Basic Personality: Via is a strange girl. She loves chemistry with a passion, and is obsessed with many sciences. She loves to take risks, and loves adrenaline pumping through her. She is a strange mix of science nerd, rebel, and prep. She's great and she knows it. Via is quite full of herself, and is very social. She isn't completely observant or patient, and tends to look at the big picture. She is very passionate in all she does, and is known to pick fights with those who disagree with her.

Via is terribly awkward when it comes to caring for other people, especially children. She isn't empathetic towards others, and tends to say the wrong things. She is unshakably loyal to those she trusts, and will never turn her back on true friends. She is quite optimistic about things, and can usually get through situations with blind determinism. She doesn't have very good control over her emotions, and can be quite volatile.

If there is one word in the entire English language that could describe Violet, it would be curious. She is the single most curious person one will meet, and she needs to know the answers to everything. She adores hearing gossip, even if she doesn't know who the gossip is about. She craves information more than anything in the world, making her a prime student for the sciences.
Strengths: Chemistry and biology knowledge, a decent cook, passionate, good at street fighting, loyal, knows good hiding spots in urban terrain.
Weaknesses: Unobservant, hot-headed, a lot of useless knowledge in her head, lacking survival skills in the wilderness, minimal weapons training.

Flaws: Via is explosive when she doesn't get what she wants. She picks fights a lot. She can be intrusive in other people's lives.

Relationships

History: Before the fog, Via came from a rather poor family. She grew up in a working class home, and as she got older her father got a better job. The family actually became quite wealthy by the time Via went to college. In middle school, Via was considered the "pretty, dumb girl", and hung around the girls who cared about looks and boys. In 8th grade, she met her best friend, Renee. This turned her life around. Renee got her interested in sciences, especially chemistry. Via quickly became the science nerd, and also quickly became bullied. Due to this, she learned how to fight pretty quickly. Her high school years are a testament to the mish-mash of personalities she has become.

Personality

Basic Personality: Jun is a man who values hard work and determination over pretty much anything else. He views lazy students as useless and not worth his time, and has a clear bias towards those who use their skills to succeed. He doesn't believe in useless skills, and he thinks there is a place for everyone in the world, but there is no use in living and cherishing life if you are lazy. Of course, he keeps those thoughts subdued, as it wouldn't be appropriate to see children in that way, as failures.

Jun is a mostly kind man. He likes to help people, and is altruistic in his own way. While he definitely wouldn't lie for a person, he would absolutely help someone try to better themselves and try to push themselves. Many students see him as a mentor to look up to because his morals call for him to be a pillar of strength for those weaker than him to lean on. He would never leave anyone out in the cold. His methods may seem tough and his standards lofty or impossible, but he truly sees the best in everyone, and hates wasted potential.

If he is wrong, and someone points it out to him, Jun takes his errors in stride and learns from them in the future. There is no knowledge to be gained by ignoring those who know more than you. Jun is very dedicated to what he believes in. He likes order and organization, and will try his best to keep things under control. He is a mediator of sorts, and is well known for his ability to solve disagreements between students and faculty alike.
Strengths: Hard worker, altruistic, helpful, wise, intelligent, mediation abilities, can teach, knows history, knows martial arts from coaching it while he was a high school teacher.
Weaknesses: Can be too passive, older and slower, not as flexible as the young ones, has a bit of a superiority complex, not great with many practical skills.
Goals: To return home. To get a dog. To have many more students who look up to him.
Flaws: Dwells too much on the past, doesn't get along well with those with no drive, can be a little cocky.

Relationships

History: Jun was born in Seogwipo, South Korea. He was raised there until he was 7 years old, when his parents decided to move to Japan, to Okayama. He has resided there, and attended school there. When he was 20, he returned to South Korea for a short time to live with his aging grandparents. He lived with them for seven years going to college to become a high school teacher. Once he had left them, he moved back to Japan, but to Sapporo. There, he taught high school and also went for his doctorate in Cultural World History. He moved to Riggar Hills, and was offered a job as a History Professor at the college.

Absolutely! as long as your characters are safe/indoors and away from the rain when it hits and the fog rolls in, they will remain unaffected by the virus :)

Once Cristiano was a guard man, who kept to himself and shut most of the world away. However thanks to the love from his fiancee Penelope Lecrox, he has changed. Cristiano is a well-mannered man, respectful, and kind with a sense of sincerity around him. Easy to get along with, but hard to truly know. He genuinely wants to help people, be it by improving their lives, expanding their minds, or just by being a friend.

Appearance:

Cristiano is a fairly tall European man, around 180cm tall (6'2") with average features, fair slightly tan skin. He is not build like an long time athlete however from years of playing soccer for fun with his friends, and some forms of training with his studies he is relatively tone and decently agile. No he won't win any marathons, nor is the the strongest man. He can hold his own on the field and still put a few beers down after. If you asked him, he'd say he looks like everyone else in his homeland. But ask the women in his life they will tell you this. "He has the jawline of the royals, sharp down to his ever so slightly pointed chin, He cheeks strong but soft. He easy a deep chestnut color that shimmer in the sunlight. His deep dark brown hair always kept neatly short complement how sharp his features are. When he smiles, faint dimples sheepishly peek out."

