Quest Online (RP)

Feather

Location ~ Devius Inn (Day 10 Morning)

If one could get headaches in Quest, Feather would have definitely woken up with one. A dull ache spread through her little body that still sang of the battle scars from Floor 1. She twisted and turned in the too-hard bed, trying to punch some fluffiness into her pillows but failing miserably without the strength of her dominant fist. Sunlight filtered through a small gap in the window curtain, streaming a patchwork of gold onto the blankets around her feet. Although groggy and sore, there was a bright side; at least the light wasn't rude enough to glare into her clockwork black eyes. But any sunlight this early was too much, and soon enough she found herself stumbling from the bed to snatch the curtain closed. Too rough. It ripped to one side too heavily, opening an even larger gap of sunlight on the opposite side of the window. A low snarl settled into her lips, punctuated by a frustrated breath as she carefully fixed the rough clothe over her window frame. It took an immense amount of fuss to block out all traces of light, and by the time she closed everything out there wasn't much point to keeping it closed in the first place. She was already awake, and increasingly becoming aware of the dull pain that pulsed through her still-damaged body. A muffled curse slid through her body as she threw herself back on the bed.

"Oh, how I hate this game..."

Laying there on the unforgiving mattress wasn't helping anything. As the minutes ticked by another ache bloomed in the pit of her stomach, protesting the lack of proper sustenance. On her way in she had take just enough care to assure the inn had a dining hall. Already her mind was far away from the crappy room, seeking the glorious scent of semi-masterfully cooked food. It took a small while to motivate her groggy muscles into movement, but soon enough the eleven year old girl was sitting upright in the bed, searching mindlessly for clothes to put on. It took her a few minutes to realize that her outfits - and all of her items for that matter - were stored away in the digital inventory menu. Stupidly she fumbled through the pixel screens, skipping straight to her outfit section. It occurred to her only after she summoned her normal outfit that it was too far gone to salvage. The sleeves were encrusted with grime and shredded from battle. The overcoat's tails were singed and decrepit, a miserable getup to be wearing after such abuse. Dismay sobered her sleepy expression into a pensive thing. The only other outfit she had readily prepared was a strange, flowing collection of black fabrics that would hang down her arms with wide sleeves, cross over her chest and stomach like a kimono-flavored corset, and billow below her waste in a short skirt that gave way to black leggings. It was a beautiful outfit... One she adored, truly, but could not wear in this state.

It costed her a fortune, not just because of the outfit itself, but because the outfit was sized to fit a much older body. Before officially starting the game she purchased it on a whim, along with the proper items to transform her body should she ever desire to do so. Originally she hadn't even planned to make that an option for herself. Going in as an eleven year old girl - her true age - hadn't been imminently dangerous until the death penalty had been announced. In the past few days she had experienced enough verbal flogging and glances to last a life time - simply because she was a little girl, pretending to be some mature player. And she was surviving... while others were dying. Not just pride was at stake anymore. It was probably the smartest idea to use this outfit and remake her body to a new image... but using this outfit for such things seemed almost a sin. For a short while she summoned her only other outfit and looked over it with a troubled expression. Could she really change? Was it better to wait until she washed her hands of Klugh? But waiting meant putting back on her dirty and torn-up outfit, and she didn't so much favor doing that. Now was probably the best time... she'd decided the night before that Devius would be the home of her recreation, the new slate upon which she approached this game. What was the sense in waiting?

