Why they've been imprisoned:
Murder of nearly 10,000 clones.

Short Character Biography:
Accelerator is the number one among the seven level five espers of Academy City. Due to his overwhelming power he was the sole student in his power development classes. He was targeted by assassins and researchers his entire life. When he was 10, he accidentally harmed another child, which escalated into all of Academy City being pit against him. He eventually just gave up despite being able to easily win, and was eventually taken in by Kihara Amata, giving him his sadistic personality and control over his powers. He was part of an experiment to elevate him to the rumored level 6, but was stopped by Kamijo Touma, a boy with a right hand that could negate any powers, even the blessings of God himself. He suffered damage to his brain, but still managed to try to turn himself around for the greater good and further developed his powers, taking on other Level 5's and participating in World War 3.


Character Powers:

Vector Manipulation - Accelerator can control vectors, or anything with a direction and magnitude, that he is in contact with. Kinetic motion, electrical signals, heat, and such are all vectors. He typically has this set to reflect, deflecting all incoming unnecessary vectors. It works even against telepathy, telekinesis, teleportation, and things like that, given that espers in his universe have those powers yet cannot harm him.

Electric Choker - Used to communicate with the Misaka Network. He needs this for basic motor functions. When activated, he can use his vector manipulation power. The battery currently runs up to 30 minutes when activated.

Wings - He can produce white wings from his back, which do his vector calculations for him. Their capacity is greater than even his brain before his accident. These greatly increase his power's ability and allow him to understand laws he doesn't know or understand. He no longer needs to touch vectors to manipulate them. He also does not need the Misaka Network in this state.

Speaking from personal experience, it looks like it will be accepted. Roman lives in a very different time zone, so be patient and it should be in.

Yes, they are. Although if you choose High Security, you'll also need to read the update on the latest page (it's labelled Chapter 3 Part 2: The Tangled Web).
 
Yep. In fact thanks to recent efforts we've had an upsurge in activity, so the game is much more active now.

There isn't really an upper limit on players at the moment. While I'm sure eventually Roman stop taking in players, I don't think that's going to be very soon.

Why they've been imprisoned: Well, Vaas isn't exactly a good guy. From international drug trading, selling humans into slavery, taking pleasure in the murder and torture of captives, and the filmed torment and murder of actor Christopher Mintz-Plasse live on a webcam, he has any number of reasons to be locked up and imprisoned.

Short Character Biography: Vaas Montenegro was born in the Rook Islands, a small collection of islands near Papua New Guinea and Thailand. His culture, the Rakyat, are the indigenous people of the islands, with a strong warrior culture and unity. Nothing is known of his early life, besides the fact that he has a sister by the name of Citra. A rift grew between these two at an early age, as Vaas became disconnected with his own people and their culture. As Citra rose through the ranks of the tribe, quickly becoming something of a 'jungle goddess', Vaas abandoned his home and left the Rakyat.

It is about then that Vaas met Hoyt Volker, a drug trader, pirate, diamond miner, and human trafficker hailing from South Africa. Hoyt wished to set up an operation on Rook Island, and Vaas, after being plied with drugs and the promise of anything he wanted, was eager to oblige. Taking up a position as Hoyt's right hand man, Vaas became a brutal commander of Hoyt's pirates and outlaws on the Northern Island, capturing, torturing, and murdering any Rakyat or tourist to come near his territory. Vaas' sanity slowly dwindled the more he killed and destroyed, until only a raving, homicidal lunatic in charge of an army of criminals remained.

A few years since he began ruling the North Island, a young tourist named Jason Brody escaped Vaas' largest prison camp alive; not before Vaas shot Jason's brother, Grant, in the throat, however. Swearing revenge and looking to free others Vaas had imprisoned, Jason began slowly, but surely, dismantling Vaas' entire organization, killing his men, burning his drugs, and generally making business very hard indeed. Vaas had seemingly killed Jason twice, but miraculously, the boy always lived to fight again.

Finally, in a climactic final shootout, in which Vaas lured Brody to his compound and locked him in a burning building before setting every man he had on killing the tourist, Vaas met his apparent end. Jason shot his way through the compound, killing the last of the pirates, before Vaas took him by surprise and plunged a drugged knife into Jason's gut. In a hallucinogenic vision, Brody did battle with Vaas, finally gaining the upper hand and slaying the disgraced jungle warrior with his own knife. However, his death is disputed, and he may yet have lived.......

Character Powers: Vaas, sadly enough, is an ordinary human male. However, for an ordinary human male, he's pretty vicious. Adept with firearms, blades of all kind, and unarmed combat, even with no supernatural help, he's a force to be reckoned with. His ferocity and psychotic behavior, along with his training as a warrior of the jungle and hands-on experience as a murderous drug lord only help to make him deadlier.

Character Name: Raoul De Chagny
Universe of Origin: The Phantom of the Opera sequel Love Never Dies
Age: late 30s-40s
Why they've been imprisoned: Framed for the murder of his wife
Short Character Biography:
Formally known as the Vicount De Chagny, Raoul lost his fortune and title on a roulette table in Monte Carlo shortly after his lover-later-wife and musician Christine Daae was kidnapped by the Phantom Of the Opera. After rescuing his wife, they lived together in peace for 10 long years with their son, Gustave, until money problems led to the former nobleman's wife having to sing at an opera house at an American theme park/ slide show, Phantasma. After discovering that the owner of the park was the Phantom, and after making a drunken bet with the apiarist, De Change was forced to leave the park alone (Christine chose the Phantom over him). After turing to his bottle for company, he drank his sorrows away, until he was taken into custody for the murder or his wife (note: he didn't do it)

Character Powers: Decent Sword skills, Decent Strength, oh, and a semi Decent Singing Voice
