Ah okay... I'm deciding to just go with the flow when the rp start so to not confuse myself with stuff anymore. :)
 
Well, Adette will usually keep the kids because she knows what it's like to be in the foster system and she doesn't want kids to go through the same thing if she can help it.

Technically, we can start whenever. There isn't a certain amount that needs to be filled or anything like that. I'll probably start it up this weekend since I'm free to post and such. Hopefully, at that time, we have more characters and a larger variety.
