"Heey.." I smile and fix my hair back the way it was. "Of course.. I'm worried." My right hand moves away from the stump and it wraps around your waist joining the left one as I lay my head down on your shoulder. "I'm glad you did. Although I'm not too sure its wise to stay here after the dark.."
 
I look towards the horizon where the sun is sinking. "You have a very good point." I pull away and swing down from the branch only hanging by my legs. "I assume you can get down on your own alright." I laugh and drop to the ground landing on my feet I look up at you and smile as I bow.
 
"Thats quite impressive!" I start clapping and look down. "I'm not sure I can do something like that.." I start descending carefully checking every branch before stepping on it. When reaching reasonable height I jumped down and dusted myself off. "Alright so.. which way?" I look around, the sunbeams passing through the canopy slowly fading away. "Lets hurry, we dont have much time."
 
I start walking "Now look at who's rushing, don't worry I won't let the big scary monster get to you" I tease as I walk off the path towards a darker part of the forest. "We should be out of here within ten minutes tops" I turn and watch you waiting for you to catch up.
 
"Hehe.." I laugh joyfully and look at you. "Thats quite thoughtful of you.. thanks, I already feel safer." I look around carefully scanning the forest for anything harmful. After a brief moment I start jogging to catch up to you. "Alright, lets go then. Just stay close to me so we dont get split up, its really dark here."
 
"Here..." I take your hand in mine "now we can be sure not to get split up." I offer you a small smile. A little while later we emerge from the forest. "I told you we would be able to get out of there with no trouble. Not a scary monster seen." I laugh
 
I gently grasp your hand pulling you closer to me and return the smile. After a bit of walking we come up to an opening from where the whole city could be seen. I look at you and laugh back. "Well.. I guess its cause you scared them all off to protect me, right?" I smile and look deeply into your green eyes then examine your face, admiring every inch I look through. I move my hand across your hair and curl it as I reach the middle. My hand moves to your cheeks, gently caressing them."You're beautiful." I wrap my arms around your waist and start pulling myself closer to you shutting my eyes, moving in for the kiss.

"Well i couldn't let a friend get hurt now could I?" I trail off as you move your hand across my hair. I open my mouth as if to say something but close it. I lean into you, closing my eyes, and pressing my lips gently against yours.
 
I feel your warm and soft lips press up against mine and get carried away by the moment. I run my hand down your cheek and caress it with my thumb. I playfully slip my tongue into your mouth and twirl it once before I start massaging yours with it. 'Oh crap, I forgot to ask if she finds tongues disgusting.' Immediately I stop with the motion and back away a bit. "Sorry.. I'm not sure if you find kissing with tongues disgusting, I feel like I should've asked you before doing it." I rub my head feeling ashamed a bit.
 
I blush and look up at you. "N-no it's fine... It was nice actually." I smile and lean in kissing you quickly. "We should probably get back to out places, since there's school tomorrow and all of that"
 
I return the kiss and smile. "I'm glad you feel that way." I wrap my arm around your waist and start walking. "Too bad.. we were just beginning to have fun." A small smirk appears on my face. "I'll escort you home." I look at you and smile. "I cant believe people believe that you're a freak.." I sigh and shake my head. "If only they weren't so shallow and judgemental."
 
"Well who's to say we won't have fun tomorrow?" I tease grinning mischievously. I walk with you my tail occasionally brushing up against your arm, I sigh "that's just how many people are, never giving someone a chance to explain that they are just as normal as everyone else."
 
I look at you and raise my brow. "Oh..? Is that so?" I let out a small giggle and scratch you behind your ear. "You're so cute." As we enter the city people start staring us down petrified by the sight. I look around noticing that we're attracting "unwanted" attention and I pull you closer to me. "Sad.. but true. Its so pathetic." I shrug as my anger starts boiling, my gut feels like its on fire. "So.. how does it feel to have a tail?" I look at you and smile, trying to divert your attention to me from whats happening around us.
 
I tilt my head slightly, enjoying the feeling. "Absolutely." I notice you looking around and look around as well noticing the people staring. I growl in a tone that only shifters can here so I don't alarm you. "Having a tail, is like having an extension of your body. It was strange at first but now I can't imagine life without it." I return the smile and rest my head on your shoulder.
 
'Did she just.. growl? I guess she noticed then.. damn it.' I thought to myself. I shift my eyes to the side and look at you with a hint of sadness. I let out a silent sigh. "I see, it must be really fun." I fix up a smile and look at your tail. "So does it express how you feel? You know, kinda like when dogs are happy they wag their tail and stuff. Not that I'm comparing you with dogs, just taking them as an example!" I say in a worried tone, afraid that the statement could have hurt you.
 
I laugh 'If he only knew" I think to myself. "I guess you could say that, but not in the same way dogs do. It's wolf... so the signs are similar but can mean different things." I stop in front of a building. "Well this is it.... Thank you for everything" I turn and kiss you softly, resting my hands on your chest.
 
"Thats pretty neat. So you have wolf-like ears, a tail.. do you bite like one?" I wink at you teasingly and stop as you do. "It was my pleasure to spend the day with you, no need t-" My words got cut off as I felt the softness of your lips pressing up against mine. I wrap my arms around you and return the kiss with the same measure of softness. After a while I break off the kiss. "Dont get greedy now." I grin teasingly as I hug you tightly. "I'll see you tomorrow then?"
 
I giggle and hug you back resting my head on your chest right over your heart. "I wouldn't miss tomorrow for the world." I look up at you my eyes glowing softly in the moonlight. I reluctantly pull away and walk up the steps to the door, I turn and wave, smiling as I open the door.
 
I look down into your mesmerizing eyes and smile. "Yeah.." I land a soft kiss on your forehead and let you slip away. "Good night." I wave back smiling. I turn around and start waking away. "Cant wait til tomorrow.." I whisper to myself and look forward as I make my way home.

I wake up the next morning to birds singing, the morning sun shining through my window. 'I wonder what today will bring' i think to myself, excited to get to school for once. A while later I'm half way to school when a group of students appear behind me, trying to anger me. I turn around and confront them shifting into a large black wolf as I do so, snarling at them as they turn and bolt away, people start to look out their windows and see me.
