No, but seriously, I don't mind. I still have to make up my mind what to make. Especially since everything has slowed down.
 
I'm positive about what I want to do now. I want to make an Inuzuka after all. Trouble is, I think you said I'd have to make him a missing ninja. Is it possible for a shinobi to join a village? I mean, I'd just rather he not be hunted, ya know? I don't have it in my mind that he be villainous at all.

Plus, it'd be a nice way to Introduce the clan to the village.

Any help? Advice, tips? Money?
 
Yea, missing-nin can join villages, but they gotta get the Kage's Permission first, than they need to take a test to determine what rank they are in the village.