There was none, really. Not that she could see. Maybe it was a wounded pride that made her so eager, and yet so opposed to changing. The one unconquerable trait that flawed Lira's system. She was forced to fight a two-sided internal battle of wits for so long that eventually the little girl banked on her frustration and pushed herself into doing what had to be done. Withdrawing the proper item from her inventory, Feather tapped in to the character-customization system and got to work. Her head bent meticulously over the screen as she adjusted things - height, weight, age. All of her fundamental features remained the same, but when she finally accepted the change, her avatar appeared to nearly age right before her own eyes. Dimensions of her face elongated and carved into more defined and beautiful shapes. Her chest filled out a little bit, still considerably small but definitely enough to show curves. Hips bloomed much the same way beneath her waist, and were scathed by a new length of long black hair. A glance in the mirror confirmed her decisions. She now looked like an older, more matured version of the little raven that originally stepped foot in Quest. Growing from 11 to 18 in a moment. It was a marvelous and startling thing... something she tried not to fuss about as she carefully pulled on her new garments Several layers went into the composition of her outfit, but once everything had been carefully put in place her black wears flowed seamlessly into one solid picture of beauty. So quickly things could change in this game... Yet still, her mind remained the same hardened and sensible system; expression taught into straight composure with no hint of childish insolence.

It was a big change, but somehow she felt more comfortable this way. More like herself, despite having aged her avatar to be much older than reality. This was a body deserving of faith rather than ridicule. She could only hope, as she gathered her items and slid out of the room toward the dining hall, that things would really change now in this Game.

~Azmeryth~

Location~ Just outside of Devius. (Morning 10)
People~ Tirian~ Anyone

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Having not received a reply from Tirian in the prior day, Azmeryth nodded off in the grass just outside of Devius. Morning light pried her pale eyes open, and a yawn passed through her lips as she stretched out her muscles, and then sat up, the hood of her red cloak falling down over her face. She sat there for mere moments as if trying to allow her body the time to awake itself before she actually took a look around. It was a wonder she hadnt been devoured, or eaten by wolves, or bears. She wasnt in a safe zone after all. Hell, she was an easy target for a PKer as well, and the fact that she let herself be so vulnerable caused her teeth to clench. With a grumble, she got to her feet, and pulled the cloak closer to her just as a little envelope appeared before her vision. A message, most likely from Tiri. Lifting a hand, a long nailed finger tapped the icon before his reply appeared before her eyes. Her lips curved ever so slightly as she read the message, the fact that he'd at least told her where to see him making her just as happy as the simple reply had. The Reaper pressed the reply button, and then proceeded to type out her own answer to his message.
"It's nice to know you trust me enough to tell me where you're hiding out. Ill come to see you today so dont be surprised if you see a strange woman in your room when you return~"
The message was playful, obviously a poke at fun, but the idea of surprising him like such was appealing. He'd probably get angry with her though. The thought caused a giggle to sound out in the morning air, but it soon ceased as she entered the city of Devius, and stalked her way to the fashion shop. It was about time for a new look for her, and she was a tad excited. She was nearly bouncing on the balls of her feet at the thought of shopping....which was odd considering she usually hated it. As she stepped into the store, her eyes gazed around at all the things available. Hairstyles, ears, tails, wings, accessories, etc. She browsed the shop until she settled on a pretty, pale blonde hairstyle that was tied up in braids, and other hair accessories. She also managed to buy a pair of elven ears pierced entirely up the sides. Her pale, blue eyes remained, but the red markings on her cheeks, and forearms were gone leaving the girl completely tattooless now.
Everything was charge to the account she'd made for the game prior to playing, and she new that her "Parents" would have to pay for it, but she didnt much care honestly. She walked out of the shop as a completely new person, and took comfort in the fact that no one could recognize her as the redheaded reaper anymore. And now that her name was hidden, no one would be the wiser...except Tirian when she went to go see him. The Reaper left the city of Devius, and began to head west now starting off at a run. A nameless streak of red.
~Lucifelle~
Location~ Near the Alexandre Gate (Night 9)
People~ Stella~ Reito~ Lobos
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The instant Stella took off towards the fields, Lucifelle was right behind her easily keeping up on her swift, Whisper feet. She knew all too well the beast they were going to fight, and the excitement bubbled up in her in the form of an obnoxious laugh. Nikal bounded after the three, his beady eyes keep watch on the staggering drunk as they finally stopped just as the sun sank below the horizon, and the moon rose illuminated the trees in such a beautiful light that Luci almost forgot why they were here in the first place. It was only when Stella spoke of Lobos that her golden eyes fell upon the massive, white wolf, and the amber gems began to sparkle with anticipation. On each of her hands rested a pair of metal gloves. Light compared to most, and shimmering. Crouching her body down like a feline, she pressed the switch on the inside of each, and out flew her catlike claws. She was poised, and ready, her eyes looking cheerily at the canine whom she'd fought many times before alongside Stella. A whistle passed through her lips as he rose from his slumber, and she mused to herself about his beauty.

