He is among the Archangels (not mentioned in every religion though, I know for sure he is in Hebrew... maybe Christianity too.. not certain) but he is the Angelic Scribe... basically the book keeper for god :3

Hmmm. Trying to think of something for an OC Angel or for Uriel isn't coming to me. Things for Fallen Angels are...so I'm going to make an OC Fallen Angel instead of trying to force something else.

I didn't say you couldn't make it. Just that we encourage people to make humans, as well, to give a sense of balance, since humans are going to be big in this rp as well, as they have "invisible" abilities, such as enhanced athleticism, peak intelligence, etc.
