I'll have to look at your cs. If you are okay with it, and it works for his story, then maybe. As of now I wasn't planning it, and hadn't really read the... background of each character.

@Crab Claws It does seem like they could have met each other at the same monastery, as a relationship, if any, they might just be friends, since after they left they would have split ways, each following their own path.

A very small effeminate figure that often gets him mistaken for a woman which he uses to his advantage. He is only dressed in women's clothes if the occasion makes it necessary. He has blonde hair that, when loosed, is past his shoulders but when up it is wrapped in a bun or a neat ponytail.

Race: Metalborn Runeguard

Special Abilities: Electricity Magic, specialized in Lightning.
He has spent his entire life, (y'know after he was allowed to make his own decisions) training to use lightning based magic, which would be called electric based in our current post Franklin language. He's a Metalborn so he is also tougher, heavier, stronger, and enchant-able. He's also skilled with a sword, though he mainly uses it to channel his magic.
Weaknesses: He's about as good with a sword as any well-trained soldier, no better. He's slow, since he can't ride horseback and Drakes are limited to Bloodsbane. He can't swim, (just like any Metalborn) and because of that he detests getting wet. Without a sword, his attacks are less focused, increasing the chance of collateral, or friendly, damage. He likes fighting, and often gets in trouble for brutally hurting those he fights against. (Among his own people, of Penndragon.) He's also mildly insane.
Personality: Quick tempered, mildly insane, and just a little bit disloyal, (he'd break the laws in his own country, and if the Metalborn nation asked him to come back he would go.) He enjoys having fun, but that usually means beating people.
Background: Fulgur was born with two brothers, he was separated from them at birth, and sent live with a group of mages in Penndragon, other Metalborn mostly. The guild of mages taught him how to read, write, speak, and perform daily activities, while purposefully not encouraging or discouraging any of his behavior. They taught him magic, and when he was old enough to choose to specialize he chose to shed all trainers but those who taught lightning. He was the finest Electromancer the Metalborn had ever seen.
It made sense that when he had learned all they could teach him he left and went in search of other magic teachers. He would study under his chosen teacher, proving labor in exchange for knowledge. He grew strong in the body from paying for teachers, and strong in his magic by focusing solely on lightning magic. When a teacher taught him all they knew he would leave and find another. Soon he had learned all that he could, an no teacher he found could teach him anything new. Lightning magic was largely unused and unknown due to the dangerous and conductive nature of electricity. He taught himself further, until he decided to join the military, so he could legally use what he had learned and developed.
Other: He is unknowingly, Gladius's brother. They're twins, and under their armour they are identical. His eyes do not glow blue, that was just in the picture when I found it.
