Komikaru Secondary School is a school with a wonderful looking campus, neatly dressed students, and plenty of activities to entertain those who attend this place. Both our lower and upper buildings are often seen as notably prestigious. If only that were true.
"Wait what?"
"You mean it's not like that?"
The students at Komikaru are very unmotivated and passive with only a few exceptions. While there are tons of clubs and a lot of money is put in to the school's facilities, the students have a general attitude of disinterest in school spirit.
Even those who are on the student council are rarely volunteers. The campaign is run by teachers, and not even hefty rewards can get the students to become interactive in the school.
Each member of the Student Council is stranger than the previous. Each of them have notable quirks that seperate them from the rest of their fellow students. The only goal of the student council is to catch the interest of the student body. Will theyever be able to do so?
School Rules:
1. No eating during class periods other than lunch.
2. Wear the appropriate uniform for the appropriate season.
3. No unauthorized aid allowed on tests, quizzes, or assignments.
4. No dying hair, wearing piercings other than girls wearing earings, or wearing noticeable makeup.
5. No gum in class.
6. No unauthorized weaponry, alcohol or drugs permitted.
7. For exceptions to the rules please sea the current head administrator for help.
RP Rules:
1. This is a comedy, meaning the general mood will be light and satiristic. There will be a bit of drama, but not very much.
2. Though it shouldn't be possible in this rp, no bunnying, metagamin, or general godmodding of any sort.
3. I expect atleast 2 paragraphs of 5-7 sentences each, and decent grammar (Capitalization, Spelling, punctuation). If you can do all that, please put a quote of something your character would say in the, "other," section of your character sheet.
4. For characters, anything goes, as long as they don't actually have sci fi or fantasy traits. For an example, a character that thinks they have super powers, but doesn't actually.
5. You may have two or more characters, but only one can have an "SB," position.
6. Yes romance is allowed, but the major focus will be friendship and school spirit. This is not a sappy love story. Therefore, no smut unless it has to do with your character's personality in which case use censors and fading to black.
7. For the most part, these are teenagers, and teens can use some pretty foul language. Therefore mild language is allowed but I don't fucking want fucking every fucking damn shitty other fucking word to be a fucking cuss word. So please keep it mild. This is a role play not a role rap.

Personality: Shijiro-sensei is a very relaxed and passive person. He generally supports every bizarre project that the student council comes up with. He is very optimistic, and some people say he can't see the bad in things at all. He always has a smile on his face no matter what. Many people enjoy this happy go lucky fellow's way of handling things, while others find it annoying or slightly irritating. Some people question why he became the headmaster of a school if he wasn't going to harshly discipline students. He does, but he wants them to be more responsible and tries not to get involved.
Only the people closer to him know how smart Shijiro really is. He acts like a total idiot at times, but he knows what he is talking about and is actually a great businessman. Shijiro is capable of much more than how he makes himself look.
Bio:
A young boy grew up on a smaller island off the coast of Japan. He grew up, dreaming to be an aspiring artist, even though his pictures were about average for any other young boy. None the less, he dreamed. When he started primary school, his parents died in a car accident, and all of their belongings were left to him. Because he was too young to have a rational clue on what to do with his parent's money, their wishes were put on hold for when he were to get older. Untill then, he moved to his grandmother's house in a small suburban area near Kyoto. The boy, although he missed his parents greatly, lived happily with his grandmother for a long time.
Throughout his years of secondary school, his grandmother became very sick, and so he had to take care of her while managing school. She got so sick she had to go to the hospital and she lived there for the rest of her years.
Shijiro started Komikaru Secondary school ten years ago, when he was 22. He had a doctorate in Child Education, and enough money from his parent's will to construct it. Personality: Although she normally has good intentions, Otene is easily perceived as arrogant, selfish, nosy and at times very annoying. She always wants to be first, and will go to extreme lengths to achieve that goal. She has a ruler complex, and tends to refer to herself as, "Kokuo," or King. No, not Queen, because queens are second in command, and she has to be first. When she isn't first, she is unable to function for a while, but will eventually be able to get back in full speed.
Bio: As the youngest daughter in a high class family, Otene was often spoiled with whatever she wanted. When she went to grade school she took advantage of her wealthy status to achieve first in everything, just to have lots of friends. She did, at first, but after news got out that she was only getting first with her family's money, she was often isolated. By the end of grade school, she had no friends left, even though she had stopped using her family's money in 2nd grade. When she went to middle school, she started over completely. She stopped using her family's power, and obtained the spot of top of the class with her own power. She got better at running, and took lessons for piano and singing. She got lead roles in plays and outran everyone in her grade, and used her own power to win everything she wanted to. However, when she looked for friends, still no one wanted to be her friend. She continued trying anyway, deciding that she didn't need friends, and could make do without them.

