Is anybody qualified to drive this thing?
 
Anybody from a planet that has the tech capable of cars (pretty much everyone but Tessera/@Zed) is assumed to know how to drive; you don't need the Operate skill to drive, just to drive skillfully (ie, Car chase, tight turns, etc.)
 
Thx for the tip. I think only Canto had a bead already.
 
I may have suggested that only one person may take the oath, but I decided that is not the case. Do keep in mind that taking the oath may have consequences later down the line, and that at least one person must take the oath.

As for the oath itself, I'm thinking I could to a brief collab with whoever decided to take it, since the oath uses some back-and-forth language.
