    Please only submit Original Characters, rather than canon characters from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. I WILL allow players to cameo in canon characters as NPCs as part of their backstories and flashbacks and perhaps if justified in the plot itself, but any such use of canon characters as NPCs should be run by the group in the OOC thread before dropping it in the IC thread.

    My first post in this thread is my GMed "Near PC" not quite an NPC and not quite a PC since I'm GMing it. Please follow that pattern for your own character sheets.

    Please hold off on posting any character submissions in this thread until I have that profile up so you can get them in line with what I'd like.

    PCs need to specify if they initially work for SHIELD, SWORD, ARMOR, or WAND.

    A few general things about the Character sheets:

    1) Pick your High Concept. What's your character's deal? For example Black Widow would be "Deadly Espionage Agent with a Troubled Past" and Tony Stark's could be "Genius Billionaire Playboy Philanthropist in an Armored Suit" This gives everyone a good idea of what to expect from your PC in the RP.

    2) Trouble: What gets your character into trouble? For Phil Coulson, it could very well be "Keeps too Many Secrets", and for Jessica Jones "The Past comes back to Haunt Me".

    3) Pick up to three Aspects of your character that highlight what they are or what they can do. For example Daisy Johnson (aka Skye aka Quake) could have "I can hack that." as an Aspect, and later, after her exposure to the Terragen Mist she could have "Vibration Control".

    I'm not using a dice system but I am going to use the Power Grids from the Official Handbook Of The Marvel Universe, to make sure all of the PCs are equivalent in power to each other (which makes it easier for me to place them on the same missions) PCs begin with a rating of two (2) in all six stats for free, and have nine (9) points to spread among them to increase them on a one for one basis, to a maximum rating of seven (7). But beware, I will look carefully at anyone who has a 7 to make sure it's justified, because these people are rare even in the MCU. And please read the link above in regards to the power grids, it'll make your character creation much easier.

    The six stats that OHOTMU uses are:
    Intelligence
    Strength
    Speed
    Durability
    Energy Projection
    Fighting Skills​

    Next, give us a good idea about your character's skill set. Are they a combat monster? A master infiltrator? A hacker? A scientist or physician?

    Finally, a quick bio, a picture (either real photo or photo-quality artwork) is required, and at least a vague outline of the PCs personality is required.


    ONE PC each per player until that PC has played in a mission of some sort, then additional PCs can be independents who feature or are consultants for AEGIS, or even villains (With GM permission and general consensus). This will be the general rule. No making a new character until a previous character has seen play in the RP.​

    Bio: Tamara Rae Holstead was a bystander caught in one of SHIELD's battles with the Inhumans, and was caught in the blast radius of a shattering Terragen Mist crystal. Since she is an Inhuman, rather than dying, Tamara's gift began to manifest. She wasn't found by either SHIELD or the Inhumans for some time. When her abilities began to develop, she retraced her steps and figured out that it was during that battle she was near that she gained them, so she sought out SHIELD rather than the Inhumans, because at the time the Inhumans were acting like the bad guys and she definitely wanted to be one of the good guys.
    Her powers of seeing through nearly anything, accelerated senses (enough to sense motion due to air pressure changes, see bullets flying through the air and to hear things too distant or faint for normal humans to hear), her Captain America level physicality, and her rarely used power, the T-Ray blast, which is essentially an invisible laser, has made her a valuable field operative for SHIELD. She was recently approached to be part of AEGIS and she gladly accepted. Her hobbies include gaming (both computer and tabletop), anime, manga, and superhero movies.

    Skillset: Tamara has gone through the standard SHIELD Field Agent Training, and can use pistols and rifles with proficiency, and is an excellent hand-to-hand combatant. She's also learned to be especially observant, and has honed her memory so that she can use her enhanced senses to memorize pages of information after simply glancing at them briefly, though this "cramming" is temporary, and used to gather intel on missions. She also applies her enhanced senses to be a very good reader of body language and is trying to learn to become "living lie detector" but right now hasn't honed that skill. She's also quite a trivia sponge.

    Personality: Innately and insatiably curious, with a great attitude. She handles nearly all awkward situations with humor, and is very slow to anger, but once she does, her wrath is exceptionally wicked. She's got a bit of xenophilia as well. The stranger it is, the more she likes it and finds it fascinating. Bullying and teasing of others, however (not herself, she just doesn't care enough about what bully says to her to get riled), are a quick path to raising her ire.

