⇢ Hair length & color | Teddi's hair is dark brown, slightly curly, and very short. The orphanage plans on keeping it short because not only does she hate it longer it also lessens the risk of someone accidentaly touching her skin while helping take care of her.
⇢ Eye color | Her eyes are a foggy gray brown. She is totally blind so her eyes look clouded over. They are slightly sunken in because she presses on them a lot(A common thing for blind children to do).

⇢ Power(s) | Poison Skin- Teddi's skin [BCOLOR=#ffff00]is like a poison dart frogs[/BCOLOR]. She produces a poison that burns when people touch her(Skin to skin only, it doesn't damage furniture or none people objects).
⇢ Power limit| Poison Skin- Teddi has no ability to turn this off and has to have cloth covering her skin at all times to be able to touch anyone. If someone want to hold her or touch her they can only do it where she is covered or risk burning themselves badly. They can also do it if they are wearing gloves.
The venom comes through her pores like sweat and if she is too warm it can get on her clothes. While it won't damage the clothes it can still burn if someone touches it. [/bg]

Teddi was born in Serbia. Her parentage is unknown[BCOLOR=#ffff00] because she abandoned at birth[/BCOLOR] in an alley. Someone took her took the local orphanage where her powers were first discovered when a worker was badly burned trying to wash her. After that she was ignored even more than normal because the workers were frightened by her.
Teddi never developed properly because of the extreme neglect she faced which is why she is so small and acts differently than most kids her age. She is working through much lower stages of development because she never hit her [BCOLOR=#ffff00]mile stones[/BCOLOR] as a baby/toddler.
When Teddi was 5(almost 6) an American family adopted her and the orphanage was happy to get rid of her. The family was overjoyed to bring Teddi home, but that joy soon turned to horror when they discovered they couldn't touch their new little girl. Not knowing what else to do the family abandoned her at a firehouse and CPS took her to the Home for the Friendless hoping they would know what to do with her.
Teddi has only been here for 5 months and is still adjusting to being well fed and cared for, though it is different than having a family. She is currently not doing 'school' and instead goes through various therapy sessions throughout the weeks like feeding therapy, occupational therapy, etc in hoped of making her more independent.

