The Hunter Nin from Kirigakure
The 5 clones and shuriken heading towards the Hunter nin performing hand seals did not deter him, it was proven why this was so when the shuriken and clones got near that a secondary barrage of kunai came from another set of bushes nearby that clashed with the shuriken deflecting them from the one making hand seals while they were also able to dispel 2 of the 5 clones pre-maturely, the last 3 proven to be too skill to be dispelled by simple kunai. A 4th and final hunter nin, thus completing their squad, appeared from those same bushes and rushed towards the last 3 clones with a tant-o drawn out and into their right hand while the 3rd finished his hand-seals and shouted out "Fire Style-Phoenix Flower Jutsu!" before placing his fingers in a circle position in front of his mouth before blowing outwards, releasing 6 medium sized fireballs, 3 of which were heading towards the last 3 clones while the other 3 headed after their creator.
---Meanwhile With Shika---
Shika's arrow along with it's windy clones had been dodged fairly easily but the hunter nin did not expect to see another behind the first barrage which quickly pierced and went through his neck, killing him while he choked on his own blood. Shika had also successfully drawn the other hunter nin's attention who was now darting towards her, poisoned claws now visible on his hands, showing that he wanted to get up close and personal and hopefully poison his target.
"Shika!" He shouted as he prepared to use his Body Replacement Technique once more. It wasn't a strain on his chakra yet but it would add up - Masaru planned to end this in one attack. "Take care of that one!" He motioned towards the one with the tanto, who'd been distracted by his clones. A surge of chakra rushed through him before he let another log become incinerated in his place. Now in the bushes, Masaru prepared his Hiding in Mist technique once more. He knew that it would take but a few seconds for the ninjutsu wielding ninja to blow it away, but he planned to use that time to prepare his genjutsu and sneak up on the Hunter-Nin.
Shika barely had any time to respond before Masaru disappeared, leaving her temporarily against three Hunter-Nin. She viewed the approaching ninja with care, calculating how many arrows she could fire off before he reached her. The other two were preoccupied with Masaru's clones, although that would give her only a few moments to deal with the one with poisoned claws. Shika figured she could shoot two, maybe three arrows before he was in melee range. Drawing back on the bowstring, she let her arrows fly, chakra being drained with each shot.
She shot only two (one for the poison ninja, and one for the tanto wielding one) before putting her hand on the hilt of her wakizashi, ready to use her Iado style. She faced the one dashing towards her. If the Hunter-Nin had managed to evade her arrows, she'd be ready for his approach. A mist began to roll from the treelines, obscuring her vision of the other two Hunter-Nin which concerned her slightly. It didn't change things with her current duel however, and Shika opted to put all of her concentration into one problem at a time.
Once the mist started to expand, Masaru began the handseals needed for the Hiding in Water technique. He planned to use the jutsu to sneak up on the ninjutsu user, before subjecting him to his genjutsu. He didn't know what had become of the tanto wielding ninja, but he hoped that he was distracted by Shika, who would seem to be the more formidable fighter of the two. Using the moisture of the mist to form himself into a puddle, Masaru slid around the battlefield looking for the ninjutsu user. If he found him, he'd come out of the puddle behind him, just enough for his hands to perform the seals needed for his Drowning Illusion Jutsu. He'd then attempt to use the genjutsu on him. If not, he'd retreat back to the treelines for another try.