    Profile: Many are the legends of the old west, from Paul Bunyan to Pecos Bill of the Lone Star state. But among those stories, lie that of the gunslinger folks knew as Sirius Graves.

    Sirius Graves they say was born in a log cabin, armed with a six shooter in hand.

    They say when he was five, he shot ten wolves and a bear, just to make a fur blanket for his ma.

    Folks said he drank rattlesnake venom for the humors with his whiskey for flavor, and could glare a fire into starting.

    Eyup, there were a lot of stories circling around that man. He was clever and could, when he was of a mind to speak as purty as a parson on sabbath morning. He could have been President or anything he put his mind to...Which was why it was such a surprise, when he took upon the role of a common bounty hunter. He tracked like a wolf on the scent of blood and always brought in his folk, dead or alive- Mostly dead. Eventually, everyone just called him "Graves" as every place he went, he seemed to fill in one or two. One day, they say the Sun shining down on Graves spat his tobacco juice all over Graves boot, and Graves was so angry he took up his gun, saddled his horse and rode up to the skies for the gunfight of his life. So ends the tale of Graves the Bounty Hunter.

    The truth is actually far stranger.

    Graves was skilled, but rumor and his own encouraging of it sufficed to enable him in his line of work. Sure, he had the skill but far better to convince them it was pointless to resist. In his journey across the plains, he was abducted by aliens from a dimension known as Mojoworld and taken far away from Earth and all he had known. The intention was to showcase him as some sort of exhibit.

    Graves had other plans.

    Graves waited, he learned and eventually broke free from his captors, using his old skills and new knowledge to make his way into the universe. For thirty years, he built up a reputation as fearsome as his old one back on earth, taking in all sorts dead or alive and making more enemies unlike anything before. The unfortunate part was when he returned to earth, everything had changed. Time had become distorted in that twisted place, his space journey afterwards without anything familiar to latch on rendering him ignorant of what Earth was like after all these years.

    He currently works for SWORD, on retainer and keeps an eye on the stars for the enemies he made and for the foes he knows remains out in the black....

    "Till I can step out of the shadows…"

    Bio:
    The Tsukami's are not renown for anything and that is the way the operate. Under radar, unseen, unheard, no one knew of their existence. Traveled across the world unknown, taking jobs of those who could afford to know of their existence. The only things they value are gold and the good of the clan. From the age of 3, they train to the teachings of the elders. They learn to steal, scavenge, hunt, and survive without an existence. Then after building a bond they are forced to kill their fellow comrades, giving them a cold heart. This is the one and only time the clan will hurt one another. It was a simple test really, fight until 5 survived. The last class was no different.

    There were 25 of them in total. They were a class of prodigies, superior to every class before them. And they all dropped like flies to the failure of the group, Alice.
    She was born smaller and weaker to the others. She did not cry nor could she speak. At the age of 3 she was deemed a failure. Through the clans rules though, she was allowed to train and she passed each test. No one knew why nor did they care. She was easily forgotten with all the talent that surrounded her. Then it came, the night of the final test. The class hesitated at first but when their lives were in danger, they all acted. Unaware of what was happening from lack of instruction, she ran and hid from her stronger classmates. When one found her, they became distracted by another. They all thought that she could not win and thus was not a threat, but the most dangerous threat was not the one you could see, but the one you could not. One by one they fell. Most died unknown to the danger. It was not until the last 4 and her were left standing did they see their mistake. Little did they know how she watched them in every event, how she picked apart their actions to determine the goal, how she studied each of their traits to the point of knowing even their reactions. She was a failure, and she used that failure to her advantage. Unable to stop her, they cried for her to stop because the event was over, but the only thing that was over was their lives.

    Upon passing the test, the room grew silent. To think the only survive for the next generation was a little girl. The clan cursed themselves. They wanted her dead, but it was the elder who stopped them. He held the gift of Tsukami and exclaimed the rules of the clan. He preached their importance and how she truly represented their ways. Then he grabbed her hands and his skin turned black. She tried to free herself but the ice cold black hands held their grip. Instead the elder melted and swam up her arms. She tried to scream but the black goo covered her mouth and silenced her. Slowly her body was engulfed by the black goo until only one eye could see the light. The goo slowly advances covering everything but her pupil. Before everything went dark the goo dripped down her body and faded into her shadow. And so the shadow of Tsukami was passed on to her.

