That would be a sad way to meet a bolt of lightning. Just think of what it would smell like when it got fried!

I'll do a post sometime tomorrow for his introduction. I work until late today (well I go to work today, I get off tomorrow), and at work I have no access.

Name: Pride

Age: 30

Species: Amazon (Average Height: 7'6'' - 8' feet)

Sexual Orientation: Discrete

Profession: Soldier. Primarily a beast-slayer and monster-hunter.

Special Abilities: The innate ability to sense and track anything inhuman. Whether it be as miniscule as a rat, or as large as a minotaur.

Weaknesses: Her dueling. Even despite her troubles with fighting other people, she'd never disobey the king's command during times of war, and would gladly fight for him on the battlefield.

Personality: She's stoic, and much prefers to speak through her blade rather than through speech. Pride is very defensive of those she holds dearly; friends, family, and leaders alike. She often grows very close bonds with beasts instead, and has tamed a number of companions on her missions. Pride much prefers to hunt in their company than a squad of soldiers. Never has she shown signs of passion, or intimacy for another, but knows she won't until she finds another hunter of her caliber.

Background: Daughter to the illustrious Dragonsbane family, partially re-named in honour of their new king. After the three brothers had risen to power, the recently undiscovered warrior race made themselves known after taking an interest in the empire Bloodsbane had founded, and after noticing their population begin to wane due to a growing lack of males. Pride's family line was one of the many to prove their worth to the king Bloodsbane in the arena, and though not all of them succeeded, Pride's mother Wolfmother, and father Stalker, were unstoppable. It wasn't until their final bout that her mother sustained brutal and near fatal injuries in the ring when standing toe-to-toe with a trio of hulking yetis. It was her resilience and fearlessness in the face of death that earned the Amazon a place under Bloodsbane's banner. Pride still takes close care of her mother's permanent wounds, as does Stalker.

Affiliation: Bloodsbane

Other: The first of her three companions is a large brown bear by the name of Guardian, whom she found dying of a parasitic fungus. The second is Huffer, a wild boar she had tamed through a harsh lesson in respect. (or in other words, a rough beating) Pride's third and final pet is an arctic wolf she found separated from her pack in the mountains, whom she aptly named Survivor.

Y'know, looking back at my other two, I don't think I'm gonna make this one a character. I've deleted the cs.

Name: Alexander Tertial, Young King of Penndragon.

    Age: 21

    Species: Human, Magic Wielder

    Sexual Orientation: Straight

    Profession: The King of PennDragon.

Special Abilities: A master magician, Alexander Tertial is the most powerful magician in the trio of brothers, and amongst the most powerful in the Ex-kingdom of Trinity. He specialises in Storm Magic: Water, Ice, Lightning and Wind Magic; and is adept at Transmutation. He is constantly trying to learn other forms of magic in what little spare time he has, and has a natural propensity for learning new magic quicker than most would consider possible: a talent that seems to be the key to his vast magical power and talent.

Weaknesses: A mediocre Swordsman, and the worst of the three brothers by a fair length. Alexander is young and headstrong, prone to being very stubborn and rejecting the advice of people who might know better. While he can be slow to trust people, he seems to trust magic users much quicker than non-magic users.

Personality: Alexander is a man who, at his core, strives to be in control of his own fate and to please the memory of his passed father. In his mind, he has always lived in the shadow of his older kin, and he strives to be named as high-king of Trinity, so as to prove himself worthy of his father's love and his legacy.

Alex has a fanciful love of freedom that causes him to sometimes exit his official station and take on disguises. It is one of his greatest vices, and something that a few of his closer advisors often hold against him.

Perhaps because of his age, or perhaps because of his desire to surpass himself and his kin, Alexander is incredibly headstrong and sometimes, very brash. He can become obsessed with an idea very easily, and sometimes that almost obsessive desire to win can be manipulated.

  • Born as the third son to the Old King, Alexander was often spoilt by the servants and the Old King and Queen. He had a very good relationship with his oldest brother, but it seems that there was always a strange unease between him and the middle-brother. As soon as he understood the concept of competitiveness, he desired to compete with Syris

Unlike his older kin, Alexander never encountered a disaster that shaped his preference for magic or for swordsmanship. Instead, it was eventually the desire to master what his brothers could not that drove him to devote himself to conquering magic. His obsession with mastering the arcane did come at a cost, and he soon found himself neglecting his swordsmanship to the point that it severely lacked behind his kin. He could still fight your average soldier well enough, but any champion or king would crush him.

Alexander grew up quickly, and constantly sought to appease his father. He would often visit his father last-thing before bed, to hear stories of his life as king and to tell stories of the magics he could conjure. Life was peaceful and happy for Alexander.

That is, until his father passed.

Alexander was only a teenager at this time, and he didn't understand the meaning of his Father's decision to split the land. In his mind, it was his right to be King of Trinity, not his brothers. Syris was a coward, who feared magic! Ellidil was a man too kind for the rigours of being a king, and a man who had maimed himself with his own power. Only he had mastered Sorcery!