"Daaaaaaaaaamn, Lolo~ You get more, and more handsome each time we meet~"

A giggle comes from the overly childish female just as the armor clad bear stalks up to her side, and then stands, her head not even reaching the mighty bear's breast. He roared signifying his readiness for battle just as Reito asked the same question she was thinking, but Stella was in charge now, and so she'd have to wait for strategy, and orders....as much as she hated it.

Morgana to Kaine and Kaozuki

"Ah well, it'll give me something to do while I'm here I guess." Morgana sighed. "At least it seems fairly quiet around here. Maybe cause this place is so big, from what I've heard. Any idea what you're both going to do next?" She asked. Eyeing the bird she added, "Ive thought about taming a creature....."

Location~ Flintess Ore Mounds/Heading off Azzy
Tirian~ Azmeryth

Tirian didn't spare much time after responding to get to work, after all he would need to if he was going to make a living in this game outside of the killing aspect, and if he could advance his Mineral gathering even more it would mean he could get the better equipment. He hacked away at the ore and surprisingly only one piece this time fell off. He was about to go for another one when he got curious and pulled up the next message Azzy had sent him.

Almost like a needle poking him in the rib he felt a sting hit him full on. "Wow! How am I so dumb." He tossed away the pickaxe and growled under his breath as he withdrew his own weapon and took off away from the mines. People with dirty faces called after him to tell him hed dropped his pick axe but he payed no mind to them. "Why the hell would I let her travel alone and not even think on it!" he growled to himself again before speeding up into a full blow sprint, his sword falling behind him as he moved across the long field of flowers and headed towards the trees. He could only pray she wasn't foolish enough to attempt the Mountains, or the forest.

It wasn't long before he found a group of Hob Riders. They were a new more fearsome enemy to deal with and they operated with their pack mentality atop their dire wolf mounts. One of them growled and howled out as they started to lead a round about path for 5 of them to surround and circle him. It was unfortunate mainly because of how close he was to the bridge now, but if nothing else if he dealt with them here then they would not be an issue for Azzy if she made it this far.

Tirian tightened the grip upon his weapon as the first lunged in, and just as quick he let it come loose as he moved like a flowing stream to spin of to the side and tip his foot out to catch the creatures rear leg and trip it up. His sword came down in the next second only to be defended by a shield as the Hob on top of the wolf tried to stab at him with a long barbed spear. They were much more dangerous than the last floor, no longer having blunt weapons that they could berserk with but rather tactical weapons that always proved difficult.

Tirian swung his Iron sword down again aiming to catch the spear at the shaft was just a tad late as the Rider got his balance again and took off around Tirian again. Two others had moved into place now and were poking at him. Tirian grumbled under his breath his eyes becoming more focused under the shadow of the pure midnight black cloak that he wore. He stepped to the side receiving a decent little gash along his side as he moved but was able to fling his sword up with enough power to knock two of their spears up toward the sky, only by hitting them at just the right point.

Tirian wasted no time after that and charged in with a roar of battle as he swung his sword inward under their guards and cleaved both of those two Hobgoblins in half. The two wolves took off after that towards the forest, and he allowed it for now. Three of the riders still remained and their circle had tightened now. Tirians sword fell loose at his side as he eyed each of them as they prepared their own individual dancing strikes, and he thought how best to handle this. The first strike came swift as the Goblin poked inward at him, and Tirian dodged to the right grabbed the shaft of the weapon and brought it up to stab one of his companions in the throat,; successfully ending him. The next two were more careful now drawing away from him after that only to charge in later as a pair.