    Everyone but Alice cried. The lost of their leader was a heavy blow none were prepared for. Alice stood in the center of the crowd, shivering from the icy touch of the black goo. Her mind assaulted by event. She was scared and alone, or so she thought. A member from the previous generation walked up to her holding a dagger. He picked her up by the neck and preceded to stabber her. But the blade would not move. He pulled harder and harder until he felt the warm rays of the sun vanish as if a cloud flew by. The boy locked back to see the shadow of a woman holding his hand. Blood dripped from his mouth as he felt the heat from his body escaping through his gut. He looked down to see a pitch black blade dripping with blood being pulled out. The Clan backed away, horrified by what they saw for the first time. It was a living shadow, the shadow of Tsukami. Alice was no different. Scared of the very thing that saved her; she crawled away when she could. She could not scream by her tears ran down her face. She could feel the boy despair as the sunk into the shadow woman. Such was the faith of those who harmed another member. The shadow grew bigger though its movements were crippling sight. The sounds of bones snapping and flesh ripping echoed through the room as the shadow adjusted its sights on Alice. Then he glided to her and disappeared into a black mist which was absorbed by her shadow.

    Then the tears stopped flowing and the clan bowed down to her. Something whispered in her ear. It was faint but still clear. "My daughter you are most like me. You are fit to restore my name. As my shadow, you enforce my law. Purify the corrupted ways of Tsukami and make us pure again." Alice was the new Shadow of Tsukami but she did not know what she meant. Alice's future days would be filled with misery though she was never alone. Tsukami was always with her, whispering in her ear, forewarning her of the impure followers. It wasn't until the next year when members slowly disappeared things started becoming strange. Night after night, Men and woman escape the clan and caused suffering across the world. Night after night the people would whisper the name Tsukami. Then the people found them.

    It started with a few crooks wanting to make coin from a bounty. Then it turned to a hunt with angry mobs. The clan ran and ran, but they were constantly being found. After a few years down to 50 members and the clan was world renown. Those still left in the clan's faces were still unknown but there was no where left to hide. The shadow would whisper every night of the betrayal that was to come. When Alice pointed out that they already happened. The shadow would giggle and tell her soon. Alice did could not understand until the first betrayal. The newest elder, tried to poison her. He hungered for her power and sacrificed member after member to captured Alice. Then the shadow stopped returning. She ran from the clan and tried to blend in with society but she was found over and over again. It wasn't until the night she killed her attack that the shadow spoke again.
    "See my child, you cannot run from Tsukami. You are my shadow, thus you are me. The name of Tsukami is impure thus we are impure. You know what you must do. Make keep us renowned, let us rise from the shadows and become the light of day."

    In the middle of the city, they found her. All of the last remain clansmen attacked her at once. As each one died, the shadow grew. It feasted on their sins, their betrayal, their greed until they where no more; and the people saw it all. They saw what truly was Tsukami and the world pinned every crime in the history of her clan on her.

    With the world against her and no clan to rely on, Alice at the age of 15 was captured and sentence to death. Before they could execute her sentence, SHIELD stepped in and offered her a 2nd chance. They believed her talents could be more use with them then in a grave so long as she would comply. With this second chance, she strives to make a good reputation to the name of Tsukami.

    Skillset:
    Alice as gone through standard shield training but still retains the teachings of her clan of being a ninja ( espionage, sabotage, infiltration, assassination). She is a master in her clan’s martial art, Blooming Lotus. She is adapted with most blade weaponry, but specializes with the Katana, preferably her short blade White Katana. She is terrible with guns because the bang startles her, however she is proficient with throwing weapons. Through the gift of Tsukami's Shadow, Alice can manipulate her own shadow into different shapes to attack her opponent. She can create living shadows of herself up to 4 meter away. These shadows can mirror whatever she is currently doing to include any projectiles she may throw. She can spawn shadow weaponry. If she is out of the light, she can switch places with her shadow creations but if not, she can only switch places with each shadow clones once. Each clone increases the energy required to move by .5. So if she has 2 clones out her energy consumptions is doubled. 4 clones it's tripled. When all else fails or she needs a partner for tennis, Alice can call on Tsukami's Shadow. Tsukami act separately from Alice and can summon shadow weaponry on her own. Having Tsukami out is mentally draining if either is in the light. In direct sunlight, using Tsukami make Alice mentally feel any harm that comes to Tsukami.

