"Oh my God you are loud." Azuro said blandly while plopping down on a bench. "Also, I didn't attempt to pick you up. I did pick you up. So basically, what you're saying is, don't ever fail to pick you up. Meaning I can still pick you up whenever I want to." He said with a straight face, not displaying any emotion other than boredom.
"I brought you here because you were about to be in for a bad time. People are hyper-defensive of little kids, and you made one cry. So I'm fairly certain you were about to make a lot of people not like you." He stated with a clap of his hands, doing his best to make the most sense possible. "In fact, you should be thanking me. And you can do that by speaking a little quieter because my ears get really sensitive when I'm tired." Azuro informed through a yawn, laying back on the bench to properly relax.
"So, if you could just sit on the bench and be quiet while I take a quick nap, that would be grand."

Nodding, Onyx had been following Michael... Happily? He wasn't certain if happy was the correct term to use, but he was... Glad to have made a friend. Connections and conversations didn't come easy to him, so he was grateful for Michael's kindness. Pausing at the door, he listened to Michael's request with a mixture of confusion, worry and understanding. The only thing he could liken it to was a more intense version of what Aracel would frequently experience - he had grown accustomed to her late night outbursts, but they were rare. He didn't know what Michael endured, but he couldn't help but worry if he was really Okay.
Onyx knew more than most that looks could be deceiving.
"Got it." He said with a nod, pushing the door open for them to enter the room. Stopping after a single step, he tilted his head to the side when he saw a bunch of students huddled around a crying girl.

" *Sniff* My mom's gone now... *sniff* I'm 40 years old *sniff* and I'm a professor here... *sniff*"
Blinking, Onyx looked to Michael in an attempt to confirm what he just heard. He heard Aracel talk about late bloomers, but there was no way this kid was 40... Right?
