While she was in awe of this colossal flying machine, whatever it was, Kanade still managed to direct her people to start cordoning off more dangerous pieces of wreckage and direct curious onlookers away from any dangerous areas. She had a duty to the people, and she would uphold it. She greeted Lyssa in a friendly manner, once she ran into the Lady. She didn't say much when she spotted Aesil, merely looking gloomier than usual as the usual regrets flew through her mind at losing someone she'd considered a friend, of sorts. She certainly didn't want to encourage Lyssa to run off after the girl, whatever the case.
Once the two young ladies from the crashed ship, if ship it truly was, introduced themselves, she bowed, and did so in turn. "I am Lady Kanade Kondou, Knight of Aesil." She felt it was prudent to maintain formality for the time being. "Indeed, she is the Queen of Drisbane, not a princess," she explained. "We'll be happy to bring you to an audience with her."
She gestured for one of the guards with her, and sent him off back toward Drisbane with the message that the strange object was some sort of ship, according to those who were riding inside it. And that some of the people from this ship wished an audience with Queen Efrida. It would be best if the news arrived ahead of the actual people in question.
She studied the two women standing in front of her, carefully considering the both of them. She couldn't quite place their armor or clothing, and, eventually, curiosity got the best of her an a question escaped her lips. "So...that thing was a ship? What caused it to crash so? And, for that matter, where are you and your ship from?" Make that a few questions. Of course, the answers would be useful when presenting these foreign guests to the Queen.