Tirian lifted his gaze just in time with a heavy sigh to catch the spears coming at him from both sides and just barely step to one side, as he pressed the flat of his blade to his own chest and pressed it against the shaft of one of their spears with the full form of his strength, which threw the creature off its mount. That one was less bothersome at this point, and so as the final rider rounded about and came around to clash head on with him he did the same. Tirian roared a battle cry with his single sword and charged in stepped mid run to the side, but losing no momentum as he grasped the shaft of the weapon jumped stepped up on the the wolves head and plunged his weapon forward to stab the rider through and tackle him through the air. The Final Hob had come charging from behind and as he did Tirian grasped the shaft of the first spear tighter right before he could fade and stuck the blunt end to the ground so the Hob ran throat first into the positions spear like barricade. Everything fell silent.

Tirian let out a soft sigh as he brushed his hand over the couple gashes he had received and collected the bit of loot he had gotten. It would be enough for his stays at the inn and food and what not, maybe a new weapon if he wanted, but thus far nothing struck his fancy, one was too heavy, the other far too light for his agenda. After collecting the little bit of gold and items he had received he stood up and started over the bridge in the same sprint he had started. If he was lucky he would be able to head off Azzy before anything like that happened to her.

Location~ Moon Grounds
Stella and Friends vs Lobos

"Must you taunt him?" she said with a slight giggle as she readied her spear and the Wolf let out its horrid howl. It was not good as with how it affected them. They knew too well about the curses of this game however, and fear was just another type of curse. Fear was the type that lowered their acrobatics skill, speed, and perception by a quarter. Still they had fought this creature before, and Stella was not about to be perturbed by the wolf like tricks.

"Surround it, I will keep its front!" Stella growled as ste stepped in front of a mighty paw strike. No matter what something of that sort would hurt, because of the wolves over bearing weight. Stella raised her shield and deflected the strike as she thrust inward three times with her spear, catching the beasts mighty paw twice and then glancing it the third time. "Reito take the side, your staff will do most damage at ribs. And Luci how do you feel about riding a wolf?" She grinned a bit, knowing all too well what Luci might think of it, and she directed her to the back. Once the wolf was distracted they might be able to get Luci up there for the critical damage.

Then came the three-point strike as the wolf growled out and aimed a swipe with its mighty paw, another one of its paw; then finally the bared teeth. Stella could only dance backwards a bit with each strike as she fought head on and held a smile the entire time. The second claw strike caught her off side a bit and knocked her to the ground, but she rolled with the hit and ended up right back on her feet and back into the game.

Location~ Alexandre

Morte~

Morte has left Alexandre, realizing that with the Order about he needs to start smaller, he makes his way towards Flintess.

Location ~ Moon grounds
Reito ~ Stella, Lucifelle, and the Lobos

"Of course!" Reito cheered, thrusting up her empty can of beer like it was a full pitcher, "My what terrible breath you have, Grandma. And what big teeth~"

She was evidently completely in her own little world that hadn't a care about stuff like death. Sadly, Stella had gotten in front of her lazy self and started to engage it. What a spoilsport. Cheeks deflating like a balloon, she grumbled but went along with it. Like she couldn't take it from the front. Psh. That's what staff fighters did but whaaaatever. Stepping over to the left, she curtsied beneath one of the paw strikes, then swung her staff up into the lobos's elbow with a crack and braced the butt end against a rock in time to catch the following paw with the other tip. It was so cute and cuddly, making her want to hug it but it was so violent too. Quickly, she did the math in her head and wondered if it was possible for a wolf to be tsundere.

Kaine ~ Kaozuki, Morgana

Now with a decided lack of refreshment, Kaine reclined lazily in his chair and let out a sigh before answering. "I'll be heading back to my guild in Devius in the morning. I was just in town on more or less of a whim, one last run in my old hunting grounds around here before I settled into a new one, yeah?"

