Wanda's approach seemed to be the right one as Mike slowly turned to face her and glanced up at her. She wasn't trying to talk down to him like he was just another kid who was in over his head which he liked. She seemed to be annoyed with how she had ended up here too. So that was one thing they could relate on.

"It almost feels like something straight out of a bad comic book.." Mike muttered though he wasn't even sure the worst comics he read had people being taken to campgrounds against their will and talking animals. Usually those were reserved for those dumb cartoons or horror movies-the kind that he had to sneak into the theater to see. But as Wanda explained who she was, Mike nearly fell back onto his ass.

The Scarlet Witch?! The very same one from the Avengers/X-men comics? How could they have captured someone like her? Wasn't she like super powerful? Ugh, this just kept getting crazier and crazier by the moment. As Wanda proclaimed she'd protect him, Mike walked forward and wrapped his arms around Wanda's waist as he laid his head against her. It was the only gesture beyond a simple 'thanks' that would have gotten his feelings across for how kind Wanda had been to him.

Letting the hug linger, Mike eventually pulled back and wiped at his eyes. "T-Thanks for the help, Scarlet Witch. You're one of the cooler superheros." Mike said before turning towards Zenyatta. He had to admit that the mention of the 'wolf' hit home a bit more than Mike was comfortable with. For he had and his friends had barely defeated their own 'wolf' which threatened their entire little town. But Zenyatta's non-sequitor caught Mike's attention.

"Yeah, it is fun! It's not just for nerds!"

Catbug had no hard feelings against anyone least of all Usami/Monomi. But that snowman who had just been engulfed in a gigantic ball of fire had been Catbug's friend and was even going to help him date Tarlotte. Now, he was nothing but a puddle of water on the floor and Catbug was forced to simply stand there and take it. If anyone tried interacting with or around Catbug, they wouldn't have gotten any kind of reaction out of the creature. It seemed seeing the death of those who had been nice to him was a bit more than Catbug was willing to take.

For his part, Mike was equally confused as well as disgusted. This bear thing clearly had no qualms about murder and after nearly losing some people close to him, Mike despised that kind of mindset. But he was a bit wary of how blank that otherwise energetic Cat-thing had become.

tumblr_oatqsrBvTK1vb3e4to1_400.jpg

"You....You killed them. The snowman and the girl. Both of them in cold blood. You're a monster! I don't want to be here anymore! I don't want to paly in your sick trial!"

Mike snapped while shaking a fist in Monokuma's direction. He had to admit that he didn't favor his own chances if the bear could so easily dispose of a giant snowman like that. But he wasn't going to stand idly by while people-innocent people at that were killed right in front of his very eyes, that simply wouldn't stand. Not after all Mike had been through.

"I was cold, hungry, and I didn't know what to do. So I ran around the cabin trying not to get caught. I didn't know who else ended up here. Whether or not they were monsters like him.-" Mike jabbed a finger towards Monokuma. "Or...like him." Mike thumbed back towards Catbug who still had the same blank expression on his face.

"Eventually I ended up in the cabin that Cat thing was going to be staying in. Still didn't want to get caught by whoever else was here so I hid." Mike wasn't as good at it like his friend Will hence why Catbug found him so easily. "But..I did see someone in red lurking around the cabins you mentioned. I didn't get too close though. I...I was afraid."

But that wasn't the end of Mike's little midnight escapades.

"I also heard breathing coming from within the woods? I looked out and I saw a big guy. Looked like a maggot farm. But he stared right at me and I saw he was wearing some kind of goalie mask...I-I looked away to try and find somebody to call for help. But by the time I turned back, he was gone."

"So based on your testimony, our suspect is one who carries themselves in crimson colored clothe, and there is someone wandering just out of sight... Thank you, young Wheeler, you have been very helpful," Jack responded with a smile, hoping to calm the boy. The samurai did not have any doubt that the newcomer spoke the truth, given his age and lack of motive.

Jude looked between Darv and Neon. "Judging by the position of the wounds... yes, it's very possible for his lungs to have been punctured. It still would have been a noisy death, but we all had a long day yesterday, so sleeping through something like that isn't out of the question. As for the cart... someone must have had it prepared beforehand, otherwise Monomi would have seen them. This is probably obvious, but the murder was likely premeditated."

Perhaps Diana was feeling emboldened by Shane's defense of her, or perhaps something about Poison being so bold to accuse her of hiding secrets was suddenly amusing to her, but either way, Diana was now smiling broadly. She slammed a hand down on her podium. "All right, yeah, I do have something up my sleeve..." Diana produced a leather bag that she had been keeping under her podium. "Byakuya's stuff was missing because I took it. But once you see what's inside, you'll wonder if you even knew him at all."

