editing, so if I fucked up your character, feel free to change it.

For example, we have only two Diplomats, and only one Medic, but 8 people are good with light munitions.

I shall attempt to update this as we go, but yeah: enjoy kids.

Edited on the 9th December: G'day kids. I've updated the Spreadsheet to include the two new characters. While I was doing that, I also moved the statistics I had lying about at the bottom of the sheet onto their own, separate page, which you can find at the bottom of the spreadsheet. At some point, I might pretty the sheet up a bit, but for now it serves its function.

It would be just as easy to bookmark the post which has it. That would waste less of Brovo's time and would leave it for me to just update it at my own leisure and then add a message saying 'I've edited the thing' when I have edited the thing.

Of course, Brovo is welcome to put it into the Opening post. I got no issue with it.

Just saying, but Jeanne's missing from the sheet at the moment.

That is because you weren't on the Opening Post's character list.

*Pops on his reading glasses, and goes to observe the actual OOC*

In fact, I can't see any evidence the character is accepted yet.

A spreadsheet!?

Take me now.

bamboo :eyebrowwaggle

Let's say tea and crumpets instead, I find bamboo to be a bit too chewy for my tastes.

Looking at the spreadsheet, I can see that we have 2 Vamps with charm (Anastasiya and Doc) and 2 humans with diplomacy (Anya and Alexander). I think that ideally we should be sending two pairs (1 human and 1 vamp) to try to convince the human bodyguards and the club owner to cooperate or at least stay out of the way.

That way we should be maximizing our chances of reducing the number of present enemies and potential enemies. I would like to ask @Brovo for some more information on both charm and diplomacy in regards to what chances of success we are looking at for some theoretical cases (i.e. how easy would it be to charm a random guard, a more elite character and a more "boss" like being?).

I have also been thinking that perhaps Doc could use his bat summoning and levitation talents to cause some sort of distraction, but I'm not exactly sure how well bats work when the enemies are heavily armed...

I'm pretty sure Charm acts as a supernatural boost to your diplomacy, and Diplomacy is body language stuff that help calm people in combat. And as stated earlier, diplomacy is based on what you say, not dice rolls. Technically, anyone with any traits could be a suave operator.

I won't mind signing up to go have a nice chat with that Night clubs owner. It should not be hard to infiltrate seeing how I also have no threat so I won't be very suspicious. If the Owner doesn't seem like he wants to cooperate then I could just simply cross him out.

I agree Anastasiya should be part of the laptop retrieval.

And that damn spreadsheet won't let me edit... >__>

Everyone with Heavy Munitions is part of the Bank Truck group I believe. I suppose Mafuyu could act as Jonathan or someone else's bodyguard, but Heavy Armor and Heavy Munitions is probably going to draw way too much attention. Karl is not really suited for being out in the open either.

The three were also sent up so that when the Bank Truck does arrive, hopefully Leonardo can get up there and blow a hole in the wall so they can provide fire from higher ground as well as better situational awareness.

Reason Jonathan is alone is because he can transform behind one of the pillars without any of the Enforcers noticing thanks to his custom trait. The sight of a Lycan transforming will probably frighten some people but I assume it'll be hard to notice, especially when a truck comes plowing through the wall moments later.

And while, yes going 1v6 is a horrible idea, he's more of an ambush waiting to happen. The moment Aleksander and his escorts are too distracted by Karl and Mafuyu firing the big guns, hopefully with some explosives, John's going to join the fray.

And given the Enforcers armor, I figured anyone with only Small Munitions would be better off helping finish off the four guarding the laptop. Two extra guns would put the four down all the faster and get all eight back up. Also, more people would probably help influence the bodyguards.
Yeah I want Karl in the bank truck anyway. Details to follow.

Right now, pending Brovo's permission, i'm planning on Karl having retrieved a RPO-M Shmel-M for a first strike against the booth. Once used he plans on moving to mowing down anything hostile with an MG-42.

What? No PKM to complete that East German look? ;)
Nah, saving the PKM for later. Karl's going to roll through firearms fairly frequently except for his backup sidearms (a pair of Lupara shotguns)

For one mission he might use a PPSH-41, for another an AK-47, for another a HK-416, on another he go with a Mk-19 Grenade Launcher etc.

The choice of MG-42 this time was quite specifically for it's "sound"

EDIT

Karl's an ex-arms dealer, he changes guns like most people change underwear :p

May I humbly suggest that you include some of the wonderful Finnish weaponry that have graced the history books and several wars. The Finns always seem to succeed in creating weapons that have this amazing balance between the high-quality of many Western firearms and the reliability/brutality of Eastern European weapons.

The venerable Suomi KP/-31, grandfather of the PPSh-41, and the prodigal son of the AK-47, the Rk 62 would be great candidates in my view.

You certainly can. ;)

No offense... But I would have Terra on the bank truck. Specifically because she adds a massive bonus to the "What the fuck is going on! THIS IS A DISTRACTION BITCHES!" bonus you all will probably be getting. She is a massive support character and she will be backing up the heavy munitions characters and having her lycanthrope side-kick ready to jump on the scene in some manner. Worry about getting to the laptop. They'll help wrangle people in the dancefloor from making their way to the laptop storage or upstairs or outside or... Well, anyway besides our prison or the true death. :3
