Confident that he was playing his role right, Naoto's change in personality became complete.

"Sensei," he began with the precise amount of hesitancy needed. He was back to fiddling with his thumbs as he sat down. "My feelings. For this girl. Iya, boy. Etto, we've known each other for a long time. Etto...ano...relatively. Classmates, we've been classmates. But-but from afar, I've always...I can't say it." He continued to speak with his eyes on his thumbs. "Sorry, Sensei. I can't arrange my thoughts."

"I don't know what to do, Sensei." he gripped his uniform at the left side of his chest. "Sometimes, my heart beats so fast. And I'm excited and tension up and stuff. When she's around."

"I-I'll come in, then..."

Kiyomi walked up to the chair across from the counselor and sat down. With a mixed look of embarrassment and relief on her face, she removed the pink wig like a helmet, letting her natural hair flow out from underneath. She ran her hands through it a couple of times, partially due to nervousness and partially to set it straight.

"Um, hello, my name's Ushiromiya Kiyomi of class 2-C, nice to meet you. Well, I've never really done this sort of thing before, but..." She gulped. "There's a first time for everything, right?" Her voice quivered at just the right times. "You see, growing up, my family wasn't exactly what you'd call 'wealthy'. In fact, we were pretty bad off. My parents had to work long hours at shifty part-time jobs just to put food on the table, but as a result, me and my siblings rarely ever got to see them. The few times they were actually at home they were too tired to put up with us. It hurt, you know, watching them struggle like that... As the eldest of five children, I started feeling like more and more of a nuisance, not doing anything to help our situation while being the one with the biggest mouth to feed. So that's when I decided that I had to do something. I quit school and started working at a family restaurant. Of course I was too young to get a job, but it was a shitty place and they were short on staff, so they hired anyone they could. Then, one day when I was cleaning out the tables, there was a commercial on the TV, you know how places like that always have them on the walls, about an idol corporation. It seemed like a fairly easy thing to do, just look pretty all the time, sing and dance a bit. Plus, the pay was really good. I decided to give them a call, and I went on an audition, and as it turned out I got the job! I was really surprised, considering how many girls had applied. At first, things were great. With the money I got we were able to move out from our old shack into a real house, and with the Ushiromiya name becoming reputable my parents were finally able to land respectable jobs. Sure, the fans were a bit crazy, scary even sometimes, but I could deal with it as long as it was only arround the concerts and interviews. But once I entered high school, I realized that everybody knew me. Just walking to class was a chore, because people jumped at me, screaming, begging for autographs. I had no friends, only fans. The stress gave me anger management issues, and to deal with it I started eating... A lot. I finally managed to befriend a foreign kid, and I've been around a lot of new people who treat me like an equal since joining the student council, but I'm still not happy. I want to be able to walk the halls normally, without having to dress up in order for people to not notice me. I don't want to have to eat my feelings anymore. I just want to be normal..."

She wiped some tears out of her eyes.

Ayano was coming up with a whole bunch of ideas in her head on how to enter the counselors room, She was paying so much attention to that, she didn't see the steps and suddenly went rolling down them. Somehow, her roll ended up with her hitting a door and finishing right in the middle of the counselors office. Ayano only felt a little bruised, but surprisingly she didn't feel that bad. She figured she was alright, she'd been through worse. "Uh?" Ow. She said, well...at least it was still an entrance she just wondered how the counselor was going to take it.

When everyone else proceeded out of the student council room, Kouta did as well, but he found himself walking a bit slower through the halls than the others had. A lover's quarrel...I have no idea how to make up one of those! Umm...I guess I could say we got into an argument, but what about? With my luck, if I make up something, it'll make her mad for real! I don't wanna do that. "What would someone like Kazama-san do at a time like this?" he muttered, one foot kicking at a scrap of paper on the floor. The bit of trash bounced against a door - which, when he looked at it, appeared to belong to a teacher's office.

This wasn't the only piece of paper on the ground either. "Wha? What's with all the litter today?" With a mental shrug, he started cleaning up; somebody had to do it, after all. "Nobody's going to think we care about our school if we leave things like this! Didn't anybody learn anything from the Gaiark?" It was only once he was throwing the trash out that he noticed what the sign by the door said. "Huh. Student Counse--geh!"

