When the Dragons Roar.

Jewel cleared her throat and broke Freydens attention to Shevah. Jewel felt Brom's glare and she eyed him, her eyes glowing a sinfull red. She wasnt sure if the childish glare was to her or Freyden but she wasnt fond of it.

Brom just huffed and settled back bitterly. If Freydon even thought about his sister he would be a toasty marshmellow.

Freyden settled himself and layed down, pulling the deer towards him, bitting its neck harmfully. Jewel just layed down and relaxed for a while, before she took a bite she curled her arms under her chest and closed her eyes.

Brom eyed them all,"I thought you'd be traveling by now."

"I thought you would be eating by now, dont you think? The west is surrounded by humans, I rather not have to being cooked and gutted to be used as armor thank you" Freyden took a large bite, while Jewel took small ones, her mind foggy, her eyes distant.

Jewel nodded at his answer "He's right, we dont belong here with them" she said which was only for herself, but this time she said it to Freyden "We need to stop pretending that we can fit in with them" she eyed little Caxendra and her eyes grew softer "By morning we shall leave"

Shevah glanced at her brother, but he nodded which made shevah want to shred him but she was living on his land and had no right.

Freyden growled and stood up, picking up the doe and taking off "say goodbye Jewel, the baby wants us out, we shall leave now" he flew at a fast pace away from her. Jewel stood up and sighed "thank you for allowing us to stay here, if you ever need anything. My castle is beyond the mountains to the west....good day" she lifted herself into the air and flew to meet Freyden as they both flew to the west.

Shevah growled andtackled Brom, who kind of dropped sleeping Caxendra, the two tearing at eachother violently as they fought about the newcomers.

Jewel landed nearby, half way from the castle and where they had met Brom and the others. She glanced back at Freyden who dropped the meal, they both started eating hungrily.

Brom slipped into his cave, Caxendra in his mouth. He had some nice wounds but he had done more damage to his ignorant sister who was now laying out in the rain. Her bloody body would attract the comnavers, rogue dragons with a thirst for blood. Brom laid down dropping Canxdra in his arms. He didn't care.

Jewel and Freyden had made it home safely. The giant castle floated in the sky. Everything big enough for dragons, dragons walked everywhere. Jewel sat slowly outside, watching everything. She wondered about Caxendra and Sheva, if they were okay. Brom didnt really consern her, he could care for himself. But little Caxendra, she had grown fond of, she hoped they would come visit her.

Caxendra watched the entrance to the cave worried to death over Shevah but she knew she'd drown in a puddle or be swept away if she slipped outside.

Shevah lay there, heaving for air not quiet able to get up, her blood running like a sea with the rain. She could hear them coming for her. She closed her eyes hoping it would end quickly.

Jewel and Freyden argued as well. Freyden had left and headed back to get Sheva and Caxendra. He only wanted Sheva safe, but Jewel wanted Caxendra safe. As he fley he could hear other dragons and knew they were after Sheva so he quickened his pace. Hoping to get to her.

Shevah snarled at another much larger dragon, her body pressed to the ground keeping her soft under belly protected. The other dragon clamped down on her neck trying to break it but she returned the same powerful bite to his wind pipe, the two trying to choke the other out.

Freyden jumped on the other back and tore at the wings just shreeding them. freyden kept going, clwing at every dragon part he could. Roaring loudly, seething in anger as Brom did nothing like a coward. He couldnt understand what Jewel saw in him.

The dragon fled quickly through the rain, two against one and one being slightly larger than him did not suite him at all.
Shevah laid her head down tiredly coughing up small puffs of smoke.

Freyden lifted himself and grabbed her underbelly lifting into the air. He flew carfully, not worring about the child Sheva cared for. He only wanted to get her home to the castle to be treated.
