"I'm a legitimate businessman."
Appearance:
Standing short at 1.5 metres and appearing most young, this young man dons a business suit proud and tall. This bespectacled young man has a face so child-like you can't take him seriously.
Name:
Maki Kido
Known Aliases:
Producer Kido
MakiP
Age:
Self-proclaimed 16 year old
Canon:
Organization:
United Nations
Powers / Abilities:
Outside his realm, Maki possesses a few sound-based abilities that he cannot normally use in his home realm or depictions of his home realm. He says that this is due to the 'Magic of Cinderella' but everyone beloeves that that is utter bull. If a person recognises the people the auras are based off, they will know.
He can enhance the range and power of these voices via musical instruments. It is straining to use more than one voice at a time, hence he does not.
Red Metal Voice - A blood-crimson aura shaped like
this person appears, seemingly holding a guitar. This aura is then absorbed into Kido as he gains the ability to release piercing, damaging sonic howls. He can materialise a red aura guitar while using this ability in order to access an 'enhanced state', but this may put some strain on his body.
Purple Pop Voice - A pinkish-purple aura shaped like
this person appears, seemingly attached to loudspeakers. Kido absorbs this aura as he gains the ability to unleash voices that may display various status effects in addition to dealing damage - from most likely to least likely - confusion, paralysis, burns and poison. He can conjure purplish-pink aura boomboxes to enhance this particular ability while putting strain on his body.
Blue Classical Voice - A greenish blue aura shaped like
this person appears. Kido absorbs this aura as he gains a soothing, non-damaging voice-based ability. In addition to reducing an opponent's stats by making them want to attack or defend less due to the soothing sounds, it has a chance of inducing sleep. He can unleash a greenish-blue aura cello to enhance the effect of these abilities, putting strain on him in the process. This voice can also be used to heal allies.
A feat displayed at the end of The War of the Universe, Kido can use some sort of spell that temporarily enhances the overall power of all allies, and might grant them an ability that is exclusive to royalty in their world.
Kido seems to have a fair deal of knowledge of other characters and concepts, having researched on other realities. It helps that some of these realities are but franchises in his world, especially Bandai Namco Games.
Kido has learned how to set traps up.
Kido has canonical evidence of possessing low-tier parkour skills, being limited to a single floor level. For this RP, they have been enhanced to mid-tier parkour skills as evidence of improvement, where Kido can master up to three stories worth of parkour. This passes on to increased leg strength and enhanced dexterity.
Kido possesses slightly enhanced soccer skills compared to a common human.
Equipment:
Basic Motorcycle License - Evidence of being capable of riding a low-levelled Motorcycle, what some may call a 'dirt bike'.
Desert Eagle - a backup weapon to be used only if his otherworldly powers fail.
Kitchen Knife - same as Desert Eagle except knife.
A bunch of photographs - What are they of?
Motorcycle Helmet - ???
Bulletproof Motorcycle Jacket - ???
1 Rocket Propelled Granade Launcher - does not know how to use, but keeps it.
"We have odd friends, but we don't want to want to waste their present."
UN Communication Device - Self-explanatory.
Phone - no combat purpose, but noteworthy mention.
Weaknesses:
Lack of Driver's license - the closest he gets to are motorcycles.
Mouth - his main abilities come from his mouth, unless he uses their 'enhanced' forms. Do something.
Personality:
The many incarnations of the Producer character are varied in personality. Mr Kido, in particular, is depicted as a more childish, playful version that you have to wonder how the everliving hell he keeps his job. Kido indulges in his sense of humour, attempting to cheer people up in dire situations, moral support one might add. However, this does not, in any way, mean that he cannot take things seriously.
Short Bio:
[BCOLOR=#000000]Here it is.[/BCOLOR]
Other Info:
He is accompanied by his half-sister on this gig.
There are implications that he knew about the concept of the multiverse before his first Murder.
He does not like being referred to by his first name.