He had gotten all the way there without even noticing it, and still he didn't have a real plan! Panicky mental flailing ensued for several moments before he snapped out of it. "No! You have to do this, Takaki! There's not always time to make a plan...and besides, you got yourself into this mess, didn't you? Figure something out! This is simple compared to what Agito had to deal with, right? Yeah!" What he didn't think of was that talking to himself while whispering (rather loudly) outside a doorway would probably be reason enough for some people to think he needed help...or at least someone else to talk to.

During all of these meetings with the counselor, the sky had begun to darken and tiny droplets of rain began to fall. The teachers as well as the students had forgotten that a huge thunderstorm was forecast for the day. The entire city was on high alert because there were flood warnings and strong winds, so the principal announced that school was closing early and all students were to get their asses home before they got struck by lightning.

It seems the school counselor was to be investigated another time.

The New Secretary
Fujimoto was lying on his desk vertically, with a fluffy and sparkly pink pillow under his head as well as a green exfoliating spa mask on his face. He would have used the cucumbers too but that would have hindered his ability to totally ace the Rubik cube that he was holding above his head.
...
Okay well he wasn't exactly acing it. It was more like he was fumbling around with it and squealing in delight when he got three colors in a row. Then he'd release a stream of curse words when he'd screw up his perfect row, when he moved another section. Normally, he'd be doing student council stuff like looking through papers and requests, but when he'd come in he'd realized that all of the papers from the other day had been about the counselor and that case was to be put on hold. So there's was nothing to do...

The Student Council had a free day apparently.

Yup. A free day.

"Whoohoo!" Fujimoto shrieked and grabbed today's wig before dancing wildly around the room. Drops of green spa paste splattering every which way.

Yutaka frowned as he rode in the back of one his families limos. Today was to be his first day of school and yet he couldn't have the grand entrance he wanted. All three of his families helicopters and their two jets where either being used or in the shop, so that left the roses falling from the sky out of the question. He sighed "Guess the maids will have to do."

His limo pulled up to the school, with many of his classmates still outside. "At least word will get around fast." he thought. And with the press of a button his show could begin. Almost at once numerous maids came out from behind the limo and lined the path from the school entrance to the car door. Yutaka exited the car with a large smile on his face and his briefcase in his hand. He walked by slowly each all of his maids bowing and wishing him well as he walked by. He didn't really look, but Yutaka knew that the other students were in shock, mouths a gape.

When he finally got to the entrance of the school he stopped and turned around "Have a good day ladies." he said to the maids, and with that the fanfare he had brought with him had disappeared. Yutaka waited outside as he was swarmed by beautiful women, just trying to get close to him. "Girls, girls as much as I would love to chat with each and every one of you, I have some important business with the student council. So which one of you lovely ladies would like to show me the way." And with that a chorus of "I will." sprung up. Yutakas smile grew to real enjoyment, school would be as much fun as he had thought.

Judging by the swarm of ladies, Naoto identified the blonde hair of Yutaka Fukui. Naoto approached him, stopping the giggling and cooing of the girls. "Maido Yutaka-han," Naoto greeted Yutaka with a smile and a short bow. "Come with me, new Health Chair. Let's go meet Kaicho."

He stood back a little, examining the crowd of students with Yutaka. Then he stepped closer and scrutinized Yutaka as well. "Mhm, good health, posture's okay. Interesting, interesting."

He straightened up with an eerily happy smile and said, "Come now, we'd better get going."

Kiyomi walked across the schoolyard as usual, surrounded by a sea of fans, although a bit differently. Today the student council had a day off, so instead of making her way to the council room, she was planning on doing other, more relaxing things. A new cake shop had opened up in town, and she was dying to taste their strawberry... She noticed that more than the goal of her feet's stride was different today. Something was lacking. Amongst the sea of male uniforms surrounding her, not a single female could be seen. They were the crowning piece of Kiyomi's court, and today they were missing. Without the sound of their fawning voices, Kiyomi was starting to feel weak. As an idol, she lived off her fans idolizing her. That and cake. She needed to find out what had happened to the entirety of her female following, and perhaps the student council held some answers. She nestled her way out of the crowd of men by using her jacket as a decoy, and made her way to the council room.

