Physical Appearance : Ayu is a thin young girl standing in 5"2'. She lost her right arm (from the elbow below) in an accident when she was still 14, leaving her to live with her weaker hand. She has a bright blue eyes complete with eye bags that had been hanging ever since she started to stay up late in order to play some games with her friends on the weekdays. She doesn't bother to comb her shoulder length grayish blue hair, leaving it messy almost all the time. She also has a light tone skin, just like every other generic anime character.
Standard Clothing : She wears an oversized light blue Hoodie, rainbow color tank top, brown cargo shorts, and a pair of rubber flip-flop. She always carry her traveling bag with her.
Skill and Perks : Know how to edit pictures in the photoshop, create a fake convincing certificate, and good at telling lies (at least her parents always fell for it).
Weakness and Disadvantages : Afraid of ghost and other kind of cheap jumpscares, Get easily offended by other people and leave her dissolved into turmoil.
Personality : Ayu might look like a young shy girl from the outside, but if someone somehow manage to befriend her. She will actually show her true color. She was a friendly young girl who, almost, always prioritize her best friend needs, although a bit careless and a little laid-back, and she sometimes throw an annoying unfunny joke that many people don't understand. She like to act all chill and friendly in the interwebs, while playing game online or discussing something in the forum.
One thing that she mastered the most is the art of procastinating. She usually procastinate when it comes to studying, and doing homeworks and chores. Since she is an avid gamer, she always prioritize video games over any of her other obligations. This bad habit of her get her expelled from her middle school. It's not like she's dumb and stupid. The fact that she managed to passed the one of the best boarding school entrance test already proved her that she's actually quite bright.
She takes insult seriously, whether it's in online games or in real live. Back in the day, when she got offended she usually run back to her dorm room (if possible) and started to cry on the corner of the room. But now, after she make a contract with Kyubey, she didn't held back to punch someone right in the face if she thought that the insult was already crossing the line.
Biography : Ayu used to live a normal live with her parents and her little sister. Until one day a local mafia group sent their grunts to assassinate her father because he couldn't pay his debt. They ended up massacred her whole small family, amputated her right arm, and burned down her house, nearly killed her in the process. In her desperation to survive and in her anger towards those rascal, Kyubey came to offer her a contract. Which she instantly accept.
A year have passed since she make a contract with Kyubey. And since then, Ayu started her own journey across Japan to found a new place she could comfortably call home, slaying every witch she met in his journey as well as meeting another magi along the way.
Magi Info
Magi Outfit : Ayu's Magi outfit consist of chain mail under a leather grayish blue leather vest, skirt and tall boots. Her left hand was covered in a metallic gauntlet and both of her knees were also protected by a metallic knee guard. She wear a newsboy cap and a very long dark blue scarf on her neck.
Weapon : A mythical Nodachi that gain dark aura with every hit it land. Her scarf in her enraged form also act as a weapon, as an extension to the already long Nodachi. While in her basic form it acted as Ayu's right hand.
Soul Gem : Blue, Broken sword insignia, attach as a pin to her scarf.
Wish : ".... Can you give me the power to punish them for what they did to my family?"
Power : She became the truest master of the Nodachi. Her reaction time was enhanced, better then other magus, and make her very versatile on a one-on-one battle, could almost repel/parry every upcoming attack and dodge the attack if it wasn't unparryable. She also received standard magi power.
Combat Skill and Perks : Misery, her nodachi name, The dark Aura that it accumulated with every hit it landed, actually taint Ayu's soul gem over time, which is why she need to win the battle quickly and need to know when to fight passively and aggressively (depends on the enemy). She gain additional speed boost the more her soul gem got tainted. When it got tainted above the 65% mark, Ayu's long scarf will act as a weapon, as an extender to her already long blade, and she moves more agile than when she was in her base magi form. This led to a very aggressive fighting style, where she will bounce up and down while delivering a fiery slashes with its momentum. Her soul gem get tainted even faster in this form.
Combat Weakness and disadvantages : While she's very good in a one-on-one battle. She didn't do pretty well with gankers. And if a fight take too long, she need to retreat herself because of the corruption over time her sword hit gave her. This make her terrible when pitted against a really defensive and or turtling enemy.
