Both in the Japanese and the English version, yup. XD It's not unsusal for woman to voice boys. Actually, most boys in anime are voiced by woman, Ash (pokemon), Honey (Ouran) and Alphonse (fullmetal alchemist) just beng a few examples. ^^

The only reversed harem besides ouran that's actually good (in my opinion). If you do get the VN (which is soooo much better than the anime) or watch the anime (though the anime is also good), be ready to cry though because...waaaaah....T_T

I can't get used to the Clannad animation, though. T-those eyes...still freak me out. -.- And someone spoiled the end for me so now I'm afraid of watching it. X/ I might check out the VN, though, just because I wanna get my hand on all VN's I possibly can.
 
I'm not an advanced enough otaku to understand what harem or VN means X'D
 
The Fruits Basket manga can make you cry too, if you read the entire series.
