-Glasses. No Glasses. Glasses? No Glasses? ... Glasses, yup, sun says glasses.- was the mental battle going through Rafael's head as he looked in the mirror. The eldest son of Hans cared about his image since even his charismatic ways could only get him so far if he didn't look a particular part. Stuffing his hands in his pockets once he was set, Rafael meandered to the front of his house where he broke up a fight between the second child, Anderson, and the fourth child, Hansel, on his way to the front door. Unlike his father's family that had something like thirteen kids, his family ended at five, with Kolton as the third child and Maia as the fifth... it was almost as if his parents were really just waiting to have a girl or something.
The entire matter didn't really make a difference to Rafi one way or another though. He was just annoyed that a new school year was already upon him. At least this would be it though... he got to graduate and move on with his life after all of this.

Pulling his new car into an empty spot not too far from the back entrance, Rafael lifted himself out of the low seats and puled open the doors, walking through the halls until he found his locker. Maybe this new year would bring some new fun or at least something to keep his attention.[/padding][/fieldbox][/bg]

Scool Sucked. There was not really any other way to feel about it according to Sawyer. Flipping her hair over her shoulder as she glanced at the orange and pink sunrise behind her from the view of her vanity mirror. Pretty sight, but not something worth swooning over. After all, you can't touch a sunrise like you can a pair of shoes or a sweater.
Putting the finishing touches on her makeup, Sawyer pushed herself back and looked at the time on her phone before looking in her full-length mirror to ensure her look was pristine and perfect. Normally getting ready for school only took an hour and a half, but since it was the first day of her junior year and first impressions were all that mattered, Sawy took an extra fourty-five minutes to be more perfect than ever... if that was even possible.
Marching out of her bedroom, door still wide open to reveal the mess of clothing strewn around the floor after Sawyer's closet raid to find the perfect outfit, the one that made her fingers tingle when she finally touched it. She could just wave her wrist and style an outfit ... but there was no sense in using magic on herself when she owned the best that money could by. "Let's go Henrik!" the brunette called, tapping her foot impatiently as she waited on one of her mother's former huntsmen to drive her and take the annoying knapsack she needed to carry. The young man rolled his eyes and took the backpack from Sawyer as he passed, twirling the keys to the mini-limo around his finger as he opened the door for her then walked around to drive the prissy teen to her destination.

Before they even arrived at the torturous academy, Sawyer had her phone out, already typing a string of texts to her right and two left hands: Emilia, the daughter of Maleficent and Ryland and Sapphire, the son and daughter of Governor Ratcliffe. She technically had her own little crew, but only those three were dumb enough to hang on her every word. Colby however, seemed to have a mind of her own... something that annoyed Sawyer from time to time.[/padding][/fieldbox][/bg]

Smashing his hand down on the electronic alarm clock next to his bed for what was probably the eighteenth time at least, Hugo let out a sigh muffled into his pillows and rolled over to his back, just laying there, staring at his ceiling for another few minutes before actually pulling himself out of bed. A few books tumbled onto the floor when he moved, disrupting the places he had apparently left them the night prior. Running a hand through his curly mass of hair, Hue let his blue gaze look around while he sorted himself out, then meandered into his bathroom to change.
Having made his 'preparations' in time, Hugo had about ten minutes before they probably needed to leave ... which would allow him to most likely finish the book he had begun before falling asleep last night. It was actually fairly boring, just something about electric circuits... but with what appeared to be an 'inventing gene' running in the family there were hardly ever a shortage of books relating to the topic... even if some sixteen year old male had read a large portion of the books already taking residence in the family's massive library. "Hey Hayden, you ready?" Hugo hollered down the hallway as he exited his room, pulling the door closed behind him while trying to finish tucking in his polo. The male twin didn't actually wait for a response ... he just continued down the hall and descended the stairs before Mrs. Potts ushered him into the dining room, going on about how there would always be time for a cup of tea.

So this was the school, he thought, taking in the exterior for a moment before following a group of students in. It seemed pretty ordinary from the outside ... but from what the young male understood, it was anything but ordinary. Excited at the prospect of learning more, Hugo opted to just follow the crowd of kids that looked to be closest in age to him and his sister.[/padding][/fieldbox][/bg]

Running through the soft grass underfoot as she did her best to get back to her family's villa, it was times like this that made Gwen wish she had been blessed with super speed like her older brother. After All, it wasn't as though she really ever needed to use her strength for anything. "Please don't leave.." the redhead murmured, racing as fast as her legs would carry her; before ever so ungracefully back inside through the back door. Perhaps her Uncle Phil had been right, maybe those early morning walks did take longer than she thought... but, Ginny just couldn't help herself. She adored the nature and surrounding herself in it. If not for the fact that she looked almost as a spitting image of her father Hercules, it would seem easier to believe that maybe she was actually a daughter of someone such as Snow White or Pocahontas.
Blue eyes scanning the kitchen as she leaned against the wall to catch her breath, Gwendolyn groaned again at the time. She had definitely missed the bus by now. "Chris!" she hollered once she had re-established her breathing, shouting in the direction of her brother's bedroom. Hopefully he hadn't left yet. 'Great job, Gwen' she thought to herself while waiting for a response that might not even come, 'first day at the new school, and you're already off to a great start'. Sighing, Gwen picked up her backpack from under the table, slipped on her sandals, and grabbed an apple off the countertop before giving up on a reply and just started walking. Luckily, the red-haired teen knew where the school was... Now she just had to get there on time for class. Gwen felt too ashamed to ask her parents and uncle after the warnings. There was still a slight prick of hope in her that maybe Christopher was still around or that he could catch her down the road or something... but just in case she decided it would be best to get started on her journey. With any luck, tomorrow she would remember to be more time conscious.

Looking around, it all felt so surreal to finally be here. Sure, she had seen it a few times before, but this was such a new experience. "Ohmygods!" she beamed, smiling from ear to ear as the bright eyed sophomore took everything in. All she needed to do now was find Hugo and Hayden, her two best friends ... oh, and not get lost or trampled on her way to class.[/padding][/fieldbox][/bg]
