Project SINC

The scientists watched the many screens with a bored look, sighing and jotting down notes on a clipboard. He sighed a few times as fights broke out, for this was not helping the whole 'co-dominancy' expected. Soon they all went to bed, and his eyes merely shifted from one screen to another on the sleeping figures. His superior walked by, and suddenly stopped. "Wilson!" He barked, clearly angry.

Wilson snapped his eyes onto his boss. "Y-yes Sir?"</SPAN>

"I see two things that do not belong here. A Siren and a werewolf! Both were clearly marked too powerful to risk in the experiment!" He fumed. "I want them out. Now. Put them in Plan B, and get them out of there." He stalked away, as Wilson began a non-ending nod to show his willingness to comply. A few calls on the radio and twenty minutes later, he watched as people, agents in black clothing, entered the building. Needles were used, so that the Siren and Werewolf would not struggle. They were flung over two of the agents' shoulders and carried out. Wilson knew they would die soon, but felt no regret, for science required sacrifice. The other two agents picked up Bane, whom had also been injected with sleeping syrup, and placed him in the Siren's old bed, a card saying 'Welcome to your new room!' left on a cheery yellow paper on the counter beside his new bed. The extremely strong men, whom where probably Anger Sin Demons, also managed to silently remove the unoccupied beds as to keep Bane from moving back in on his own. It was, after all, a project meant for sharing with others, and this included rooms. No one awoke, but that was probably due to the fact that they had all been shot with the syrup before all the moving occurred….

Recap: As they awoke the next morning, little would be different, except for the fact that Bane had been moved to Vadel's room (his old room now bed-less), and that the Werewolf and Siren were gone.

Silvia awoke her head feeling like it was full of water. Realizing this she bolted upright and looked around. She was well aware of what it felt like to wake up early from being sedated. She had no clue what time it was nor did she really care. Her room was pitch dark she couldn't see a thing. "Damn, Damn I only did minor shit last night!" Silvia thought as she put a hand to her head. She threw off the covers and propelled herself out of bed falling foward and hit the floor with a thud. Her mind went into panic mode as her bed and suitcase shook slightly, reflecting her mental state.

Picking herself off the floor she fought the urge to pass out and fall at the sametime Silvia stumbled finally falling against the wall with a slightly louder thud. Using the wall she hugged it until she found her door way, turning the knob she pulled on the door with her whole body. The door swung open with a lot more force than intended.

Silvia would have fallen again if it weren't for her grabbing the outside handle before she lost grip on the inside. Clutching both door handles she steaded herself and slowly stepped into the hallway looking towards the window at the end which had abit of light coming in.

She hadn't been taken away, she was still in the house but why had she been sedated? She padded herself down and checked to make sure she hadn't be toyed with before slowly stepping towards the stairs. In the time it took for Silvia to get this far, her heart rate had increased pumping the rest of the sedative through her body. As she got to the steps her eyes rolled into the back of her head. Silvia fell forward, tumbling until she came to rest at the base of the stairs.

The jolts and pain from falling briefly woke her up as she laid crumpled on the floor. Silvia looked up at the stairs and began to laugh softly. The pain was nothing to her, a ding here and there. "Karma is a bitch...I like karma." The words let her thick lips in a whisper. The side of her head hurt the most it had taken a good smack as it had hit the floor first, this was probably what had pulled her out her brief slumber. Laying there in nothing but a long white shirt, she laughed until the sedative took her under again.

Arising from a deep slumber, Bane awoke – it was early. About five in the morning, he could feel his head spinning a little as he began to sit up but it soon passed. Looking down at his attire, Bane noticed that he was wearing nothing more than boxers. Heh – I need to put some clothes on.

Looking toward his side table, he looked at his belongings. They were out of place – along with a note on his side table that read 'Enjoy your new room' …bastards. Turning his head toward the other bed he leered over to see what was in it. A young guy - oh…fantastic; this kid better not be some idiot who is happy go lucky and joyful who jumps around saying something along the lines of 'isn't life so wonderful!' the thought made Bane feel sick. He also better not be one of those depressive lunatics that didn't know the difference between those who were superior and those who were inferior. Whatever, he had enough.

During the night he'd been heavily knocked out and slept unexpectedly well. A solemn expression entered his face as he put a pair of jeans on and didn't bother with the top only then to reorganize his possessions into a neat orderly fashion.