    Personality:
    Alice is very innocent in that she inexperience with society. She is still considered a criminal and monster in the public eye so she is only allowed out with an escort and positive control on her, like handcuffs. She is not confident with herself and relies heavily on others to justify her actions except when on a mission. Then she becomes more confident because she believes that whatever she is being told to do is will help restore her name from being a criminal to a hero. She loves to hear out other people's adventures and dreams to be a hero like Captain America, someone beloved by the public. Because her powers work best in the dark, she feels unconformable and nervous whenever she is under the sun. She listens to what ever Tsukami tells her, though Tsukami typically tells her what she is thinking or what she knows. Rarely does she speaks of things unknown to Alice. Alice also reverts to the pronoun we when referring to her self, especially when using her powers.

    After joining Shield, Alice's background was scrubbed from the public. Any mentioning of her name was wipe from every known database. Ex-members of Tsumaki went back into hiding. Accordance to Alice in an interview, Their was 10 survivors that she knew of still alive but this does not factor the aces who were all on separate missions during the ordeal. They had concerns with Alice being the successor but kept in line. Alice had never met them but so she could not say how many there are or even if they existed but according to the teachings, they too were successors and has received presents from Tsukami. (Translation they have superpowers similar to Alice but not over shadows) All this information has become classified to higher ups and a few selective Agents who were assigned to Alice's case.

    Disclaimers:

    Spawning a shadow creation (except for Tsukami) takes a second. There is also a 1 second delay before she can swap places with it.

    These shadows are physical and thus cannot pass through walls. Though the shadows have no defense, hey recover there form 1 second after being attacked. PS the shadows cannot be used to block hits as the attacks will easily break through them. If you damage the shadow, it loses its ability to harm you, till it recovers. This includes the weapons the shadow creates.

    The shadows touching Alice and Tsukami (along with Tsukami herself) do not have this weakness and their durability depends won Alice's willpower

    Alice is not weak to the sun... She is easily prone to nervousness and can get sick from it. She also gets scared whenever she tries to call on Tsukami and the shadow does not respond.

  5. Did you mean deaf? Being born dead seems like there wouldn't be much of a bio. I was confused by this.
    I think you meant wrath, unless there's a ghostly monster you're talking about.

    I believe you meant were, not where.

    There are a lot more such errors throughout the bio. I can tell you have great ideas and can tell a story well, but you might want to run your posts through a grammar checker so they're not quite so hard to read and puzzle out what is happening (which I did, but it took a few passes of rereading).

    You've got a fairly wide variety of powers here, and the character almost seems like she'd be happier in a Naruto environment than the Marvel Cinematic Universe. I'm not quite feeling the giant ninja star on a wire that she can change places with, as it seems more anime than live action. I hate to ask people to change characters at all but that part seems a little over the top. Also, your description of her energy powers would rank her at a 6 in energy projection on the Power Grid (as you state she can manipulate any force that moves atoms, which is to say, pretty much everything). You've only spent 7 of the 9 points (since all 2s are free), but even if you spent your two leftover points on the Energy Projection that leaves her at a 4. This I suppose is fine because you're wearing a mitigator (like Cyclops does for his eye beams).

    In summary, she's fine except for the very anime oversized ranged weapon. Retool that with something that feels less out of an anime or manga and I think you've got a winner here.

    Bio: Emmet had enlisted in the U.S Army. After a several successful tours in Iraq he was selected as a potential candidate for Delta Force. He passed with flying colors. 4 years and 40 successful missions later he was given an offer by SHIELD to join their SpecOps corps. He accepted and underwent 2 years of training that made his Delta training look like a childs ball pit. He barely passed. He was assigned to an elite team that took on the more Earthly threats. Still, some of the things he saw were beyond comprehension.

    Eventually, he worked his way up to squad leader and the rank Major. His team boasted a high record of efficiency in the field. That all changed when Hydra showed itself. His unit was on their way to a mission in Arizona when they received a call from a nearby SHIELD facility, saying it had been taken over by Hydra. They arrived to provide support for SHIELD forces, only to realize there was no SHIELD to support. There were engaged immediately on arrival. The Hydra agents fought desperately. Emmet lost several men.

    When the smoke cleared they had only taken 4 prisoners. His men did a final sweep of the facility. They found dead bodies in places where they hadn't been fighting. He searched the security cameras and found that the Hydra agents had been suppressed just before he and his men arrived. Further investigation found that the loyal SHIELD agents had destroyed the Hydra threat before they arrived. Emmet discovered that the man who made the distress call was a Hydra agent executing a last ditch effort. It dawned on Emmet that he had just slaughtered a large number of good, innocent, agents. It hit him hard. He immediately destroyed the security tapes and ordered that the facility be destroyed for fear of Hydra tampering. He kept the truth from his men. After the incident he swore to kill every Hydra agent he'd meet. He swore to kill two Hydra agents for every SHIELD casualty. He didn't know how, but he would.