And yet, he was only King of Penndragon. He soon decided that the entire idea was for his father to test the trio: to find out who the true king was. The only correct answer, of course, was Alexander. His brothers were far too Micro-centric. Syris might slay a man or two with his sword, and Ellidil could convince a group of men to fight for him, but Alexander could crush them all in a storm of Ice, or a crash of thunder! He had the power to be king, so he would just have to show it!

A beautiful sea-side kingdom, as harsh as it is wondrous.

Penndragon, the seaside kingdom handed down to Alexander by his father. It is best known for its vibrant magical powers and its sudden changing weather. At any one moment, Penndragon has been known to change from Sunny delight to torrential downpour. It makes a great deal of its wealth from trade and exportation: focusing on the fishing industry and the exportation of magical goods and artefacts. Penndragon has a fairly notable discrepancy between the richest and the poorest. Wealthy merchants and nobles can be seen in large estates, while the average fisherman will share a room with his wife and children. The way this is balanced out is through a fairly potent taxation scheme: The rich are hit hard by taxes and the poor are left mostly alone. This allows Penndragon to fund expansion and welfare, while ensuring the less fortunate can continue with their lives.

  • The Staff of the Krak – A powerful wooden stave, its durability is beyond anything that one might expect of wood, being able to withstand even the strongest of physical blows. The staff is able to push out jets of water from the tip, although not lethal, they can be used to push an opponent back, and can be used as a catalyst for Alexander's magic.

The Orb of Me'dan – A fairly simple item, The Orb of Me'dan is linked with Alexander's conscious and acts as the storage for his vast magical knowledge. Alexander can store his thoughts inside the orb, and can manipulate his memories into it for access later. Only he is able to access the thoughts, due to the connection he shares with it.

The Amulet of the Spire – Another fairly simple artefact, The Amulet of the Spire allows Alexander to store additional magical power inside for later use. He can concentrate to store magical power into the stone, and can later draw this power out for either his own use, or for the use of other mages.

Kaldoosh, the Scourge of the Dark Realm

On a secret night, in a secret ritual, Alexander sought to take control of a power that even his mentor had not been able to best. The powers of the demonic realm were his for the taking, if only he could correctly apply himself. For fifty days and fifty-one nights, Alexander fasted and poured his magical power into the Amulet of the Spire. Then, he poured it all into one single spell: The summoning and binding of a greater daemon.

He was successful, to a degree. Kaldoosh is trapped half in this world and half in the daemon realm. Only his head has truly aspirated into the physical realm, and it is held in a prison of magic that even he cannot penetrate in his current form.

Alexander was ecstatic with the situation. He had captured the demon, and even better, had captured its head. Inside its head was the secrets he desired: Magics unimaginably powerful and unknown by anyone else. It was in Kaldoosh's mind that he would find the secret to conquering Trinity, and transcending his brothers, his tutor and even his father.

Kaldoosh offers his services occasionally, but only because it suits him to do so. Alexander's personality leaves him open to certain levels of suggestibility. If Kaldoosh is able to gain his trust, and if Alexander is desperate enough, maybe the Greater Daemon can walk in the realm of the living for the first time.

God help us if he does.

Name:
King Syris Krona of Bloodsbane.
Also known as Syris the Sword King or Syris the Sword Prince.

Age: 25

Species: Human

Sexual Orientation: Straight.

Profession: King of Bloodsbane

Special Abilities:
  • Natural born leader
  • Photographic Memory
  • Swordsmanship
  • Marksmanship
  • Beast tamer
  • Enhanced strength and speed

Weaknesses:
  • Impatient
  • Irritable
  • Ignorance
  • Stubborn
  • His Queen

Personality: Syris is untrusting, serious and hostile from training, though he is the king, he cares very little for the civilians. It takes a lot to gain his trust, and if you betray him, he'd bury you, along side your family, alive. Syris is a man of his words, never broke a promise or lied to anyone. Syria dislikes magic, he believes that power is the key to success.

Bio: Syris was the middle son, the child that never got any attention, before or after the birth of his younger brother, The Neglected one. Syris distanced from his family, he'd be by himself all day, practicing the art of weaponry because he disliked magic. Syria showed great talent, the old King was truly impressed and gifted him the most treasured sword in the Kingdom.

Upon splitting the lands, Syris was given Bloodsbane, the mysterious north. The surface here lies covered in rock, and settlements are far between. When Syris arrived on his mount, the people was suspicious of their new leader. These men was warriors, and no untested fine noble should dare order them around. The lord who had ruled the land under the Great King, challenged the Prince to a duel. Syris not only accepted, he won as well. With his strength proven, the people accepted him as one of their own. Syris soon showed that he had much higher ambition than that of the lord who became his second in command.

He improved and upgraded the Grand Bloodsbane Castle. The surrounding land was fertilized, which meant the city could support more people. Mines was digged, bringing up iron and coal. But most importantly, soldiers was trained.

(I kept most of the aspects from the original Syris, because I liked it. And because the one that I write was unsaved and completely wiped out of the system. Hope it's fine... The story about Bloodsbane and Syris' weapons will stay the same, just fyi.)