(OOC: Sorry for making it short and not descriptive and self explanatory and rubbish...Tired *sniffles*)

(sorry for being so long >_<)

After all of the passed events, Damien decided to just take himself up to bed for a well-needed rest. Needless to say he didn't do to well making a friend, but that's the point of not giving up. To just fall apart after one little drop of the ball would be a waste. Damien wanted to fit in, so that was to forever be his main goal through the whole adventure. He didn't know where this would take him or his abilities. Maybe he'd evolve a bit along the way, maybe interact with a few humans too. But either way this road was going to be a long one to endure for the time being. He placed himself out gently on the bed, closed his eyes, and covered himself in a cloud of shadow and slipped aimlessly into a deep sleep.

Being a shadow demon, the darkness was a catalyst to his abilities. This made him a fatal attraction, because his powers could bring his dreams or thoughts into reality. And he's never had good dreams in the night, always nightmares. Some of other demons and others of his own powers growing stronger. His abilities are strong but still childish. When they reach adult hood they could change his heart and mind into something sinister. In fact Damien could hear it now. His blood, his pwers, the shadows calling to him.

EMBRACE THE SHADOWS, DAMIEN!!!

He knew what he was doing in his head, but not outside of his body. On the outside, the darkness was lurking. Building strength from the surrounding shadows and slinking along the ground into other's rooms. It took the form of a demonic snake and found it's way into one room in particular, the Faery's room. The shadow knew someone was watching, so it made it's eyes glow a bright gold, then retacted itself back into Damien's clud. The cloud of darkness then disapated from his body and he feel totally into a deep rest.

As he awoke he felt... different. Something was truely different about him when he moved. It was as if he never felt tired and was well-rested. He thought it was nothing, but the he noticed something was wrong when he saw a big chunk of wood missing at the bottom of his room door. "How did it get there?" was the only question he could muster right before he realized how. His powers. They were growing stronger, slowly but growing nonetheless. He looked at his hands then back at the door, he swung it open and placed his booksack in front of it to hide the torn piece.

"Maybe no one will notice?"

Blaine awoke to a pounding headache. Emitting a groan, he put his hands to his heads, as if to somehow aid in relieving the pain. At first he thought it was because Blaine hadn't had blood yet, but that was highly unlikely, as he had fed the night before coming here, and besides, this headache felt differently. Blaine had always been sensitive to medicine, probably due to his being a vampire, but that hardly made sense since Blaine hadn't taken any drugs. Perhaps something in the air, Blaine thought as he figured moving around would distract him from the headache.

Rising up, he looked over at his sleeping roommate. They really hadn't gotten to know each other, hell, he didn't even know his name, but that could wait til later. Blaine was one of the few "Morning People", a bit backwards since vampires are supposed to be nocturnal. But Blaine enjoyed the calmness that came with the early morning, and found it relaxing and a fresh way to start the day. Getting dressed in casual jeans with a shirt and hoodie, he stepped quietly out of his room, careful not to cause a disturbance, being mindful of the house that he shared.

Walking down the stairs, he found Silvia at the foot of the stairs in an awkward position, either knocked out or asleep. Blaine turned red as it became obvious that she wore nothing beneath the white shirt. Biting his lip, he looked away, but peeked back, wondering if he should move her. Figuring that if not moved, she'd have a terrible neck cramp, he walked to her with the intention to pick her up and move her to the couch. However, upon nearing her, his confidence faltered, seeing farther up her legs than should be allowed by a stranger such as he. Closing his eyes out of respect, he knelt down and cradled her, picking her up and placing her gently on the couch, finding a soft cotton blanket and draping it over her to shield her from further people. Realizing that he had a penchant for picking up people and moving them, he chuckled softly to himself, moving to the kitchen to get some morning food.

[DASH=white]Something was stirring Paige awake but she was too sleepy to notice. There was something else mingled in her sleepyness...something that intertwined with her fatigue. It didn't seem like her usual pattern of sleep. To be exact, she wasn't too sure how she got to bed in the first place. was she sleeping walking again? The sleep walking always came as a usual to her, being a Pense Demon and whatnot. It was almost a ghostly type thing for in the dead of the night, emotions start running rounds and dreams grow rampant. Different thoughts, feelings, and emotions sprout out of the dreams and sift into Paige's very being. She had no other choice to submit to the callings of her body. However, this felt off; much more different than her regular sleep walking spells.

For one it was hard for her to fully awaken. In her mind, she knew she was up, but her body wouldn't respond to her commands. Starting off with the eyes first, Paige rolled them around behind her closed lids to see and feel the blood pulsing under it. That made her shiver and the shivering let her know that she was indeed in control of her body. When she willed for her lids to fold back and reveal her eyes, Paige was hit with the beautiful grace of an early morn. Paige's mind was now at a full and comforting ease. The lights had an effect on her feelings for it was truly a beautiful sight. It was also good to know that, when she looked around some more, she was in her room. The room SINC provided for her. In a rush of memories, Paige suddenly remembered what happened to her.

