Moonlit blade died because he was eaten by a great old one.
 
GMK died from Alcohol poisoning.
 
Oct Knight died from rabies. Had to shoot him, sorry.
 
MEg died because I skinned him alive then cut him up into little pieces.

GK died because I needed a sacrifice for my ceremony to honor the Gods of the Frying Pan so that I might continue to use my frying pan powers of destruction ^^
