You could put up an In Character Thread and have it include a Cast List of accepted characters. As for the Character Sheets you could have people post them here or make a Sign-ups thread

I highly encourage siblings to work together so it makes more sense. Also we should all work together to finding acceptable appearances that all look blood related. I cannot stress the importance of this.
