Abilities:
•
Peak Human Conditioning: Through intense training, specialized diet, and biofeedback treatments, The Batman represented the absolute pinnacle of human physical prowess. His physical attributes is at the natural limits far above than that of an Olympic level athlete that has ever competed. His strength, speed, stamina, agility, reflexes, senses, and endurance are at the peak of human potential. Batman began his physical and mental conditioning when he was 11 and then intense physical training and weight lifting at age 12. He had mastered full body control by the time he was 18. Wayne abstains entirely from drinking alcohol, though he presented Bruce Wayne, his alter ego, as a borderline alcoholic (he created this illusion by drinking ginger ale and pretending it was champagne). Batman's refusal to drink was directly linked to keeping his body in its absolute best. Bruce Wayne, since the age of 15, has created a strict diet to enable his body to develop and operate at its most proficient, along with biofeedback treatments (using portable/non-portable machines to stimulate muscles to contraction). Batman being able to perform amazing physical feats is due to his superior physique. He engaged in an intensive regular regimen of rigorous exercise (including aerobics, weight lifting, gymnastics, and simulated combat) to keep himself in peak condition, and has often defeated opponents whose size, strength, or other powers greatly exceeded his own. He has spent his entire life in pursuit of physical perfection and has attained it through constant intensive training and determination.
•
Peak Human Strength: In terms of brute strength, Batman is one of the strongest non-metahumans alive. He can break steel chains and cuffs, support a ceiling that weighed 1000lbs over his head, and bend steel metal bars with his hands. This strength also extends to his legs allowing him to jump high up and far foward without a running start. Batman has even demonstrated enough strength to punch a SWAT officer through a brick wall. He utilizes his strength/power so effectively, that a near-meta such as Deathstroke comments that Batman "hits harder than most beings with superhuman strength." During his exercise regimes, Batman regularly bench-presses well beyond 1000Ibs. Using highly effective muscle control, Batman can apply near superhuman force in his physical attacks, able to overpower the Venom enhanced Bane and Killer Croc.
•
Peak Human Reflexes: Batman's reflexes are seemingly superhuman, and is far superior to normal humans. He is able to quickly react to simultaneous attacks from multiple enemies and dodge rapid gunfire. Bruce's reflexes were honed to such a degree that he has caught one of Green Arrow's arrows in mid flight from behind when he tried to shoot him.
•
Peak Human Speed: He can run and move at speeds comparable to the finest human athletes. In combat he is extremely agile and evasive, supplementing his strength with sheer speed to defeat his enemies, he could even match the master assassin Deathstroke's superhuman speed in combat.
•
Peak Human Durability: His endurance and durability is at the highest peak of human potential augmented with his iron forged will power allow him to tolerate massive amount of physical pain. His muscles and bones are much more harder and denser than most other people. He is able to withstand being stabbed and shot multiple times, as well as hits from superhumans such as Killer Croc and Bane on Venom. Also Batman seems to be slightly resistant to the blunt trauma of high falls such falling a couple stories from a building.
•
Peak Human Stamina: Bruce's highly trained and developed body generates far less fatigue toxins than the musculature of most humans, enabling him to gain exceptional endurance and lung capacity. His stamina is comparable to that of the absolute finest human athlete. He has shown a lung capacity feat that is so great that he can hold his breath underwater for 7 minutes. In his early days he once fought in a gauntlet for 28 hours straight before collapsing from exhaustion. Batman has demonstrated exercising extensively with a rigorous training regime that lasted 1 hour, yet wasn't nearly satisfied. He can exert himself at peak capacity for a few hours before slowing down or began tiring.
•
Peak Human Agility: His agility is above than that of a Chinese acrobat and an Olympic-level athlete gymnast. He can coordinate his body with balance, flexibility, and dexterity. His main phase of movement is Parkour which he learned in France and uses it to scale the cities rooftops in an acrobatic manner. He is capable of completing a triple somersault.