Personality:
She has two distinct personalities, one she wears on the outside and the one that stays inside. Unfortunately for her, and everyone else, the two sides often bleed into one another. She tried to keep her front up, but she's generally to hot headed for it to actually work.
On the outside she projects an air of levelheadedness and gentle kindness. The kind of temperament that demands respect. All in all it's a very responsible, and lady like kind of personality. That is, if that is what she was really like.
That, clearly, isn't how she actually is. Just a little poke here and there and you'll get to see what's under the mask: A Temper. She has trouble keeping her head cool, and is pretty easily annoyed or embarrassed. She'll even lash out in emotional and sometimes violent(stomping on feet, throwing books, kicking shins, etc) outburst when you manage to ruffle her feathers She's easily hurt, and secretly, a bit of a cry baby. She's literally a walking, talking, time bomb of emotions.
This isn't all bad however! Just as she experiences sadness and irritation in extreme ways, she feels the same for other emotions too. She love indefinitely, and is unflinchingly loyal. Her excitement can be almost infectious with it's intensity. She's definitely a passionate person under her "ice princess" mask.
In a word, she is, Tsundere.

At a very early age her mother passed away leaving her with just her father. He, unfortunately, wasn't equipped to raise a four year old child, Let along live alone, as his wife had always been the more parent like of the two. He did his best, with the help of his mother, who moved in after the death of his wife. Thanks to this, Suzuki was raised by her stern and proper grandmother, occasional input from her aunt, and her father.
She quickly began to idealize her grandmother, admiring her to the point she wanted to be just like the sophisticated elder woman. She she began to emulate her much to her father chagrin and her grandmothers delight.
It was only natural that she was distraught when her grandmother passed away only weeks after Suzumi's eleventh birthday. She had been sick for months leading up to her passing, and knowing she was going to pass on soon she gave her granddaughter her pearl necklace. Suzumi is never seen without it.

Personality: Satsuki is the type of girl who when she sets her sights on something she never gives up on it. She can be a bit creepy with how she fixates on things or people and she's very tenacious. However these traits only apply to her personal desires and not school, never school. Satsuki is smart in most subjects, especially science, but she finds the school curriculum restricting so she doesn't bother with it.
Satsuki is very knowledgeable when it comes to science, but she's more of an evil experimenter then a budding scientist. She likes to tread the fine line between joking and really considering turning someone into a living specimen, and she gets pouty when her advances are thwarted or if she's refused.
Satsuki has a fixation on creating the first human-animal hybrid, so she constantly tells people that they would look lovely with (insert animal physical attribute) in hopes of getting them to let her experiment on them. However most times the attribute she chooses for them is very unflattering.
Bio:
Satsuki was born to two taxidermists, so that's where her animal fixation comes from but her parents have no clue how she got obsessed with wanting to experiment on humans. It probably had something to do with them never blocking the horror movie channels on TV, but who knows? Satsuki was an only child, so her parents doted on her when she was younger, but when she got older and started getting obsessed with experimenting on people they got a little worried and started giving her space. They gave her so much space that they ended up having another child, who was normal so far and started doting on her. Satsuki, who at first appreciated the privacy, began to get jealous and often tries to lure her innocent little sister into being experimented on. (She wants to turn her into a pig person, because that's what she is, a stupid stupid greedy piggie.)