Slamming the door open, she walked in with a fast pace. "Prez, something terrible has happened! All the girls are--" Before finishing her sentence, Kiyomi slipped on a slick of green goo, landing on her face. Enraged and feeling a nosebleed coming up, she darted up to the council president, determined to give him a nice slap right across the face, because surely it was his fault for making her fall. But instead of beeing met by the usual soft but sturdy flesh of Fujimoto's cheek, her palm slipped right off, and got covered in the same slippery goo that had made her fall. "Kyaaa! What is this!? It's so gross, and sticky, and..." She didn't finish her sentence, instead her body just crumpled down on the floor like a falling jenga tower. "Energy levels... Low. Need... Sweets." She pulled out a bag of chocolate sauce from somewhere, the kind used for decorating cakes, and started sucking on it like a pacifier while huddled up at Fujimoto's feet in the fetal position.

Fujimoto let out a screech of terror when Ushiromiya suddenly entered the room, slipped, readied to slap him and then crumple at his feet, sucking on a chocolate squeezy thing. Reaching out tentatively, Fujimoto poked the vice president with his foot. "H-hey, Ushiromiya-san, I don't think those things are meant to be consumed when not on a cake..."

Turning around and rummaging through his bag, the president found one mint and a bar of chocolate. But not just any regular run of the mill chocolate. It was a hazelnut flavored, caramel filled bar of chocolate from Paris. He sucked in a painful breath. Motherfucking shit. This is my special chocolate. I can't let that damn monster see it! He thought frantically, and desperately tried to shove it back into the pocket that it came from. However the foil wrapper caught on the zipper and with a loud RRRIIPPP! the thick and heavy smell of gourmet chocolate filled the air.

Fujimoto whirled around, clutching the chocolate to his chest and dashed towards the closet with the intent of hiding inside.

Kiyomi was still huddled up on the floor when she heard the ripping noise. Her ears sharpened, like a cat's when it's chasing prey. She could recognize that noise anywhere. With only one waft of the sweet scent filling the room, she could tell this was some quality stuff. Quickly and suddenly her body rose up from the floor, her head slowly twisting at a 180 degree angle, looking at the closet which Fujimoto was now hiding in. Her body snapped around so that she was now entirely facing the closet, and like a spider, she crawled up to it. He could hear the sound of her heavy breathing as she sniffed through the crack between the doors. "PreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeZzzz... You got a little something for meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee?..." She ripped the doors opened and with a crazed look on her face, mouth opened wide with sharp teeth like fangs, Kiyomi thrust her head at Fujimoto's chest, then pulled it back as if she was ripping his heart out. She tilted hear head backwards, swallowing the bar of chocolate whole with the remains of the wrapper still attached like a crocodile. Then she was still for a moment, until her head popped back into the right position. "That was amaaaazing! Gosh, there's no cure for a troubled heart like chocolate is it? Because chocolate, just like life, is sweet yet bitter at the same time." Kiyomi clutched her cheeks which were now flushed like pink roses. Her monstrous appearance from before had been replaced by a serene expression, and she giggled like a girl experiencing her first love. "Still, I wonder what happened to the girls? I hope they haven't forgotten about me... Oh well, who cares?" She continued giggling, which made her sound a bit like a maniac since she wouldn't stop.

When his chocolate was torn away from him, Fujimoto felt his heart split in two and then shatter into a thousand pieces. "N-no..." He gasped, making grabby hands at the vice president. "M-my chocolate! My special chocolate! NNNNOOOOOOO-OOOOO!" He screamed, falling out of the closet and assuming Ushiromiya's earlier position. "Ch-chocolate...didn't stand a chance. Like a shark...All gone...in one piece." He whimpered incoherently. Finally after a few minutes, Fujimoto got to his feet, dusted himself off and smiled at Ushiromiya.

"Ushiromiya-san, I hate you. And one day when you least expect it, I'm gonna push you down a flight of stairs." He said pleasantly, a huge fake smile on his face. "Now then, what was that you were saying about girls?"

Now that he thought about it, from the time he had arrived at school to now, he hadn't really seen many of the female students. He had assumed that they were trailing the school idol around, but obviously that was not the case.

Yutaka was a little more than disappointed. He was just starting to enjoy the admiration of his peers, when someone, who was as rude to not even introduce himself, pulled him away a beautiful moment. And now instead of enjoying the company of the beautiful women who were all over him, he was walking with this creepy. Yutaka sulked, the creep even made fun of his posture. The student council would certainly hear of this disrespect, sending such an uncouth student to escort him.

They walked down the hall, stopping for no one. While he could see the other students whispering, he couldn't hear them. But certainly they must be talking of the handsome new student, who was more or less forced to walk with the creep. Yutaka frowned as he walked next to the creep, he could see the faces of the girls light up as he walked, but none approached him. It must be because of the scary figure leading him to the council. When they arrived, Yutaka would demand that this person be removed from the school grounds for ruining his first day.