•
Indomitable Will: He has no known superhuman powers, but he does have an almost superhuman "force of will". Batman's unstoppable determination, sense of discipline and morale, and strength of will make him an extremely formidable opponent. This makes him able to function while tolerating massive amounts of physical pain, and also allows him to resist telepathy or mind control.
•
Intimidation: It is widely known that Batman has the ability to instill fear in others, even the people that know him best are intimidated by him.
•
Expert Inquisitor: Batman is adept in the use of interrogation techniques, employing anything from law enforcement methods to outright torture. He is an exceptional swordsman as evident in his fights with Ra's al Ghul, his proficiency in Jui Jitsu can proclaim his swordsmanship skill. Proficient with most melee weapons because of his mastery of Okinawan Kobudo. He was trained and became proficient in all arms. He soon learned expanded melee weapon techniques and he has learned expanded weapon/device sciences. He still practices during his combat sessions to keep his skills intact, though he prefers unarmed combat.
•
Master of Stealth: His extensive Ninjutsu training has made him a master at stealth, espionage, infiltration, and sabotage. Bruce is capable of breaching very high-security facilities with ease and without being detected. Batman's stealth prowess he is capable of breaking into a top-secret base a mile under Gotham City and even the infamous Area 51 completely unnoticed.

Background: (Character Bio & History)
Let me regale you the story of a boy who grew up to be a monster. Let me tell you the tragic story, of the Batman.
When he was only eight years old, young Bruce Wayne found himself sitting in the Gotham streets, staring down at the dead bodies of his parents, Thomas and Martha, who had been brutally gunned down moments earlier by a small-time crook named Joe Chill for their valuables. Chill escaped the scene before the police could arrive and young Bruce was grief-stricken. The little boy who once expressed so much joy and wonder for the world took to staying in his room and rarely speaking a word. His caretaker and trusted friend, Alfred Pennyworth, did all he could to make the young boy comfortable, but Alfred knew that the hole in Bruce's heart left behind from that night would never be filled.
As he grew up and tried to move on with his life, Bruce found himself analyzing the city he believed he knew so well and came to the conclusion that it was a gruesome urban nightmare, where those who preyed upon the innocent were at the top of the heap, while those who struggled to survive were often molded into emulations of those who oppressed them; the same oppressors who continuously shoved their would-be successors down into the dirt in the first place. It sickened him to know that the criminal element was taking over his home and worst yet, the police and local government were seemingly aware of the problem and either didn't care, or profited from the chaos in the streets. While few existed who truly sought to save Gotham, Bruce saw how their attempts to make things better failed time and time again due to roadblocks set by those in power who sought to lose everything if the city's problems were to just go away.
After hearing about a society that specialized in making men into heroes, ready to do good in the world by learning to use every piece of their body and mind, Bruce left Gotham when he was sixteen and sought out their leader; Ra's Al Ghoul, "the Demon's Head". Under Ra's guidance, Bruce trained with the League of Assassins for nearly six years until he eventually left, realizing that rather than saving the world (and Gotham alike), Ra's sought to slaughter those who did not follow his lead and impose his own world order. As he left, Bruce engaged with the members of the League, who sought to end him for betraying Ra's. In the final conflict between himself and the Demon's Head, Bruce spared Ra's life, refusing to kill as Ra's did to accomplish his goals and re-avowing that he has always sought to preserve life rather than end it.
