" everyone else is weird anyways, you know us were brothers and nothing can change that " he nodded his head and stretched his arms
" hows work? "
 
Pandora sadly nodded her head in approval, sighing to Max. She understood what he said.

However, her hand slowly touched his and she just erupted in tears at his chest squeezing his shirt hard.

" I am sorry.. I am not strong enough for this.. Whaaaa! -sniff- I am - hiccup- sorry... For loving someone.. -sniff- I can't have!" She said to Max crying her soul out.
 
Declan nodded "I know.. Work's okay, I run my own bar.. How's the military?"
He chuckled "I can't believe you're here.. It's been so long."


Max wrapped his arms around pandora "shh.. It's okay.. It's okay.. It's all going to be okay.."
 
There was a man asking for a Leila Collins in the front desk. The guy was shown to where Leila was and he thanked the nurse. He sat down and a twisted smile formed in his face. "Well, Leila. I found you at last." he said. At that time, Leila was coming around and woke up. She opened her eyes slowly and she saw a blurred outline of a guy. She thought it was Declan and she jolted awake wincing when she did so since she was just newly operated. "Ugh. Declan?" she asked hopefully. The guy smiled at her and took her hands. "Leila? It's me. Josh. Who's Declan?" he said. At the sound of his name, Leila jerked her hand away from him, eyes wide with fear. "What are you doing here? Get away from me." she said backing away. He leered at her and came closer. His hands started to touch her all around and she was horrified. "Don't touch me." she said as tears started to form in her eyes. "You know you like it." he said with a smirk. Leila grabbed a tray near her bed and smashed it into him.He let her go and groaned in pain and surprise. Leila took the chance and removed her dextrose and ran out of her room. She turned around the corner and went inside to the first door she could open.

She didn't notice who the occupants were but she entered anyway. Josh pushed the button to call the nurse. The nurse came and gasped in shock. "What happened sir?" she asked him helping him stand. "My girlfriend ran away. She's still in th building. I think she's really upset." he lied to the nurse. The nurse then alerted the staff to look for Leila. Meanwhile, Leila turned to the guy sitting beside the patient. She was too scared to realize who it was. "I-i'm sorry but please let me hide here for a moment. If someone asked, don't tell them I'm here. I beg you." she said as she hid under the bed. Then there was a commotion outside as some of the staff looked for her. A nurse knocked and peeked in. "Excuse me, Mr. Valdemar. Have you seen a young girl around here? We're looking for her since her condition is still critical." she asked him. Leila was shaking badly under the bed.
 
Declan looked at the nurse, then at Mike.
"Yes, I have."
He got up and kneeled down "it's okay, come here, we'll stay with you Leila.."
He smiled and opened his arms "come, you know I won't hurt you."
 
"I want Declan." she said in a broken voice. Then she realized it was him. "Declan?" she went to him and hugged him. Her wounds were bleeding and she was crying. "Don't let them take me back to him. I'm so scared. Please." she told him as she was shaking badly. The nurse notified Josh though that Leila was already found. He went to her and she was shaking in Declan's arms. "Well, Leila. Let's go." Josh called her.

Declan took her hand and pulled her to him, wrapped his arms around her and looked at the nurse "I'm here.. I'm coming with you, my brother is coming with you too. You won't be alone, nobody's going to hurt you, I promise."
He slowly helped her up, not moving his arms away from her.
"Look at me.."
 
Josh was getting impatient. "I said Leila come here." he said his eyes cold looking at Declan and then to Leila. "I don't know who you are but can you kindly let go of my girlfriend?" he said emphasizing the word "girlfriend". He smiled then and looked at Leila again. "Come on dear, we need you to get home." he started walking towards her.

Leila hugged Declan tighter as she shook her head. "No! Go away! Don't come near me!" she said as she grabbed Declan's shirt tighter and her wounds from dextrose was bleeding.
 
Declan turned around, moving Leila in between him and Mike "shh it's okay.."

He looked at the nurse "He is lying, she lives with me. Can you please get security to remove this man, because if I have to do it you are going to make a bed for him."

The nurse nodded slowly and paged security, who came to remove the man.
They weren't nice about it either, dragging him through the hospital while he struggled, trying to stay.
Warning him that if he'd go back in they'd call the police.

Declan looked at Leila "hey, come on, lay down, you need help.."
 
Pandora smiled briefly at Max's kindness, rubbing her face from all the tears using her sleeve. She slowly moved her body from him, nodding as a - thank you - and went at the back of the bar to sit down on a small sofa.

Her phone begun to ring again, it was her brother once more trying to convince her. Ignoring it completely, Pandora took the tablets out of her pocket, staring at them in confusion.

