"Under the orders of the king, you are to captured and excuted, Lady Morgana Scathelock. You are an accused practicioner of the forbidden arts, specifically witchcraft." a soldier announced as he stepped inside the bookshop, looking into space as he recited his warrant of arrest. The witch looked at them with a startled gaze, her yellow eyes widening as soon as she was found out. She knew it, she always knew it. She would be found out sooner or later, she always told Ethan -- but he never listened.
"I--I don't understand, what have I done to cause this?" Morgana asked, putting on an innocent face that seemed to work nicely. But she knew she couldn't do anything, this was under the King's orders. She had been saved once, but twice would be a blessing. Fighting back was always an option, she knew a vast number of spells, chants, and she was vampire. But these all came with a price: Ethan would be found out. She doesn't want him to fall, not her, she won't be the reason for that... Never.
"You were caught chanting in the commotion." the soldier said, as his fellows came to her, whose wrists held an iron grip around hers. Of course it was bearable, and breakable, but she had to play civillian and actinv was futile --- so she struggled. Stretching her wrists as if in agony, pain and reluctancy.
"No! I am not a witch! Where is your Chief? Where is he? Earl Ethan? Him... He knows I am innocent! Please!" she begged at the soldier, she knew theu will burn the book shop -- one of the only things she owned and have. She will not let them burn it, never. But where was her rescue? Ethan? "Earl Ethan!" she screamed as she was dragged out of her shop, the ends of her dress gathering the dirt on the ground as she struggled and moved.

Soldiers barricaded the church, and out they came out -- dragging the priest out of the holy sanctuary he was not welcome to enter. They dragged the holy man to the back of the church where no one could see them, and where Ethan stood and waited to confront the nuisance of a priest.
The priest was presented before him, held by two strong soldiers by the arms. He eyed the priest, triumph danced around his eyes "Rip off his cross, and search his body." he instructed, and his troops followed. Removing all holy jewellry and items that the priest wore and kept, with disdain he looked at the priest "Don't even try, I know what you are up to. You, or any of your kind will not succeed."