Upon his return to Gotham, Bruce got hard to work creating an identity for himself so that he might operate outside the law (as he had seen the corruption within the GCPD had not faltered since he had been gone), but still allow the justice system to do its work with minimal intervention. He needed to be more than a man; he needed to be an idea, a symbol that would strike fear into the hearts of criminals just as they struck fear into the hearts of the innocent they preyed upon. As he thought, Bruce remembered back to the times when he was truly, utterly afraid when he was a child, and using his newfound psychological skills, deduced that most criminals were unintelligent and as such, bore a similar mindset to that of a child. But out of all the memories he possessed, there was only one that he remembered had truly frightened him;
It was around the time when Bruce was only four years old. He was playing in the field outside Wayne Manor and had fallen through a sinkhole that led into a large cave. While Alfred went off to get Bruce's father so they could pull the uninjured boy up from the pit, Bruce was left alone to fend for himself in the dark. Then, he saw it; a figure moving in the shadows, large and as terrifying as the monsters all children feared lay beneath their beds waiting to snack on them. As it got closer, Bruce realized what the figure was; it was a Bat, followed by a swarm of its brethren, all of whom had been disturbed from their rest when the boy had fallen through the roof of their home. As they swarmed around him, fleeing the cave, Thomas and Alfred returned and pulled the terrified Bruce out from the darkness.
It was that same fear that Bruce had felt so long ago that now, he believed would become his weapon against the criminals of Gotham. So, with the aid of Alfred and Lucius Fox, his personal confidant and 'tech support' at Wayne Enterprises, Bruce Wayne went on to become "the Batman"; Gotham's greatest urban legend.
"Ladies. Gentlemen. You have eaten well. You've eaten Gotham's wealth. Its spirit. Your feast is nearly over. From this moment on...none of you are safe."

Background: (Character bio & History)
Long ago, back before Bruce Wayne became Batman, he trained with the League of Assassins to hone his body and mind for his eventual crusade against the criminals of Gotham. During this time, Bruce met the daughter of Ra's Al Ghoul, Talia, and the two fell in love. They were nearly equaled in every way; their strength, their agility, and of course, their wit and intellect. Ra's saw the potential within Talia to one day take over the League when the time came where his Lazarus Pit would no longer be able to revive him, but he believed that Bruce was meant to be the true heir to his throne and did all he could to play into their blossoming romance. Eventually, Talia and Bruce found themselves spending more time alone with one another in the privacy of Talia's bedroom rather than on the battlefield honing their skills, as they became nearly inseparable. But when the day came when Bruce's training was meant to finish, Talia overheard her father explaining how he planned to ravage Gotham, cleansing the city of all who chose to live there as his first step towards worldwide conquest. Appalled at this revelation, as she had always believed that the League was meant to protect the world rather than control it, she brought this information to Bruce and begged him to run away with her so they could be together, free from both Gotham and the League. However, Bruce refused to back down and after he confronted Ra's, he left the League with Talia and helped her go into hiding.
Eight months later in a little farming town in Spain, Talia was found by the League. Ra's had been searching for her ever since Bruce "stole her away from him", but to his surprise, he saw her belly swollen with child; Bruce's child. The day they had left the League, she learned she was pregnant and, though she had attempted to tell Bruce since the day she found out, none of her messages had reached him. Later, she discovered it was through those messages that her father had found her, as the League's members had intercepted each letter before it could reach Wayne. So, unable to fight and fearing for the safety of her child, Talia allowed herself to be taken in by the League and soon gave birth to her son, Richard.
Having since given up on making Bruce his new successor, Ra's set his sights on little Richard and forced the same intense training upon him that Bruce had endured for years. Talia was imprisoned in a small cell that she and Richard called 'home' and whenever Richard was taken away for training, Talia was restrained so she could not fight back against those who came between her and her child. Though Richard grew up resentful of his grandfather, he learned compassion and love from his mother, who spoke words of hope to him that one day they would escape and Ra's and the League would suffer. Within the cell was also a television, which Talia and Richard often watched, grateful whenever they would hear a report of 'the Gotham Bat', as it reaffirmed their beliefs that if one man could take on the League, then so might they.
By the time Richard was ten, he had reached the near-peak physical and mental skill that his father had achieved so many years before. As a final test, Ra's entrusted his grandson with a simple task; to track down and kill the Batman. Only with the blood of his father on his hands would Richard be allowed to inherit Ra's empire, but Richard knew it would only lead to his demise. He had seen his grandfather's madness manifest itself further as he re-entered the Lazarus Pit, each visit becoming shorter than the last. Richard knew that Ra's would not- could not give up control over the League now, as his mind was fragmented and he deliriously believed that he would be immortal and that none could truly succeed him.
