Cassius opens the door to the car and steps out, drawing his sword and extending a hand out to the new troodon who had joined the frey. From it erupted a whitish blue beam of arcane ice.
((ray of frost, rolling a d20 to see if it hits, if it does then I'm rolling a d4 for damage))

The blast of frost misses, unfortunately.

Troodon A starts to waddle away slowly in pain.

He exhales as the first troodon disengages due to it's wounds, and two more are mangled by Irazil's melee strike. He didn't want to risk accidentally hitting Astrea, who had just flung a flurry of blows to another, so he focused on the next targets. He wouldn't have time to switch weapons, move, then stab the creature that was threatening Astea.... so... He noticed the final troodon advancing-

He propelled himself forward out of the vehicle, and paced forward about 15 feet, positioning himself to the troodon's far right-hand side.

[derping out- flanking is melee only, right?]

He pulled his rifle tighter to his shoulder and exhaled, quickly lining up a shot on the final advancing critter. He squeezed the trigger.

To hit {not sure if the creature is within 30 feet- but if so it's +1 to hit, +1 dmg}

So as stands to hit: 3dex +1 bab: 17
Dmg: 2

The bullet hits the fifth troodon. A splash of blood comes out of its leg, and it starts to whimper in pain.

Isaac hears Astrea note that dinosaurs cannot understand the concept of heresy. He responds "Ignorance is no excuse!"
However, he puts his gun down and says "But I suspect he's about to leave."

And he's right, the last troodon realizes that his odds are not good and since his brothers are in retreat, he runs off to join them.

[Combat over! I think we get 400 experience each from this combat experience since each Troodon rewards 400 XP and there's 5 of us and were 5 of them?]

He exhales, and sniffs- his nose beginning to run from the cold. Easing his rifle down, his left hand pushes his scarf back up around the lower half of his face. Trudging through the snow back to the vehicle, he groans-

"Well that was fun. Didn't know we'd be going on a hunting trip." The distraction irritated him a bit, and the cold made his patience thinner than he'd like.

"Well, it's done with, so let's get back on track. No point standing around here longer than we have to." Astrea climbed back onto her bike. "We've got a delivery to make, after all."

There really wasn't much point in standing around, when they could keep moving. Particularly for those who preferred the warm interior of the transport. "Nobody got hurt, and our cargo's still in one piece, so no reason to slow down longer than we need to."

We continue driving down the long, road until eventually we get to the Dwarf town.
It's a smaller village, more rural than what Zionites would likely be used to. The roads are lit with trees covered in lights. Some Dwarf soldiers approach the vehicle.

They ask Isaac "Who goes there?" Ike flashes his badge, and then they let us pass.

We begin driving towards the large palace. Isaac asks the rest of the team "Anything you want to do while we're here before we deliver this gift to the Jarl?"