Goals:

Cristiano came to America to teach European history between the start of the middle ages (476) and start of enlightenment (1650) with a focus in the High Middle ages at Riggar University. He also came to work with the college to establish a funded study to fully document and understand the history of the Knights Templar. His goal was to reveal to the world the truth of the nobility of the order and all the good they sought to do. He moved to an apartment in Riggar Hill in the middle of the summer before this fall's semester with his fiancee Penelope in hopes to achieve this and start a family with his future wife.

Strengths:

Cristiano is a many of many talents. His love with the Knights Templar, and their longest lasting division, Order of the Knights of our Lord Jesus Christ (Order of Christ), he sought to learn everything he could about the knights, the orders, and of chivalry. He has studied and attempted training as a Knight and decently skilled with a bastard sword while in full plate steel. He as minor dabblings with the spear, pike, halberd, Long and short bow, crossbow, shield, knives, and mace, but nothing to write home about. Part of his training allowed him to ride and fight on horseback, a skill he laughed at learning and never sees a use for, other than the occasional show. He tries to follow the code of knights and do what is right for king and country. To keep up with authenticity, he is an apprentice blacksmith, able to make simple tools, knives, arrow heads, or shafts. While he has full understanding to craft real weapons or armor, his lack of experience leads him to taking much longer than a skilled blacksmith to accomplish this.

He can also speak several languages. Portuguese, Spanish, English, Arabic, decent French, some Spanish, a little German, a little Japanese, and vaguely understands some Polish,

Weaknesses:

Old injuries tend to sneak up on him and slow him down from time to time. His back as moments that make him useless, forcing him to remain seated or laying for a hours at a time to prevent extreme pain from over taking him. At times, he's has to push himself during the pain for something important, he can do this for a time, but not long. Eventually the pain wins and he blacks out. Sometimes, a few minutes, other times a few hours.

Flaws:

When it comes to flaws, He falls in love easily and deeply. Is completely oblivious to how how people view him physically or romantically, be it as handsome or ugly. Stubborn when its something he knows and loves. Doesn't know how to hold back and goes into something full speed be in physically or mentally (this has been a boon and a bust in life). He's extremely prideful of himself, where he's from, and what he loves to a fault. He has a hard time trusting people he doesn't know and even harder time letting in. He has a sense of superiority in how he holds himself and deep in his mind, he truly believes he is better than most people.

Brief History:

Cristiano was born in Tomar Portugal in the shadow of the castle. His father was the owner of the cities steel factory and his mother was a lawyer. Growing up he was well off for the most part, studied all over the world, traveling for business or for legal matters. He's been to nearly all member nations of the European union, america, most kept countries in Asia, some in Africa, Brazil. However nothing felt like home more than the small Manor in the shadow of the castle. He used to long to see it and his homeland so much that less than three days after leaving for a trip homesickness would set in. No matter where in the world he was, his heart pulled him home. It was not a surprise to his parents that he took a shining to the Templar, with his Father being a member of the Order of Christ, they gladly supported his interest in them and fueled his desire to learn. During college he decided to do justice to the order and bring their truth to light. His parents helped fund his explorations to other old castles and temples of the Templar. It was in one of these moment in his life where he met Penelope.

It was in La Rochelle. He was at the Cour De La Commanderie, studying the grounds for any secrets of the order. She was there, sitting by the gates, glancing at the stone work as she wrote. You see Penelope was in college studying literature. She was a french student and loved to come here to get inspiration in he writings. She studied classical French and English works but aspired to make her own mark in the world. Their eyes met, and she called him an damned tourist. With a soft smile he stole her heart while whispering softly, "But this tourist has caught this maiden's eye" as he walked away. Not long after they were together. After college the two would take turns spending all over Europe, chasing Cristiano's rumors of the templars, while Penelope would go to these sites for inspiration. Sadly, with time, his parents started to lose support in his work. Most of his findings were small and whenever he was close to a large reveal, it would turn into a dead end. They were losing faith, and he was losing funding. The summer of 2017, is when they got a call from the Dean of Riggar University, he was a fan of the era that Cristiano Studied and while most of Historical Community mocked Cristiano as a treasure hunter, the Dean saw some truth in his work and offered him a position at the college along with funding to continue his studies. After a long talk, the two decided to leave for America.

Brief History:
Chad and his sister Emily were put into the foster system after their parents abandoned them at a young age, though Emily has no memory of them, Chad does. He hates that he looks just like his father. Emily however by the grace of god, doesn't look like either of their parents. The couple that chose to raise them gave them the moon and stars and were incredible parents. However they have gotten to the point where they cannot take care of themselves and are now in a nursing facility. Chad went to school in Riggar Hill and then attended the university for criminal justice, after snagging a job with the local police department, hes grown up in the ranks and is now a full fledged officer. After Sarah's parents died, Chad has felt personally responsible for making sure that she was ok and if she needed someone, he was there. They've been good friends ever since.
