When she was praising herself, he had a blank look on his face and to his surprise nodded off. She has a power I have never seen before. A sleeping spell maybe. He chuckled at the thought, he had heard all this frequently from kings, queens, princes and princess. It wasn't her fault, she just had that higher being personal attitude. He just didn't like being talked down too. "I actually consider myself, unlucky for meeting you." He frowned, and continued. "I had rather wished never to meet you, no offence of course... your majesty." He said in that deep sarcastic tone. "But unfortunately, my personal self can't seem to leave you stranded out here. Though right now I am praying that the orcs or some lively band finds you and does whatever they do to fairy princesses. Which I am pretty sure they would find your title more praise worthy then I do. Hell, I bet they'd have a great time enjoying your company." He said with a dark tone, grinning. "Fortunately, I won't let that happen. Because I know this whole forest and I know where the orc tribe is," He pointed to his left, only using his thumb to do so. "Plus, I'm not really worried about them considering the fifteen I fought were rather.. boring."
He paused and smiled gleefully, "And I know where you're tower is and guardsmen, though I am thinking that they were not accompanying you and you're out here by yourself." He looked at her waist, seeing no deadly enough weapons. "Though I am wondering why you came out so unprepared. And I figured you'd at least know what you are doing." He seemed completely confused, then turned around and looked around them, then stopped suddenly. "Nope. I am utterly confused." He looked at her with his head tilted to the side for a moment, but just shrugged. "I am out here because I live out here. You know," He propped his elbow in the air and nudged it toward her, and gave an exaggerated wink. "Exile and all." He chuckled at himself, thinking it wasn't honestly all that bad.