"Oh man!"she exclaimed, shooting up in her bed. The pillow that was nestled behind the back of her head fell to the floor as a result of her sudden jump. Her blonde/teal hair was in strands in front of her face, but her blue-greyish eyes were still large and visible beneath it. Paige's body was now starting to feel the effects of the over-sleeping but nonetheless, she was anxious to get up and patrol the premisis. There was an inkling in her head that she may have awaken her roommate, and she did not want to be around to hear the upsetting rambles of the Fae. Paige slid her feet over the bed and quietly and silently trotted out of the room and down the dimly lit hallway. To her surprise, she saw the pink eyed boy who refused to give her a name carrying a small girl. In an instant...Paige reacted.

"What are you doing? Let her go!"she shouted, reaching her full, opened palmed hand out to him. As a result, he stopped in place. Paige used her telepathic powers to cease the movement in his feet. The reminders of not to use her powers were crawling back into her ears, but she had to save this girl![/DASH]

A stirring came from the kitchen, and an empty aluminum can hit the floor and made a metallic clang echo into the living area.

Erin's small tan face peeped out at Paige and Blaine, brown eyes wide and curious. Strangely enough, they soon narrowed as she examined the situation a little closer, changing her into the Mother; angry and ready to discipline. She moved out of the kitchen a few steps and put her hands on her hips.

"Paige!" she called out. "Stop it. He's good, he's the one that carried you to your room last night. You do not need to act like this."

Was there a threat cloaked behind that order? Surely not.

Voices shouting from downstairs coupled with rustling noises inside his room finally started to pull him out of dreamland. Perhaps what Bane had failed to notice about his new room was that the 'young guy' was not the typical sort someone shared a room with. Right off the bat one could see that this 'young guy' currently existed at a size small enough to get trapped within a big gulp cup. Even more apparent to the observing naked eye came the revelation that this 'young guy' had violet colored skin and golden hair with eyes to match. Plus a super tiny pair of black jeans covering his lower half which were no illusion. Not to mention a set of translucent wings! Ones which were hopefully fully healed from last night's near-death experience at the hands of a girl who cared nothing for kindness.

A 'young guy' who wore no clothes as the miniature body crawled out from under the massive sheets. Stumbling around for a few seconds on the bed large enough compared to him that it could have served as a house, he took a few seconds to notice Bane through hazy vision leftover from the sleeping syrup. Little did he know the cruel joke that the scientists had played on him by making a Half-Fire Demon his roommate! Pausing mid-step while he walked across the bed, the look on his tiny face made it clear that the new roomie had gained notice at last.

That cannot be Cyril, can it? Was he a. . . a changeling or something? He never did tell me what he was yesterday. I'm sure he won't mind if I ask him if it is him. He was pretty nice about everything yesterday. He'll probably just laugh!

Completely uninformed and unarmed, the Faery tested out his wings carefully to see if they worked. Both lips curved into a smile upon realizing they did still work despite getting tossed down some stairs. Little did he know some Vampire had gotten a rather close look at the girl with nowhere near the same level of violent consequences. Digging through the Just moments later the male Faery zipped into view of what he assumed was a shape-shifting Cyril who was in fact Bane. Not even the illusion magic was in use since Cyril had seen his true face yesterday. So what was the point in hiding it from who he thought was the same person?

"Good morning Cyril! I did not know you were a shape shifter! Or perhaps a changeling? Either way, nice joke there! Seeing if I wouldn't notice that you had completely changed your appearance from what it was yesterday! Very funny."

At least there weren't any stairs nearby.

As Blaine moved to put Silvia down on the couch, Paige came down the stairs from her room, a look of surprise flashing across her face before misunderstanding came across her mind. Immediately Blaine was hit with a telepathic surge, his body locking up tightly as she kept firm control of his mind and his movements. A brief glimpse of pain flashed across his face as his muscled ached at being so tense. Normally, Blaine would retaliate, but having Silvia in his arms meant that to do anything, she would have to be dropped in a most unceremonious manner. Luckily, Blaine didn't have to resort to that.

Soon, Erin poked her head out of the kitchen. It seemed that the was able to get a better grasp of the situation than Paige, as she immediately came to Blaine's defense. Blaine could only stand by and keep holding Silvia as Erin tried to talk Paige into letting him go. Blaine was only mildly annoyed at this point, he was sure it looked a bit suspicious what he was doing, but for the moment the only thing on his mind was freeing himself from Paige's control, unable to do a thing until then.
