I might not be able to participate in this if I am not accepted? I hope I am accepted, then. I'm thinking about oneirokinesis and enhanced synesthesia for my charrie.

Of course, but unless I've explicitly told you that you'll be accepted if you change X, then it still won't guarantee your acceptance. I'd still be happy to explain why, though. The amount of people interest just makes it so that I can't let every person in at this point.

If you want to begin a concept, the basic skeleton is just appearance, personality, background, and power description.

I'm not just here because superpowers XD this honestly reminds me of the "escape the lab" roleplays of my youth but actually really well written XD
 
I'll wait for the OOC to pop up. Unless it popped up while I wasn't looking.
 
@CloudyBlueDay So, you say public is largely unaware of SPME, but are slowly becoming more aware. Would it be alright, if there's viable reason, if my character had a vague idea of who they are (I was thinking all she knows is that they do things to superhumans, but she doesn't know whether it's bad or good, though she has an inkling it's bad, but she doesn't know any in depth information about their practices and what not) provided I give you the basic idea in pm of why I think she'd know about them?

I'm so confused what's going on?

I think an OOC topic went up and nobody bothered to sticky the link.
 
Cloudy stated earlier - a few pages back - that she would attempt to get everything up by Wednesday. Nothing has been posted, yet. :)