Personality: Kairi is more like an elementary student than a high school student. She is very needy at times or can act like a total baby. She is quite small so she could pass off for a child. Other times she acts rather intelligent or can help solve problems. Her personality fluctuates between being very childish and actually being helpful. More often than not she is being childish and having fun. She could never be mean even if she tried. She is the type that is easy to manipulate because she doesn't know any better. Being the way that she is has worked out for her though considering she is very good at making friends and getting what she wants.
Bio: Kairi was raised in a family with two older brothers. They were only older than her by a year but that was still enough for her to be considered the baby of the family. So thus she was raised as such. As a child she got whatever she wanted when she wanted it because her parents were willing to do anything to make her happy. She never had any problems in life because she always had her older siblings to look out for her. In grade school the three of them were always together, mostly because the boys thought she would get into trouble because she was far too friendly, and they always made sure to keep away guys who tried to get with her. It stayed like that until her brothers transferred to another school to attend middle school. Once that happened her life became a bit more eventful. Kairi began to get harassed by the girls at her school because all the guys only paid attention to her. They would exclude her, talk badly about her, and try to ruin her good reputation. From then on she never made any female friends. She was much better at making male friends anyway. When she started to hang out with guys more she realized that they were only using her but she could never turn them down. It was against her nature. So she just let it go and went along with it.

Personality
Mimi is basically made of flowers and ponies and rainbows. She is a powerpuff girl incarnate, consisting of sugar, spice, and everything nice. She's eccentrically happy all the time, her constantly chipper personality a permanent beacon of relentless sunshine. It's almost creepy how bubbly she is; honestly, it's like her life mission is to bring eternal joy to everyone she meets and everything she does. This behavior tends to freak out the other students sometimes or annoy them, but it never phases Mimi. Her smiley facade just about never falters, no matter what kind of stuff is thrown at her -- which is precisely why she was selected to be head of the Spirit Committee. (Just hope you're not around when the chipper exterior actually does crack... Because there is an angry beast inside that is far too strong for its own good, suppressed by years of sugary sweetness.)
Biography
Even as a small child, Mimi seemed eternally jolly -- like Santa Claus, but in baby form. Her eyes would light up at the smallest phenomena, and she was always on the move, looking for things to explore. She almost never cried, and she never got angry or upset -- with the exception of the one time someone was bullying her best friend and she lashed out, breaking their nose. (After that, no one dared cross her path.) But that incident aside, Mimi has always had the same demeanor her whole life. She's an only child, and her parents aren't quite sure where she got the chipper attitude from, but it doesn't bother them in the least. In fact, they're quite proud of their little beam of sunshine.
When Mimi was four years old, her parents decided to let their daughter channel all her positive energy into athletics. First, it was gymnastics and dance; however, by the time Mimi was seven, she had started playing soccer as well, and she excelled in all three. While her classmates and peers at school were a bit afraid of her because of her creepily sunny disposition (and the knowledge that there was a violent demon lurking somewhere underneath), her coaches and teammates all loved and respected her. On the field, Mimi was able to inspire her peers with both her incredible talent and her great energy and camaraderie, and she looks out for her teammates as if she were a mother duck ushering her ducklings across the street.

Personality:
Shiro's personality goes against people's beliefs. Most of the time, when you think of a President, you think of someone who is dedicated, hard-working, and disciplined, correct? Well, Shiro is none of those things. The young male is very playful and rarely takes things seriously. He has a short-attention span and, therefore, can not be committed to one thing for a long time since he gets bored easily. There are times where Shiro would actually sit down and do his presidential duties, but it's rare. And it's only because he was forced to. Like a disease, the white-haired male will avoid work as much as he can in favor of doing something more fun. The thirteen year old is actually very intelligent and houses wonderful ideas in his mind, but he just doesn't apply said things. He can be a bit blunt at times and also a bit oblivious. Shiro does what he wants when he wants and won't listen to what anyone has to say about it. Though he doesn't do it often, Shiro is known for making up believable stories to get out of doing things. He's practically mastered the art at this point, but it's usually a last resort.
Bio:
Shiro was an average kid with an average family. He was just as mischievous and playful as other kids his age, maybe even more so. Being the only child, there was a lot expected of him, yet he would get what he asked for as a reward of meeting said expectations. It would've been a nice deal had he ever asked for anything. Because he never asked for things, he didn't see a reason to meet his parents' expectations so he became a bit rebellious, but they loved him all the same. After some time, they finally gave up on trying to get him to be a certain way and just let him live life the way he wanted. An incident that occurred in elementary school caused him to create a façade and wear it majority of the times. It pushed him to build up walls and to let people only get so close to him, let them only know so much. Whenever asked about it, he tries to change the subject or ignore the question.