He loves cats and is afraid of iguanas.
"It's your turn, sister!"
"You do not have to tell me that twice, brother."
"A marching band relies on teamwork. Each instrument, different roles. I'm the flugelhorn and you're the triangle."
Appearance:
Madoka is 1.7 metres tall and has a hime-cut that veils her mysterious eyes. This is not to say that she cannot see. Her business suit is adorned with a blue tie and black thigh-highs. She is seen wearing high heels on the streets, adding another 4 centimetres to her height.
Name:
Madoka Karasuma
Aliases:
Producer Karasuma
MadokaP
Age:
While she says 'A woman never reveals her age', she is suspected to be at least 30.
Canon:
Organization:
United Nations
Powers / Abilities:
While outside her home realm, Madoka can conjure musical instruments from nowhere and toss them at opponents. For this event, she uses dual-wielded flugelhorns as her primary weapon. While she claims that these instruments are mostly marching band themed, slamming a grand piano on people and improvising a violin as a sword and shield is part of her moveset. She seems to be able to lift these instruments no matter their plausible weight, to the point of dual-wielding Grand pianos, but on other items, regular human strength is applied. Her sound weaponization is below that of Kido's 'Purple Pop Voice', but it is still effective in closer ranges and on singular targets. For cymbals, however, they are on par with Kido's 'Red Metal Voice'.
She can also
temporarily grant little girls sound weaponization that they can only channel via instruments. She cannot use this ability directly. The effects of sound vary depending on instrument, but they are mostly akin to Kido's 'voice' abilities.
Madoka can unleash the same spell that Kido had used at the end of the War of the Universe, but she is unaware of it and will not know of it until Kido himself uses it.
As for more 'normal' abilities, she seems to have some extent of martial arts skill, being a blue belt at Taekwondo. Black belts are so overrated!
Equipment:
Driver's license - evidence that she possesses the ability to drive a large wheel-steered vehicle.
Probably a Suzuki - Car that will not be used during the events of the RP, but noteworthily mentioned.
Desert Eagle - only to be used if abilities fail.
Combat Dagger - same as above except dagger.
1 Rocket Propelled Granade Launcher - does not know how to use.
"We have odd friends, but we don't want to want to waste their present."
UN Communication Device - Self-explanatory.
Phone - no combat purpose, but worth mentioning.
Personality:
The various depictions of the 'Producer' character have differing personalities based on choice, and this big P has made some tough choices. Madoka is a more serious counterpart to her brother who prefers straightforward mannerisms and is not too fond of fooling around. Which is why Madoka believes that she and her brother are an Yin Yang - one cannot thrive without the other. That is not to say that she doesn't have faith, for she is not one without compassion.
Madoka is very protective of her brother, and also seems to have a soft spot for children.
Short Bio:
Madoka Karasuma worked in the same company as her brother for a while now, even before he joined. She has spent her days working as a Producer, and still does. Ever since he appeared and dissappeared from his time after his return in 'War of the Universe', Madoka suspected something...
During the start of the events that occured in Restless in Rapture, Madoka approaches her brother, Kido, after observing that he had failed to enter a portal that would lead to Rapture. Like siblings - or half-siblings but let's not get too technical - they duke it out and quarrel, but it ends with a heart-to-heart talk at their home. Madoka says that she does not want Kido to face his supposed dangers alone, and wants to fulfil her duties as an older sister.
After this brief fiasco, Kido introduces Madoka to the UN.
Today, Madoka is a Producer by day and a UN agent by... uh... yeah there's no night.
Other Info:
The character as depicted was OK'd by Minerva/Silver Paladin to be a member of the UN via PM. While my simple description to him was 'her brother introduced her to the UN', this little tidbit is elaborated above in History.
There are implications that she knew about the concept of the multiverse before her entry into the UN.
She loves iguanas, but cats give her the chills.
"Let the games begin, and may the best man win..."
