The Blue Rose Witch isn't available. That's why I put "Not Recruiting" under the role. I have no idea who that person is. Apparently they cannot read.

Info regarding the matter:

The original BRW was Francis, who is the one that made the original deal with the Rose Demon to gain power. He then brought together a covenant, and the Rose Demon granted each member the power of the rose the gleamed many colors. Unfortunately, they had to feed the Demon souls, and Francis didn't like that. So Francis and the original five witches banded together and sealed the Rose Demon away with in them selves. This came at a price, and the souls were to forever be reincarnated as these witches in order to keep the demon sealed away. As each carnation cycle passes, the mark of the Rose Demon appears on one of the ten rose witches. In the current cycle, Morris, the WRW, was born with the mark of Rose Demon. This means that the Rose Demon resides with in Morris, and Morris actually has two souls inside of him, instead of one.

Just so we're clear on this. The Blue Rose witch Xavier Petrova is DEAD. He is the deceased husband of Anastasia Petrova, the red rose witch, and the ex-mayor of Nautchwald. The Blue Rose Witch is the "Alpha Dog" of all the Rose Witches, given the notion that he is the one the created the covenant in the first place and other things. Now that he is dead, the Rose Witches are with out a leader. That is where Anastasia comes in. Anastasia, having married the BRW, makes her the Alpha Female. Plus she's a potion masters so there is literally nothing she can't do, which makes her one of the most powerful rose witches.

Anastasia will remain the head of the family until the next Blue Rose Witch is born, and ready for the position of "Alpha Dog". This is going to happen two decades later with the birth of Alexander, Moselle's Son.

That's why the role is currently unavailable, it won't be available until like god knows when and Moselle has her baby.

I don't know how I can be more clear than that. I'm going to send them a message and ask though. Maybe they'll still want to play them or something later. Who knows xD

Oh so it's Sempai not Senpai. I couldn't tell. Thanks for clearing that up. Yeah yeah, I know she looks great. I figured she just misread, I'm just giving her a hard time. Which doesn't really work since she isn't here.
