"Ow ow ow" Alex was really rough when she was angry. Once Elise's cheeks were released she started to massage them. They were probably pretty red at that point. "Well, he's not exactly random...." Elise confessed. "And he has never seen any of my alternative looks. He only knows my real form." It was really bad having him there.
"He's a childhood friend of mine, and he can read minds, though his powers are rather weak, so he might have gotten us mixed up." When she left her hometown, he was only able to pick up a few words now and then. Had he gotten better control of it? Though considering he still couldn't tell people apart, it seemed like his powers hadn't grown that much.
"He just want to help, but he's really bad at it. I'll make sure to scare him away somehow, so try not to beat him up." That guy was really good at getting into trouble and she could not put him into danger by taking him with her. The biggest problem with him was that he believed that her father was correct and that all mutants belonged at Genosha. He hoped to convince Elise to go to Genosha together with him and for her to make up with her father. He just couldn't understand why that wasn't an option for her because he didn't know, or wished to know about the dark side of that place.
