Rosewoods Academy For The Arts

Zendaya hurried up the front steps into the main building. She felt nervous walking into a large school like this. Everyone seemed so much more...what's the word...sophisticated. Zendaya was here on scholarship she was lucky enough to win at a talent show. Her old truck sat in the student parking lot filled with her things.
Stepping into the main office, Zendaya cautiously approached the older woman at the front desk. "Um, may I have my room assignment and class schedule please?" It wasn't event the first day and she had already forgot two very important papers at home, four hours away.
"Did you not recieve them in the mail?" The woman asked, eyeing her suspiciously, like she wasn't supposed to be there.
"W-Well I forgot them..." Zendaya spoke avoiding eye contact. After a heavy sigh and much clicking of keys Zendaya was handed her papers.
"Thanks a bunches!" She said happily hurrying out of the office to her car to grab her things. The secretary shook her head, but a small smile graced her face.

Twenty minutes later and Zendaya had all of her bags in her room. Now for the unpacking. Pulling out her personal speaker set, made my a close tech friend from home, music pounded through her room. Anyone outside could easily hear every beat and lyric. Zendaya set to work unpacking. It didn't take long for her to start singing along and dancing to the music pounding through the speakers. She wasn't shy about who heard or saw, she was focusing on dance and singing after all.

A while later and everything had its place. Unplugging her Ipod Zendaya placed in her headphones and started to explore the grounds. The school was huge!

Bernhard's blue eyes were staring at the large school in awe, amazed at the beautiful work of architecture. He even forgot his embarassment from earlier. He was born in a very rich family, but he was quite the humble guy, and didn't want other people to think he was egoccentric or liked flaunting his money. He wanted to go to school in a nice little car, with his mother and father, like any other normal kid, but the circumstances made him require a car a little big bigger. Well, in fact, he had two large trucks behind of him. There he brought his sculptures and paintings, and the machinery needed to move his unfinished sculptures into the school, since they were quite heavy.

He let his parents' servants take care of his stuff, except for a sketchbook and a wooden pencil case with every color pencil imaginable. After a giving a tender goodbye hug to his mother, and a firm handshake to his father, he grabbed the sketchbook and pencilcase and looked for a good spot in the gardens, well lit by sun, to lay down and draw whatever came to his mind.

Zendaya had wandered through the whole school. Most of the kids took one look at her and turned their noses up. Jerks... She thought annoyed. She tried her luck outdoors. That's where she found the gardens. Her breath flew from her as her eyes roamed over it. She was in awe. It was beautiful. Zendaya found a small cleared spot of grass when her favorite song came on. Engery by Keri Hilson played through her headphones and she couldn't help but move. Her movements were soft and flowing. She let every pent up fear and doubt flow out of her through her movements. She loved this song. It always helped her clear her head and purge her of her fears and doubts.

Victoria had left school for hour and when she came back she found someone else things she shrugged and went to her side of the room the she was glad had been untouched. She looked around and smiled she was going to try to be friends with this person. She laid back on her bed humming to her self her eyes closed. She thought about what to do with her room maybe she'll call her father and ask for a few things to have in their so she wouldn't have to leave as much.

Alan loked up at Nathan, a bit embarrassed and having not expected anyone to walk in, "I suppose so ..." He replied, looking up at Nathan, He stood up, setting nthe keboard beside him on the bed, and giving a soft bow, his head still high, around where his neck would have been, he walked over to Nathan and stuck his hand out, "Name's Alan ..." He said, a bit meekly.

Bernhard was trying to lose himself in his thoughts, let his imagination flow an sketch something. Sometimes, even the sillyest of sketches could end up as a painting masterpiece. He let his gaze wander around the gardens, when he noticed a pink haired girl dancing to some silent melody. No, wait, she was wearing headphones. He wished the girl would share the music with him, then maybe he could catch a hint of the passion she was feeling.

Staring at the girl just for the sake of looking at her dancing could come off as creepy, so he sat in a comfortable position, his notebook on one of his legs, and began sketching as fast as he could gesture drawings of the girl. Soon he had several pages filled with drawings of a dancing girl.