Location~ Alexandre inn cafe
Kaozuki ~ Morgana and Kaine

"I'll go with you," Kaozuki half decided, half volunteered herself. Honestly, she had nothing better to do in this town as their group had basically fallen apart and dispersed. Tirian had run off on his own, Azmeryth too. Those other two bladers had just been there out of coincidence and had had every intention of doing things themselves to begin with. They'd likely taken off. Morgana didn't seem to be with anyone else either and the rest seemed to have just wandered off. And really, she could run solo. She just couldn't stomach it.

"Oh? Well your welcome along I suppose, you make well enough company." A thought occurred to him. "How is your equipment? You just got through a floor boss, I can't imagine your gear is exactly in top shape."

Kaozuki ~ Kaine and Morgana

"Ah..." Kaozuki shifted over and drew out her something iron sword which now had more than a few chips in it. It could certainly still be used but it wasn't pretty. The others must have been worse but her sword was looking pretty ragged already.

"I think it'll last till the next city. Or is there some better stuff? I have a few hundred gold from the dungeon that isn't going anywhere."

Kaine ~ Kaozuki, Morgana

"Nothing you can buy, no. 2nd floor has mostly the same gear as the 1st. That said, you should probably buy a spare on the way out, just in case." Kaine had had a scythe break in the middle of the wilds once. He was never more glad to have put points in his speed stat.

Feather

Location ~ Devius Inn -> Devius Market (Day 10)

The blaring orange message alert hadn't lept from the edge of her blurry vision into her focus until Feather, in her newly-matured form, was halfway to the Inn's diner. Lazily she called up the screen, stumbling through the daze of her wry muscles and mind to discern the jumbled characters that were words. Words... childishly composed words, crafted with such bad grammar that the daze in her head intensified with the effort of trying to understand. It took a while longer than it probably should have for Feather to understand that the message was from Klugh. A response to the jumbled offer she wrote him hazily before passing out the night prior. Judging from the time it had been sent, there was a good chance the hulk of a man would be arriving soon. She owed him a meal anyway, a very light compensation for him having saved her life. But it was all she really had to offer. Then again, it would be silly for her to eat now before his arrival. The thought of delaying a meal made her stomach churn with a distressed growl. The scent of food was so tantalizing... but she could force herself to wait.

She could not, however, wait so near the amazing smells of the diner. Rather than lingering she set out for the exit of the Inn, determined to sell off her loot and organize the messy inventory before they met up. Wandering down the street toward the market, the raven-haired elf pulled up her inventory screen and flipped through the slots slowly, gathering a sense for what she had to sell. Between her drops from Floor 1 and Floor 2, she'd amassed 8 scraps of leather, 3 furs, 4 pelts, three sheets of paper and 2 quills. Most of it was inconsequential to her existence - fodder for her GP count. It would bring her a nice sum of money to play with, although how much she could not tell until the transaction went through. Some buried instinct led her to one of the player shops in the market rather than an NPC this time - a risk she would not have taken on day one, but was hardly hesitant about now.

She didn't bother haggling with the player for extra GP. Instead, she offered the pieces for what they would be worth to an NPC, earning her a hesitant glance from the merchant. They were here to make money, and buying materials - especially for the same rate they could sell to NPC's - would not make them very much capitol. But the pieces weren't that expensive to begin with. Together they came around to 187 GP, but after slight insistence from the player to pay only 150 for her loot, Feather caved and accepted the offer. It wasn't necessarily the smartest venture she would make, but... At least another player would benefit from her tiny sacrifice. When all was said and done she had a total of 606 GP. Less than was ideal, but not horrible either. She would definitely be able to buy new armors, weapons and potion-crafting materials with it. There was still a bit of time left before he should have arrived. Hopefully it was time enough for her to get in the three potion-crafting attempts of the day.

Once more she sought out a player shop - although this time, seeking an herbalist that would be eager to sell their inventory and make money. The NPC's hindered such players slightly, because who would buy high-priced items from players that they could get cheaper from the NPC's? It seemed that the only way for some herbalists to make money from gathering herbs was to sell them cheaper than the NPC's. It was a person like this she sought, and after some time found a young, shy-looking female merchant with herbs on display. Feather's features softened into a mild smile as she approached. The player's nerves were apparent; she had probably been haggled with and harassed before, stronger players trying to take advantage of a solo-player's need for GP. Hopefully Feather's offer wouldn't discourage the girl similarly. "I need two chamomile, three basil, three ginger and one ashwagandha. How does 75 GP sound?"