Katie was walking through the hallway, having dropped off a copy of 'Pet Shop of Horrors' in the manga-club's club room at the request of a friend who was a member there. Having some spare time due to the fact that the student council had a day off, she was wondering what to do. Kiyomi talked about some new café she was going to visit earlier, so maybe she should text her and see if she could come. Just as she thought that, she saw Naoto walking ahead of her. "Good day, Kisaragi-senpai." She called out. Just then, she noticed a guy she hadn't seen before walking next to him. Walking up to them, she smiled at the new face. "Hi there! My name's Okimura Katie, but you can just call me Katie. Are you a friend of Kisaragi-senpai's?"

Yutaka was still sulking as he walked in silence with the creep. But suddenly, as if sensing the opposite gender approaching, his whole mood changed. A girl walked towards him and the creep saying hello to creep first, then daring to ask for Yutakas. He was surprised of how few knew of him in this new school.

Yukata reached into his jacket and pulled out a rose and seemingly the lights in the hall dimmed leaving a spotlight upon him. Then running his hand through his hair with his free hand he said "I am Fukui Yutaka, but you, my darling, may call me Fukui Yutaka. I am the new health chair and soon to be center of attention at this school. And to answer your question, no I am not a friend of this miscreant, though I would not mind being your friend, dear." He held out the rose to the girl who introduced herself as Katie.

"Ah, I see, Fukui Yutaka-san... Well it's a pleasure making your acquaintance." An excentric, it seemed, she thought as she accepted the rose. But she didn't mind, she was used to 'special' personalities after spending time with Kiyomi and the rest of the student council. "Oh, I didn't actually know we were getting a new member in the council. In that case, we'll be working together from now on. I'm the social chair, you see." She looked at the rose, and then raised it slightly towards her nose to smell it. It carried a pleasant, slightly sweet aroma. "Thank you for the rose, I quite like flowers. Dahlia's are my favourite, though."

Yutaka frowned slightly as she stated Dahlia's were her favorite. "Well I will be sure to remember that next time." He looked back at Naoto then cupped his hand, whispering to Katie "This ones a bit scary, and it would be much more enjoyable if someone as lovely as you would escort me to the rest of the council." He wasn't truly scared, but if it worked it would of gotten him away from the creep. "I do hope you don't mind my dear."

Chiasa hummed to herself as she walked the hall towards the Student Council room. She had brought one or two more cosplays to store in the closet. It was the councils day off and she intended to get some photos taken. Her cosplays were awesome but how would anyone know if she didn't share their awesomeness on the otaku's forum? She hadn't noticed the whispers as she walked down the hall. She was completely absorbed in the thoughts of the wonderful settings she would create for her picturesque cosplays. Chiasa opened the door and said in sing-song, "Hello everyone~! Today is a beautiful day for taking lovely pictures of lovely characters." She practically floated across the floor into the room and up to the closet that held her cosplay attire. She giggled as she brought out the others she had brought. "So, how are you guys doing today?" Chiasa laid out a few outfits on the table as she spoke.

Thinking of all the wonderful tests he could run on the newest member of the Student Council, Naoto was in a very agreeable mood. Plus, he was on schedule so far, none of his daily activities as arranged by his sister was compromised despite his escorting Fukui to the council room. It was after all, his observation hour where he would enjoy a moment of watching everyone and taking note of their interaction.

"Oya!" Naoto said suddenly, a break from his strange humming while walking. "Maido, Okimura-kun," he greeted happily. Apparently not replied to, he stayed quiet. His normal gaze became rather intense as we watched Okimura and Fukui talk. He pulled out his notepad and wrote down a few things while critically tuned in to their conversations and even their gestures and body language.

"This ones a bit scary, and it would be much more enjoyable if someone as lovely as you would escort me to the rest of the council. I do hope you don't mind my dear." Fukui said to Okimura quietly.

"Fukui-han and I were just going to meet kaicho. Shall we all go together instead?" there was mocking laughter in Naoto's eyes. They weren't far from the room anyway and got there without any more ado, although Naoto walked behind the other two the rest of the way, scribbling more notes.

