They started to run ^^' And dogs can't see well at night, so they use their other senses (hearing and smell mostly). Like I said though, it would be harder for the dogs, but not impossible. It they are good enough "guard" dogs, they would be used to this situation and would be just fine. Same if they were already technically blind from being in the dark for so long (if they had been I'm the dark for so long). But yeah, the race officially began. Zackymas just posted Okami running and Djae had Kase start but turn around to get Okami. Now that he's running, it's safe to say Kase will. After all, if they stay there, they face the wrath of 80 rabid dogs, which is quite a bit to deal with if they stick around.

I just got confused because @Nivek apparently found Vale, and snapped a dog's neck, so I was wondering if I missed something
 
sorry did i get something mixed up because i thought the pres and another undergounder was being attacked by dogs? sorry if i got it wrong...

Kase is being attacked by dogs, however, she is not the president.

Vale is, and she is in the building being escorted by a guy named Smoke, and he's who kidnapped her

And Kase is in the subway and Vale is hidden in some building
 
If you want to find Vale then you can edit or delete your post and post again or just fix it, that is, if you want to

If you found Kase:
you're on the breezeway behind a fence

In one of the maintenance tunnels

Or you came through the sewer hole where my helpers will redirect you to the breezeway
 
Kase, Okami, and Rant are in the sewers

Ayra and her partner are above ground

Vale and Smoke are inside the building about 3 hallways from Nivek