For a moment the merchant girl hesitated, her face awash with the faintest of strained conflict. It took her a few moments to gather the courage and respond to Feather's offer. "U-Uhm... Could... You do 80?" It was a reasonable request, and yet the girl seemed so nervous Feather would snap on her that she probably wished she would not have asked. The elfin girl felt for her. Working up a convincing smile, Feather called up the purchase command and rattled in the requested 80 GP, hopefully in time to spare the girl too much worry. As the purchase went through the merchant girl offered Feather a slightly startled smile, ease clearly washing through her tense muscles. "T-Thank you for your business! And good luck with your potion making." Feather boxed her head earnestly before marking a path of retreat through the market place, heading toward the potion-making stands set up not too far away. There was no time to waste in sitting down and setting up. Klugh would likely arrive soon, and she was both anxious and nervous for the meeting to occur and be over with.

She used that mix of emotion as fodder for her determination, and, getting to work carefully, began to craft two small stam pots and one small healing pot. All three succeeded, much to her thrill. She was definitely getting better at this. So far that made.. eight successful potion creations; surely she was close to leveling her rank, and with that came the possibility for stronger potions. Soon enough she would use the business for her main source of income... She'd be able to focus on it more than hunting, like originally intended. There was still a ways to go before she could focus solely on life-skills, but this was a start. Feather was pleased with her work already. And now it was time for some food... sweet buns sounded particularly appealing at the moment, especially filled with red bean paste and peppered with cinnamon sugar. Before she knew it the now taller, eloquent girl was wading back toward the Inn, mouth dampening at the prospect of a good meal. She tapped out a message to Klugh hastily as she made way for the inside restaurant area.

Come to the Inn, in the southern quarters of Devius. I'll be waiting at the diner.

Kaozuki ~ Kaine, Morgana

Kaozuki sighed a little. She was really pretty weak overall. In the last dungeon, she'd had a slightly better weapon than most to sort of make up for it but there was no real upgrade to be had in this room it seemed and she figured that everything here was going to be a good bit tougher than the stuff on the floor before. That basically meant that she was left out to hang.

"Then how can I get stronger so I can stop being a burden to my party?" she asked, a little exasperated. Really, all she seemed to be able to do before was get nailed in the back with a mace or get her arm burnt off. Whether it was power or individual skill, she didn't seem to excel in either one. Or even her ability to take a hit.

"There's really only one thing to it, even if it isn't the most helpful advice. Practice. I'd recommend dueling people in towns until you get the hang of things, unless you feel up to risking training in the wilds." He thought for a moment. "Come to think of it, why don't you join up with Luminescence once we get to Devius? It's the guild I'm in, basically our whole deal is training rookies up into half-decent fighters." This may be the first time Kaine remembered that recruiting was a thing guilds do from time to time.

"Oh, I can duel sort of. I just can't fight a ton of things at once to save my life," Kaozuki laughed, glancing down at her latest reminder of that fact, "I'd love to join if you don't mind me being a little weak."

In reality, she could fence a bit so she wasn't totally hopeless but it seemed like she was doomed either way. When fighting mobs, she couldn't concentrate on them all and when fighting a real person, she just couldn't stomach the possibility of killing them even if it was just a spar. After all, fencing foils and sabers were blunted. These were sharpened metal and could end life in a single swing.

Location~ Alexandre town square
Kashuka lazily walked around the town with his hands behind his head. Letting out a heavy sigh he thought to himself what should he do today. It being a bit early for him to wanna do any major training. He noticed an unusual bustle of people in town lately. Not really wanting to be involved people he shoved past them heading to the main gates to get some hunting in. Standing in the middle of the gate staring out into the open field he stretched his arms up high and gave a big yawn before loading up his menu and equipping His weapons. Blades appeared on his knuckles and at the end of his boots. opening and closing his fist he deemed himself ready to go hunting.