Personality:
Shiro's personality goes against people's beliefs. Most of the time, when you think of a President, you think of someone who is dedicated, hard-working, and disciplined, correct? Well, Shiro is none of those things. The young male is very playful and rarely takes things seriously. He has a short-attention span and, therefore, can not be committed to one thing for a long time since he gets bored easily. There are times where Shiro would actually sit down and do his presidential duties, but it's rare. And it's only because he was forced to. Like a disease, the white-haired male will avoid work as much as he can in favor of doing something more fun. The thirteen year old is actually very intelligent and houses wonderful ideas in his mind, but he just doesn't apply said things. He can be a bit blunt at times and also a bit oblivious. Shiro does what he wants when he wants and won't listen to what anyone has to say about it. Though he doesn't do it often, Shiro is known for making up believable stories to get out of doing things. He's practically mastered the art at this point, but it's usually a last resort.
Bio:
Shiro was an average kid with an average family. He was just as mischievous and playful as other kids his age, maybe even more so. Being the only child, there was a lot expected of him, yet he would get what he asked for as a reward of meeting said expectations. It would've been a nice deal had he ever asked for anything. Because he never asked for things, he didn't see a reason to meet his parents' expectations so he became a bit rebellious, but they loved him all the same. After some time, they finally gave up on trying to get him to be a certain way and just let him live life the way he wanted. An incident that occurred in elementary school caused him to create a façade and wear it majority of the times. It pushed him to build up walls and to let people only get so close to him, let them only know so much. Whenever asked about it, he tries to change the subject or ignore the question.

Personality: Kohaku is a cheerful guy with a generally optimistic disposition, however, his type of optimism is odd and tainted with darkness. He finds anything that a regular person would find frightening, interesting. He likes to take walks at night and in thunderstorms. His favorite past time is watching horror movies, however due to his father's bed time 'stories', he doesn't find any of the movie content the least bit frightening.
In his opinion, a person's spirit is only ever at it's best when experiencing harrowing or heart pounding events. So he has made it his mission to build up everyone's spirit through scaring the crap out of everyone, so they can experience true bliss.
Bio: Kohaku was born to a soon to be divorced couple. His parents had had a falling out and even the miracle of their only child's birth couldn't bring them back together. His mother wanted to go find herself, so she left a baby Kohaku with his father and never came back. Kohaku's father at the time was an esteemed surgeon, who's social life died when because he had to take care of his son. In his loneliness, Kohaku's father often told his growing son, the stories of the surgeries that he performed, and that's probably why Kohaku turned out the way he did.
When he entered grade school, Kohaku made a large amount of friends do to his charming and outgoing personality, but he soon lost them when he began recounting his father's surgery stories to his horrified friends. Their parents caught wind of this and forced them to stop interacting with Kohaku, so he spent most of his grade school years in solitude. However when he got to high school, and people got more mature and less likely to listen to their parents, he started making friends again.
Major Quirk: He thinks scaring the crap out of people will raise their school spirit
Likes: Horror movies, anything scary really, spiders, snakes, mythology, mythical creatures.
Dislikes: Glitter, arcades, halibut, ghost busters/hunters, horror movies that end with the monster getting killed/subdued.
Fears: Not meeting his demise in a horror movie fashion // Losing his friends
