I knew someone with the last name Glasscock. You could always see him coming.

To be fair, if your surname is Dick, then your options for first names that won't be terrible are pretty limited.

I knew a guy named Springtime when I was around 10 and he was 13. His parents were hippies and he looked so embarrass by his name and his parents. I felt really bad for him.
 
I once had a teacher named Mr. Hickey.

No one dared make fun of the name or even really bring it up to him, though, at least that I'm aware of. He was a rather uniquely intimidating teacher. @_@ Good at his job, I will say (one of the best teachers I had in high school), but intimidating enough that you really don't want to say anything about his name.
 
I knew a young lad at my school, a year or two below me, and his parents had named him 'Precious'. Talking to him was reminiscent to the scenes between General Melchett and Captain Darling from Blackadder.
 
I once knew two kids who were (fraternal) twins. One was named James, and his sister was named Semaj (which is James spelled backwards).

I suppose Semaj's name was certainly memorable, if nothing else.