"The final decision on whether you join or not is up to the guild leader, but I don't think she's turned anyone away since she started it up, so you really may as well be in." He chuckled a bit at the end. "Ah, but," he continued, "the problem starts when you fight groups, eh? I know the feeling, groups can be a pain. Just takes one getting behind you to ruin your day."

It was one of the reasons he used scythes; he could easily block or attack behind him, even if he couldn't fully see what he was attacking. In the case of blocking, however, it helped to be able to see the attack coming.

Wolfdar~Klugh and Vicious_K

Wolfdar was shocked to hear Klugh's confession of killing a man on the first floor. `So he was PK after all.` Feeling a little scared she couldn't help but notice the guilt and sadness on his face. And his reasoning seemed to make some sense. And Wolfdar was one of those old-fashioned people who believed that anyone who like's animals and children, can't be completely rotten person. Luna obviously liked his patting, but didn't cease to drool after the meat. Turning her attention out of Klugh she answered K's question. "It's a he. I found him from the first floor, when I was training to get pass the first boss. He was actually my third try, I can't believe how unlucky I was." she laughed a little remembering her first tries. They had almost gotten her killed, as she had let down her guard for a while.

Suddenly Klugh received a message, and asked if they wanted to join him go to Devius. Wolfdar finally finished her bread and started feeding the rest of the meat to Luna thinking of what to say. She was suspicious with travelling with a PK, but Luna trusted him, and she could always run away if things seemed to get too dangerous. She didn't have anything particular to do at Devius, but she didn't have anything to do at Alexandre either. And practicing on the way would be useful. If she ever wanted to get there an other time, she would have to find some people to party up with anyways. "Fine, I'll come to Devius with you. When do you want to leave?"

Vicious_K ~ Wolfdar, Klugh

K finished her food as she listened to the two stranger's stories. They were quite different people from herself in many ways. She wouldn't have troubled herself to kill someone suffering as Klugh had. Mercy killings were not something she favored or looked kindly on unless requested by the sufferer themselves, but he meant it in good will. She nodded to the telling of how Wolfdar had acquired her wolf. Boss fights always tended to bring out the best or worst in people; even more so than regular fights. She thought on the information she gathered from their recollections and went to sum it all up in her mind.

Klugh stood, replying to a message apparently, just as she was coming to a conclusion. K started when he hit his head on the ceiling. He asked if they wanted to join him in going to Devious and she couldn't help jumping up from her seat. "Heck yeah!! I'm ready when you are big guy! Just tell me when."

Location~ Field Between Alexandre and mountain pass

Kashuka looked into the distance seeing the entrance to his destination not to far off ahead. He was on his way to the mountain pass to get some training done. Kashuka picked himself up dusted off his pants and headed back along his trail. after a couple minutes of walking he spots two of dire wolves. rolling his shoulders lunging at the first one catching it off guard on it under belly digging his blade into its stomach throwing it far to the side turning just in time to barely dodge the second one as it jumped at him. Grabbing its tail as it flew past kashuka tossed it into the air before back flipping driving the blade from his boot into the wolfs neck kicking it into the first wolf that was now standing up. taking the chance he rushed at them catching them both in the jaw with the blade sending them flying into the air as they turned into pixels. wiping some sweat off his forehead the gold in his pocket increasing by 15.

Heading back on his trail stopping again just a couple miles before the entrance Kashuka sits down on a rock and takes time to heal up. Trying to think ahead of time of a couple tatics. checking his inventory he counted a couple healing potions some town teleports and some status cures."well this oughta be fun" he sighed taking several mins of rest.

Morgana to Kaine and Kaozuki

Morgana listened to the talk going back and forth for a while. Her weaponry was still pretty good considering she didn't have to use it much. She doubted there was anything she needed in this place and a journey sounded interesting. But for some reason she could not place she felt apprehensive about joining a guild. "Well Ill come along myself if you don't mind." She said to Kaine. " Is it just a guild for fighters?"
