She had been told that she was a Valkrye; while she didn't know what that was at the time she quickly learned about her...strange powers, that the humans who had created her didn't have. Ice...cold and beautiful she learned to use this skill, learned quickly, then one day it all stopped, no one came to see her, there was no one around but her and a few other Valkrye's who had been left in the hotel, apparently she knew everything she needed to know and so she really began her life as an unwinged yet...strong Valkrye in search of a good owner.

Well. I hadn't decided a max or anything, just be in reason considering your characters potential and personality. Also keep in mind their are only five hundred Valkrye native to the city along with a few foreign ones and the amount of Valkrye possess all have to live in your home.
Yes, as long as it's not a direct god-mod you can and should most certainly have a cooler power, so to speak.
The spots are reserved, just remember your Valkrye can't be with your owner. And feel free to recruit people.

I know! I'm sorry his name didn't really follow how it was wanted though, just thought it would make for an oddity.... That and his personality would fit in quite well (although he isn't exact, obviously.... didn't want to be one of those people...)