Thin and scraggly he had a sickly paleness to his skin and he said nothing while he squirmed at your focus. His hair was a tawny brown like the fur of a light skin mouse, while his face was narrow and gaunt. His hair was short and thinning in places at his age it shouldn't. He was known to wear button down shirts and loose fitting cargos or slacks. His eyes were a steel gray and blue, mixing in hues together and he wore two earrings on his left ear. His voice was calm not flat or monotone, quiet though .[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=transparent]Ghost Walking and Rift Manipulation; Wyatt's abilities are not separate abilities, but a kind of construct of both powers feeding into each other. Wyatt has the ability to astral project out of his body, but he is not necessarily an astral projector. Instead he is a manipulator of memories.While astral projecting he has the ability to open up rifts in this space. Where he can enter the strongest memories tied to a spot.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]He can only astral project when he is asleep, though because of this Wyatt himself is always tired in the middle of the day. He can also only enter memories and watch them like an outside observer. He has no abilities or control over time itself.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]He gets exhausted when astral projecting and he has been only allowed to limit himself to 10 minute sessions outside of his body. The further and longer Wyatt is from his body, the closer to death his body becomes. Which takes a toll on him.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=transparent]His appearance betrays him, most stay away from him because of his creepy looks, and some adults have said probably unadoptable looks. With bags under his eyes and a listless expression, most who don't talk to Wyatt. Miss out on someone who is intellectual and observant. He's actually a sweetheart, with a kind heart. He cares deeply for people and is highly empathetic to others opinions and feelings. He seems older than his age sometimes, often giving those younger than him advice. It's why many of the younger kids enjoy his company because he doesn't talk down to them.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]The only thing that holds back Wyatt is his powers. Because there's something about the other side, that calls to him. Some fear or maybe he fears that one day he'll just disappear the closer and closer he escapes to that world. Astral projecting takes a lot out of his body, but Wyatt tends to not show that.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]He has made a promise to himself that he'd never let anyone see him suffer. Because Wyatt has a want and a need to help the people he cares for. Loyal and gentle, there's not a mean spirit in Wyatt whatsoever. The few mysteries the adults cannot figure out is how Wyatt can be so intellectual and yet fail at basic communication.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]He's prone to shutdowns sometimes, when he is overwhelmed and overstimulated. He has selective mutism and lacks the ability to give others direct eye contact. When he does try to, he sorta twitches. Other than though Wyatt is generally kind. And open minded.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]For the few flaws he has, no one is perfect. Is that he has a hard time with accepting change, one time they changed Wyatt out of room to another one and he had a bad week. He can be temperamental, especially with authoritarian adults. And he adheres to strict routine and schedule.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]He might be described as the silent storm. Often appearing on the surface as calm, intelligent, and gentle. Though the adults report a different side that is temperamental, prone to throwing fits and throwing objects. All though they may be exaggerating.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=transparent]Born May 5th, 1977 son of Victoria Haley Whitlock, his father Jordan Knight, the first few years of his life were in a room. With no windows. Or the windows were completely blacked out with paint. The only time he saw the sky was probably in his dreams. Not knowing those were his powers developing. He use to tell his mother about his dreams about the blue sky and fluffy clouds. That always got her to cry. He never understood why she was so sad. [/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]There was a man who would visited them from time to time. This was his father, though he always remembers him as being tall and very big. Bigger than his mother and him. He always took Wyatt out for ice cream or to play at the park, but his mother was never allowed out. He never had any siblings, and it's hard to remember all the stuff back then as a kid.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]He was eight when he learned he can enter the memories of others. It his greatest regret. When he entered Victoria's memories it told the story of a woman who was taken when she was on her way of home. A young girl, at sixteen. Years later, seven years later. With her first child. When she didn't want it. He remembers the overwhelming sadness involved in that memory.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]Being honest and being open was a kids job. So being the naive kid he was he confronted his mother of his dream. It was the saddest he ever saw her. He didn't know how to quite how to comfort her. He tried, except that it honestly didn't know how to.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]The signs were always there, just buried in an extreme situation. He doesn't remember his mother's face. If he tried to recall it, he'd never be able to tell you what she looked like. He never looked her in the eye so he doesn't remember at all what the color were. Jordan was so huge like a bear, he could barely remember what he looked like too.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]The sequence of events began with a phone call. The day Victoria managed to steal a phone and call the police. She was butchered, but Wyatt doesn't remember that. It's why he has been in the situation he has been in. While Jordan was in jail and his grandparents on Victoria's side not wanting to taking him in due to fear that he'd be exactly like Jordan.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]I mean just look at this weird kid who doesn't show normal emotional responses. Just look at this weird kid who won't look at anyone in the eye. It's clear he's a psychopath too. He looks just like Victoria it will cause the family heartbreak.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]So, he was sent off to the Foster care system. Where he did dance to dance to dance to different homes. Because of problems. What they saw was a child's failure to behave. A child's failure to behave socially normal as others. Therapist and the people with Wyatt worked hard, simply saying that it would take time for him to become social acclimated.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]Except that change doesn't seem to be happening. Nor does it seem to getting any better either. He's just some odd kid. With odd ticks and stims.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=transparent]-Cracking his knuckles, one of his stims, he likes the way cracking his knuckles makes his knuckles feel afterward.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=transparent]-Disappearing; astral projecting is nowhere near as fun people make it out to be. It makes him closer to an invisible world other people cannot see. He doesn't want to disappear. Except that the condition of his power, does get his body closer and closer to death every time he uses it[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]-Some Adults; but not like in the way of a 5 year old. Something about people looming over him and making themselves bigger and scarier than him, always makes him scared and afraid. But it also gets his temperamental with some of them.[/BCOLOR]

⇢ Power(s) | 2nd Dimension Physique - Kagami can merge with her reflection in a 2D surface (for example, on a mirror or window) and walk inside that 2 dimensional world. She appears almost as a moving photo upon the wall, like this. She cannot leave the surface until she finds another reflective patch, but she can move onto any other flat surface. For example, she could enter via the mirror at the top of a staircase, walk along the wall (gravity doesn't affect vertical movement), walk up to the ceiling and follow that, then move into a ventilation shaft and outside onto the exterior roof and use a puddle there to manifest once more in the 3 dimensional world.
⇢ Power limit| Kagami has a good deal of control over the ability, freely moving over most surfaces with ease. As noted though, she can only switch between forms using reflective surfaces, and less reflective surfaces take longer to merge. With a perfect mirror, the merge is instant, but a puddle that only reflects a blurry image will take several seconds. Additionally, there are several materials she cannot cross. Reflective materials that are not big enough to fit one view of her in cannot be passed at all - she cannot move through foot-sized puddles, and thus the smallest reflective surface she can use to merge or materialise is one that can encompass an image taken from the top - big enough for her head and shoulders to fit in. Furthermore, carried items will be left behind when merging unless they also fit into the frame of the surface - so merging while carrying an extended fishing rod will mean the fishing rod gets left behind, but her clothes will remain. Wearing a ridiculous hat will have the hat get left behind.- (pause to roll dice for whether or not she gets a second ability)

Sciency stuff...OK I got this. Um the resemblance to poison dart frogs ends at the fact it is on her skin. Instead of a neurotoxin Teddi produces a form of Sodium Hypchlorite. This chemical is found in common house hold cleaning products like bleach, disinfectants, stain removers, deodorizers, and can even be water treatment systems.
I wrote that wrong...I'm an idiot. It's Sodium Hypochlorite...not salt... :-P Sorry...
Fair enough, lol. I did have a reasonable explanation planned, and I was about halfway through writing it down when I went "Ooh, if I do this (what's currently there), I might be able to use it as an excuse to RP as a really old fashioned person!"