    Skillset: Emmet is a master of mortal combat. He was trained by the U.S Delta Force and later Shield SpecOps. He can drive any ground vehicle and operate any conventional weapon. He is a master of TaeKwonDo and the ancient art of door breaching.

    Personality: Emmet is a very commanding, loyal and strong-willed individual. He follows his orders to the letter but that does not stop him from doing the right thing. He has the utmost respect for team members and he puts his life on the line for those that return the action.

  7. The only issue here is that the rating scale goes from 1 to 7. I'll allow you to buy something down to 1, but not to 0. Also since having a 2 is free, you've only spent 6 points ( if I allowed you to buy down to 0, but even if you just buy down to 1 you've only spent 7 out of nine). Just do some tweaking, like perhaps moving his Intelligence to 3 because I feel an elite, highly trained soldier has to have more than the average intelligence under the hood anyway, and you'll be fine.

    I would be fine if he'd gone through some SHIELD experimental procedure (maybe a more stable modification of Cal's serum or Centipede) to get his strength slightly superhuman as well.

    Alastor Alf Heron was born on late December 31st to the young couple, Deimos Heron and Katarina Alamanni, being the second son and middle child of the family. Despite his mother's insistence, Alastor constantly worked hard to be superior than his older brother, Eton Dachs Heron. In a sense, the young child didn't enjoy playing the role of second best to anyone. There was something inside of him that aimed to be number one- the very best anyone has seen. In a mere twist of irony, his father, Deimos, had been the one to shoot down that dream of his. He wouldn't surpass his father's expectations with Eton there. Something had snapped within the male that following day. His attitude had grown more and more distant and the chaos that dwells within the male was quietly waiting to explode. It was around this age, eight, that his sister, Amynta was born to the Heron family.

    Despite his father's words and his growing dislike in his brother, Alastor began to train himself more and more throughout the years. However, it had grown difficult with his parents constantly moving around due to his father's career, one of the leading members in the military. For now, that would be the only lie that would say concrete until he would find out later about his father's involvement with Hydra. It was during a small fight at school that his affinity for the extraordinary was discovered. To put it in simpler terms, his father, Deimos referred to him and his new found talents as a complete monstrosity. Alastor was a mutant- one with the power of telekinesis. He wasn't the only one in his family who had that gene within him. His younger sister, Amynta, was also a mutant who had powers dealing with Visual manipulation. It was quite a hurdle to jump over, especially with the grueling training his father had put him through.

    For the next few years, things would remain like until something had broke his tranquility. He needed an escape and he found it within his father's orders, silently seeking solace there. It shouldn't have occurred in the first place but he desperately needed an escape, one that he found in following the orders of another. Wordlessly, Alastor continued to follow orders from his father until he stumbled Clint during one of his missions. That had been the push he needed in the right direction given his later involvement with the organization. To be truthful, he found himself growing more well adjusted in the environment that SHIELD provided him with.

    Skillset:
    It's because of his father that Alastor has knowledge of hand-to-hand combat as well as boxing, though the latter is far more familiar to him in regards to fighting. With his father's heavy expectations he promptly found himself pushing himself further , to the extent that he began to familiarize himself with various weapons particularly firearms- though he does know how to use a knife rather decently. Because of his gift with telekinetic energy, his abilities had gradually began to extend from minor levitation and binding to spatial sense and telekinetic enhanced condition. However, he can't rely on his abilities for too long due to the aftereffects- migraines and minor brain hemorrhages. With his later involvement with SHIELD, he has gone through the necessary training as well.
    Personality:
    Alastor can come across as rash and proud at times, especially when it comes to fighting and protecting someone by his own power. The man doesn't enjoy relying on someone else's power to help himself or others. He prefers doing things out his own will power and strength. However, he will recognize his own weaknesses and ask for help if it's desperately needed. Of course, Alastor might end up beating himself up if he has to rely on others help. After all, his immense desire to surpass his brother, Eton, and his father, Deimos's expectations, led him to try the very hardest to surpass any expectations thrown his way.
    The man is fairly observant which can be quite useful, considering he can catch onto another's body language quicker. However he won't reveal anything unless it's crucial or it's harmful to the person involved. Instead of using this knowledge to his advantage, he prefers to keep a secret until he feels that it is necessary to speak up about the issue. If the situation were reversed, he wouldn't hesitate to confront the individual involve and inform them that some things are better left unsaid.
    Unfortunately for Alastor, his loyalty can be a terrible thing at times. The brunet is the type to remain immensely loyal to someone, to the extent of ignoring their wrongdoings. He'll often turn a blind eye and act as if he can't see the obvious faults in those he trusts. An example of this would be this strained loyalty to his father, Deimos, who he can't seem to say no to. This can often contribute to Alastor hurting himself more emotionally and drain him mentally.