She sighed, gulping hard as her legs took her body in the back of the bar looking for something to drink. Lost in her thoughts, Pandora cried and cried without remorse at all.

Taking the bottle of water, from the office area she closed the door, leaning on the floor. With A sad expression and sorrowful emotions taking over her, her hand pulled out plenty of the tablets and swallow them with more and more water. It was a matter of time.

" Momma.. I.. Am coming to see you.. I miss you.." With that her blank now face, once full with life looked over to the window. Then, something sharp sparkled along with the sunshine crossing the room. Blood was everywhere. Bitter sweet taste, her soft lips tasted her own blood with a smile falling down the ground in the office room.
 
Max sighed and sat down, leaning his head on the bar.
He didn't know what to do anymore.. Leila didn't love him, Pandora wasn't available.
All he really wanted was someone he could love, care for..
Everything's just messed up, he wasn't feeling all too well either.
Probably because he was tired.

He got up and walked to the office "hey pan.. What the hell!?"
He quickly grabbed his phone and called an ambulance, they rushed over.
As they loaded her into the ambulance, Max locked up and followed closely.

At the hospital, they rushed her into the ER, leaving him behind.
 
As Josh was being removed, he kept yelling at Leila. "We're not through this Leila. You know it! You know you really belong to me!" he said as he struggled with the guards. Leila put her hands in her ears and muttered "I can't hear you." repeatedly. She kept her hold on Declan's shirt and blood was slowly trickling down from her wounds especially the stitches on her back. "No.." she was mumbling. Josh was escorted out of the hospital and looked at the place angrily. "I'll have you if not now soon." he said in a menacing whisper and stalked out.
 
Declan helped her into a bed, as the nurse treated her, he held her hand.
His breathing started to get heavier, he was still hurt from the crash.
He bended down and looked down "Leila, who.. Who was he?"

He slowly stood up straight and looked at mike "oh, uhm.. Mike, this is Leila. Leila, this is my brother Mike."
 
"He was my boyfriend. The one who betrayed me. The one who..." she was unable to continue as she started sobbing again. "Hi, Mike. I'm Leila." she greeted Declan's brother. She was getting hysterical though so the nurse had to sedate her again. She lost consciousness with tears in her eyes.
 
Nothingness and darkness covered her dreams. She could only taste the blood on her lips, not knowing if it was real. Pandora had some deep wounds at her wrists, stupid girl wanting to die.

At the hospital the doctors exam instead her body and quickly tried to treat her wounds. Only if it was enough time.
She didn't move a muscle at all, her breath normal yet her blood pressure was going up and down the hill.
 
Max waiting and waited as people rushed in and out, he was being left in the dark, but he wasn't going to leave.

Declan held Leila's hand and sighed.. He looked at Mike "sorry about all of this.. I know it probably is confusing.."
 
"Hnnmm..Don't leave me.." she mumbled in her disturbed sleep. She gripped Declan's hand tightly. "Dec..." her voice faded into whisper as she curled up.
Meanwhile, Josh was asking around to gather information so he could take Leila back. She hadn't learned of the news yet. He must be careful if he wanted to succeed. Just yesterday, her parents died and left a will. In that will, they left all their properties in Leila's name which means Leila became an heiress and Josh wanted her money. He has to convince her to come back to him.
 
Finally after minutes she was stable, at least the doctors did their best in saving her life. Only God knew what was going on inside her head.

Pandora couldn't bare the thought of loosing her mother so soon, as then Declan definitely didn't had feelings for her.
Everything seem broken, broken dreams and a broken heart.

Slowly opening her eyes, Pandora saw the white celling and figure it it was a hospital room again.

" ugh.. What h-happened ?" She softly mumbled trying to stand up, only to notice the bandages at both of her wrists. Next moment she felts her stomach tense and just threw up onto the floor, near to the bed.
 
His brothers life looked and felt very confusing and it made mike happy that he came back at a sort of time lile this, but declan seemed more preoccupied by the girl who was named lelia mike was more attentive on the door incase that psycho came back. " nice to meet you lelia" after she was sedated his brother spoke " D dont worry about how confusing your life is to me just worry about her...i will help you every step of the way but right now i want you to lay down next to her because you are injured as well, i'll watch the door " mike said walking and sitting in a chair in the room.
 
Leila woke up a few hours later. She noticed her bandages were fresh and clean. She turned and saw Declan sleeping next to her. Jolting in surprise, her stitches hurt a bit. She clutched her side. Then she noticed the guy who she remembered was Declan's brother. "Uhm, hi? I'm sorry. I'll return to my room. Thank you for helping me." she said slowly slipping out of the bed. She winced and gritted her teeth to keep herself from gasping. She gave him a smile as she started to walk but her knees gave way and she fell kneeling to the floor. "Oww." she exclaimed.