As an act of defiance, Richard agreed to leave for Gotham, but broke his mother out of her cell that evening so they could escape. He had drugged Ra's' wine at dinner with a sleeping agent that he knew would not last long, but believed it would surely give Talia and himself enough time to escape the League's grasp and make way for Gotham to live with his father. But Ra's had predicted the boy's treachery and as they were on the cusp of escape, Ra's plunged his blade through Talia's heart, killing her on the spot. Overcome with rage and grief at the loss of his mother, Richard fought with his grandfather, eventually winning against the weakened Ra's, who commanded that Richard finish him off. But, believing in the morals of his mother and father, Richard refused to kill Ra's, instead choosing to break every bone in his body and leaving him to suffer in agony, knowing the League would throw Ra's back into the Pit before he could die.
Taking his mother's corpse with him and burying it in an unmarked grave so Ra's and the League could not find her, Richard boarded the first flight to Gotham and went to find his father. But rather than finding a determined man who's hope outweighed his fear, Richard was met with the broken shell of a man who had lost a dear friend. It was not apparent to him at this time, but as Richard would soon learn, Bruce's ward, Jason Todd, had just been murdered by the villainous Joker. Although Bruce did not initially believe Richard when he first introduced himself, Richard told his story and even prompted Bruce to undergo a blood test to prove that he was truly his biological son. The tragedy of Todd's death hung over Bruce like a guillotine waiting to come crashing down and end his sorrow, leaving Richard, who was also grieving the loss of his mother, without the father he hoped would guide him to a better life.
Though Richard quickly formed a close bond with Alfred, Wayne's trusted butler and adopted father, who he saw as the grandfather that Ra's Al Ghoul could never hope to be. Alfred knew that the two of them were suffering and as a result, tried to help Richard connect with his father on an emotional level as well as a personal one, but many of these attempts seemingly failed the deeply depressed Bruce.
However, one night while he knew that Batman was out on patrol, Richard decided to tag along, using a self-made vigilante outfit to keep his amenity. As he followed Bruce, who was tracking an underground drug ring headed by the Penguin, Richard did his best to remain hidden while also aiding his father as much as he could. Eventually, Bruce found himself being overwhelmed by Penguin's forces, at which point Richard entered the fray and made short work of the goons. Backed into a corner with no way of escape, Penguin sent out one of his hired goons, Slade Wildson, otherwise known as "Deathstroke", to finish off Batman. Bruce was still injured from before, so Richard took Deathstroke on by himself, much to the assassin's shock and displeasure (as he put it "If the Bat cannot fight me, what makes you, a child, think you can do better?"). About three minutes later, Wilson was laid out on the floor with three cracked ribs, a broken nose, and the shame of knowing he was taken down by a ten year old. Penguin was soon apprehended and Bruce and Richard went home.
Bruce let Richard have it, explaining how he could have died acting like he did, while Richard protested that if Bruce had been alone, he would have died. Though Bruce didn't want to admit it, he knew that deep down, Richard was right; in some way, Bruce wanted to let himself die, but Richard stopped him before he could make a mistake. Though his grief over Todd remained, Bruce offered to train Richard if he was to continue fighting crime in Gotham alongside him, to which Richard agreed, but only if his father saw him as an equal rather than a sidekick. Together, they trained day and night, working together to unlock Richard's true potential, until the day came when he took up the mantle of Batman's fallen ally for himself.
Ready to aid his father in his crusade, knowing his mother would want him to watch over Bruce, Richard became the second Robin; the Dark Prince and heir to the Bat's Throne.
"We all look for meaning behind the tragedies that hit us. And sometimes the meaning's there. But sometimes, terrible things just happen. No sinister plots. No secret societies. They just happen, and there's nothing you can do to stop it."