    In regards to intimacy, Alastor can be quite eager to give and receive affection. One might say, he's practically shameless when it comes to affection. He sees nothing wrong in expressing his emotions though he'll refuse to act on any impulses in public, preferring to do it discreetly in those cases. Anything past a few subtle looks and touches are something he prefers to keep hidden. His mother did raise him to treat women gently though his thoughts can be rather contradicting at times.

It's not just the big shuriken, there are some Marvel and DC characters who use weapons, some of them kinda oversized, but having the wire on it seems impractical and swapping places with it gives her powerful chi abilities that don't have much to do with the rest of the theme of the character. Maybe just ditch the wire, and have her control the direction of it using her vibration manipulation instead, perhaps with a special glove that helps her focus her power (though that last is more for special effect rather than a limiter, I think it would look cool).

    EDIT:
    Perhaps the 'swapping' ability would be a telekinetic thing (using solid sound) similar to how they justify Thor's flight. You're pulling the shuriken to you and using it as a 'handhold' to get where it was?

    The thing is about Marvel characters, they might have a lot of abilities, but they generally tie into one theme. This feels like a mashup of about two of my favorites by the way, which is why I'm being a little nitpicky about it. Those two being Black Bolt and Elektra. Which is cool but I want the character to feel more Marvel and less Naruto or Bleach.

  14. That similar to what the other person was saying. You dont those things with a sound theme ability.

    Instead of overloading her kit with overcomplicated uses of a concept. I think i will base her around something simple like shadows energy and chi. (with her being a ninja it will make more sense)

    Otherwise I have no questions or concerns. She's good to go.

    120 lbs, slim built. She has chin length hair that is wavy but nor overly so. Her skin is tanned. She has black cat ears instead of human ones, and a long black tail. The former she keeps hidden under bandannas, the latter under her clothes. She has small pointy fangs that can bite and damage, but they are in proportion to her other teeth. She usually wears black, mostly jeans and tank tops or t-shirts (both long and sort sleeve kinds).

    Bio: Maya was created as an experiment, the hopes being that she would have all the powers of a cat in a humanoid shell, which essentially she did, though the added cat ears and tail as well as the radical hair colour was not expected for the most part. She was raised in a lab and was pretty much lab rat, being tested in various experiments to see how much this body could or could not take. Not to say that she had a horrible childhood per say; she was put under the impression since she was small that this was normal.

    However, by the time she was ten, the scientist who had created her was no longer interested in his creation, having found out all her strengths and weaknesses. Besides that, he had other more important experiments he would rather spend his genius mind on. So, her memories were erased and she was sent out to live outside in the world. She scraped a living through begging and searching through trash, until she was picked up by a man who seemed to be a nice enough fellow... except he wasn't. He took care of her but only as long as she let herself be pimped out. Seeing she didn't know anything about herself aside from her own name, she didn't know where else to turn to.

    She finally ran away when she was sixteen, when her pimp stepped over what she considered the line by getting 'rid' of her cat. Since then she had been doing her best to survive on the streets, keeping herself hidden so that he wouldn't be able to find her. During this time, however, the scientist who had made her decided to bring her back in. It wasn't hard for him to find her as he had a microchip in her to be able to find her should he find the need. Maya wasn't having any of it though; having run away once from a rotten man, she wasn't about to let another one catch her!

    Thankfully, before she could be taken away, a strange fellow who called himself Ryan came to her rescue. She didn't know it, but he was an agent of SHIELD. He took care of the scientist before taking Maya off to SHIELD, where she started her training, which was somewhat difficult at first.

    Skillset: Maya is somewhat proficient in espionage, being able to meld into crowds and groups rather easily. She is tech savvy though not a genius by any means. She has learned some hand to hand combat as well as using firearms, though she hates the latter, preferring to run and hide instead, or relying on her claws.

    Personality: Maya is very friendly and loves to talk, and is a rather adventurous and hyper sort of individual. She doesn't usually think things through, acting first and regretting later. She is rather curious, like a cat. She can be rather stubborn as well, especially when she believes she's in the right. She will never purposely hurt a person, though sometimes her not thinking things through may lead to people being hurt.