When the song finished Zendaya had a happy smile in place. She sat in the grass flipping threw songs when she felt like someone was watching her. She had felt it when she was dancing too. Looking around she spotted a boy a little bit off. "Hey!" She waved getting up. She walked to where he was. "Hiyah, Im Zendaya nice to meet ya." she smiled sweetly as she introduced heraelf. "Whats your name?"

"Uh, okay." Nathan let out a sigh and then spotted the hand reaching out to him. Gross. "No thank you," he said, kindly smiling as he was taught to. He threw his bag onto a chair. "I was just dropping that off. I'll see you." He then turned around, not bothering to wait for a reply. His father would have his head if he knew about that, but luckily for Nathan, he didn't, and he would never find out. Rosewoods meant freedom, and why shouldn't Nathan take an advantage of that? Exactly. He closed the door behind him, popped in the ear buds connecting to his iPhone, stuffed his hands into the front pockets of his jeans and started walking, not paying any attention to the scenery whatsoever. He didn't care about what this school looked like, just like he didn't care about any of the lessons, his classmates or whatever. Hell, he didn't care about anything, and everything bored him to pieces. He could only hope something interesting would happen, but then again, high hopes weren't really his thing either. He came to a halt and scratched the back of his head, letting out another sigh. He'd better find the cafeteria, since one of the few things he did enjoy was coffee.

Alan watched as Nathan just walked out, a look of wonder on his face, "What was that?" He whispered to himself, then shook his head's and shrugged a little, "Whatever." He went back over to the bed and plopped himself down, laying on the bed, looking up at the ceiling, soon other's would arrive, he sighed a little in anticipation, he may as well go out and greet other's, he stood up and walked toward the door, going toward the front of the school.

Victoria sighed and stood up putting on a jacket grabbing her IPod touch and her dre beat headphones leaving her room. She was a bit hungry and tried to find her way to the cafeteria . placed her headphones over her ears and scanned through her songs and played one of her own tracks the beats fast and upbeat as she walked she thought about what the lyrics should be she had her eyes to the ground thinking not even noticing where she was going she slightly bumped into Alan " Sorry-" she said looking at him smiling seeing it was him she pushed her headphones down so they where around his neck "Hi Alan.."

"Hey ... Victoria." He said, his mind elsewhere, but he smiled, "Where you heading?" He asked softly, staring into her eyes, realizing he was at least a full head taller than the girl, he smiled kindly however, she would be a good friend, not unlike some others he was sure to meet.

She looked up so she could be looking into his eyes " The cafeteria wanna come my treat..?" she said thinking that's what friends do so she should give it a try. she smiled turning off the music she had playing knowing she would be up half the night working on lyrics. She smiled kinda of liking having a friend wondering what it's like to not eat alone she thought.

He nodded a little bit, "Okay sure ... but ..." he was going to offer to pay but thought, would he have enough money the whole year? He pursed his lips, "I can pay ... for myself ... okay?" He said finnally watching her, he liked the offer, but he wanted to be stubborn.

" No problem next time okay ?" she said still smiling wondering why he hadn't expected, maybe they weren't that close just yet. she walked towards the building " you coming ? " she said teasing him she hummed to her self quietly

He nodded, following behind her slowly, at least he could get to learn more about Victoria, until she would learn he came from a poor family, he sighed in anticipation.

They soon got to the cafeteria she open the doors and it seamed the place already had people in it the smell of the food was intoxicating she smiled going to the line " I would like orange chicken on rye please " she said the lady behind the counter she waited. Victoria wondered more about Alan if she wanted to become friends they would need to know almost everything about each other. The lady soon gave her what she asked for , Victoria handed the lady a 20 dollar bill and waited for Alan to get his food .

Alan came up behind her, not that hungry he ordered only 2 slice's of pizza, thanking the woman and handing her about 10 bucks, he came behind Victoria, knlwing he probably looked redicullous, especially since he was holding pizza.

She walked over to a table and sat down starting to eat her food slowly thinking about what to ask him she didn't want to come off as a crazy person or being to pushy so she waited for him to talk first.

He looked at her softly, unsure of what to say, sp he smiled gently, "Anything on your mind?" Alan asked softly.

" Nothing, So tell me about yourself.." she asked softly eating