A gloved hand rapped upon a doorway cloaked in shadows. The answering tap from the other side of the door received another series of knocks in return. There was a long silence, broken only by the squeak of the handle turning. A small crack might have appeared between door and frame, if only such things weren't invisible in the darkness. A voice spoke in a low whisper. "Their fangs prowl over an endless plain." Was this some sort of nonsense? Not to the one whom knocked, apparently, as a reply swiftly came. "The sleeping hawk watches their passage." No words then, but the sound of a door unlocking and swinging open, a series of footsteps, the sound of a lock being set.

On the other side of that door sat several figures, forms barely visible in the tiny bit of light that reached into the room. Dust motes swirled past a single window. With the newcomer and the guard at the door added to their number, the circle's occupants numbered seven. One of them cleared their throat and began to speak. "Greetings to you, my friends...my allies in this most honorable task. Thank you all for coming today. Now, let us begin this meeting in time-honored fashion, as my mentor taught me when I first took on the mantle we all share." The speaker's head bowed for a moment. Then, in a burst of energy and strength, a chair was shoved back with a squeal of metal on tile. Its owner leaped upright, one fist held overhead, as the young male voice shouted out a single order: "Dai-tai-tsu! Roooll! Caaaaaall!"

More metal folding chairs slid back, or banged onto the floor, or crashed into others, as the room became a sudden buzz of activity. Triumphant, heroic music began to play somewhere, complete with sound effects at appropriate moments. Dark fabrics flew through the air when each figure jumped to their feet, voices filling the air one by one.

"History's wisdom, Sentai Blue!"
"Art's inspiration, Sentai White!"
"Science's hope, Sentai Yellow!"
"Music's passion, Sentai Black!"
"Number's clarity, Sentai Green!"
"Athlete's energy, Sentai Pink!"
"Sword's honor, Sentai Red!"

A light turned on suddenly and revealed that each speaker wore a costume, including a helmet that obscured their features. Each was different in style and design, but anyone who saw their clothes and the dramatic poses could guess that they were drawing ideas from the same genre of TV shows and movies. From within one of the helmets came the first speaker's words once again. "Together, we are..." Without missing a beat, as if it had been practiced countless times, the group moved as one into a collective pose. The music playing reached its peak just as they spoke in unison. "Gakuen Mamori Sentai! Dai-Nanatsu!"

The flawless execution would have been impressive, if not for one small detail... "Aaaaagh! Who knocked over the sodas?!" cried Sentai White, who found themselves standing in a growing cola puddle. "Hang on, I'll get towels!" Green jumped over a chair and scrambled across the unused classroom that served as their base of operations. "My speakers are all wet tooooo," groaned Black, who began trying to shake off the sticky mess while moving towards the source of their theme music. Blue just sighed and picked up the bottle before things could get any worse, while Yellow could be seen trying to blockade the spreading puddle with their discarded belongings. "H-hey, that's my favorite jacket!" Pink protested loudly.

Red grabbed towels from the returning Green and joined in cleaning up the mess, only to pause on the way to the trash can. "What's with all the noise out there?" A helmet bumped against the small circular window on the wall. It was then removed for a clearer view of the world outside, though from behind, all that was visible was a dark head of hair. "Weird. Are those...maids?"

"What?!" The bang of more helmeted heads crashing into Red's, the glass of the window, and one another was noisy...but the "Ooowww!!" that followed was probably loud enough to be heard out in the hall. If anyone had looked up at just the right moment, they might have seen a face smooshed against a window by a bunch of colorful headgear, only to fall away when the owner fell to the floor with a thud. "Ooops..." one of the helmeted figures muttered.
Kouta walked briskly through the school with a large bag slung over his shoulder. If someone stood close, they might faintly smell the residue of soda coming from that bag, but the contents weren't clearly visible. After realizing something was up, he had run into a few friends that weren't in classes or in clubs. All they had known was that somebody had come to the school with a bunch of maids and a limo and went somewhere after that. The rest was all rumor and gossip...which meant there was one place to head next. It's a free day, but maybe somebody's around and knows more about what's going on.

He was getting close to the Student Council room when he saw a few familiar faces headed there from the other direction. "Hey! Okimura-sempai, Kisaragi-sempai, what brings you two here?" His greeting was friendly as always and he turned an easy smile on the trio. But who was the person with them? "Hello," he directed toward the blonde guy. "I'm Takaki Kouta, nice to meet you." He bowed politely but briefly; he hadn't quite forgotten that he still needed to open the door. After swinging it open, he stepped to the side so they could go in.