Diana tossed the bag over to Honda. Opening it, he would find a golden gun.

@The Tactician @Jeremi @Chewy Rabbits @Verite @Kaykay @Yun Lee @Gummi Bunnies @CrunchyCHEEZIT @Josh M @DapperDogman @The Spartan Potato @Archwar @ClassTrial

"... And?"

Diana was acting foolish with this action, and Jack would not hesitate to exploit it either for a conviction or for more information, "Shane himself carries a gun while the rest of us had our weaponry confiscated without our knowledge. The fact that Togami carried a firearm does not hold any amazement for I, and instead, I'd rather focus on why you took the bag. For that matter, if the bag was in your possession then tell us, how were the skewers removed from it and used to kill Togami before being placed on McGucket's person?"
Rant was very lost. He woke up at a podium and immediately freaked. Being a thief and suddenly waking up in a courtroom wasn't the most pleasant of things. And given that his business extended across the galaxy no setting was too bizarre to suddenly be in that he couldn't rationalize. He then looked around at the people around him. A lot of them seemed familiar some faces he could even swear he knew, but then he looked at Monokuma.

Junko's play thing? Then where's she? Bet I could pay her off again or something.

Getting to his feet Rant's first thought was to walk away, but felt compelled to stay and find out what was going on. Although, he thought it was weird he stayed put and made himself comfortable on the podium. Sitting with his legs dangling over the bar he listened to everyone speak. From what he heard someone died and there were three possible suspects.

"The Wheeler guy did it." Rant said confidently.

Hearing Rant Terezi smiled and looked to him ¨Hey! I agree with you on that!¨
Her smile was wide and teethe. You could clearly see the sharp teeth.
Taking off her red shades to clean them her eyes glowed a red against the gray
of her skin. The red tank top and black shorts made her eyes seem brighter.
Putting them back on she added ¨Hey, Rant. You smell like Oranges¨

"Bold words from two more strangers who have no place here."

The biting response came with a inspecting glare at both of the newcomers, "And bold words that sink when placed into an inspecting light. First off, Wheeler had no means to discover the skewers, the murder weapon, as he did not witness Togami confiscate them at the dinner. Second off, children, he has no motive to commit this crime as he is simply a scared boy placed into this unfamiliar situation. Finally, he does not fit the assumptions at the moment, that the murderer had to be a member of Cabin H and I."

"Perhaps your minds ought to be focused upon analyzing the evidence we have gathered rather than out blurting accusations and compliments to one another?"

And with that suggestion spoken, Jack focused upon the others' statements again.

"Yeah, I know. This stinks."

A slight, reassuring smile appeared as Wanda over closer to the boy.

"It's fine, Mike. I get why you snapped. I was having lunch with a friend, next thing I know? I'm on a bus going to camp! I've seen a lot of weird things in my life and while this is not the weirdest, it's up there. My name is Wanda, I also go by the Scarlet Witch. "

Wanda leaned against the cabin's wall, still smiling at the boy.

"Where I am from, I'm a hero. I help people with my powers, or at least try to. I can use magic. However, it seems i'm powerless right now. So i'll be honest; I know you're scared. However, powers or none, I will protect you. Okay? I'll protect everyone. Helping people? It's what I do."

It was more complicated issue than Wanda made it out. She had a lot of mistakes in her life, but she assertive with the boy.

Stiles looked over the scene of the crime and mused over Jack's theory. " It would seem that we would need someone of considerable strength, unless of course we have more than one killer, working with him to move the body. It also would be seem that we are missing someone. Has anyone seen Diana seen the other camper had been murdered?" He asked them.

"If I remember correctly, that Diana girl ran out of the cabin once others arrived to the scene after she screamed. Hasn't been back since." Yurick replied, arms crossed and giving McGucket a slightly disgusted look after witnessing him eat bread that had blood on it.

Zenyatta glanced briefly at Wanda, watching her reassure the boy in a motherly nature, explaining her status as a hero...and, a protector of innocent souls.

Genji made a wise choice, indeed.

Zenyatta would look back to Mike, giving a nod to the boy and clasping his hands, standing next to Wanda now. "Fear makes the wolf bigger than he is, young one," he spoke, his voice soothing and fluid with wisdom. Fear is an emotion, an instinct within the mind that can never be shut out. However, much like anger, it is a feeling that can be controlled through a disciplined mind. "The wolf only grows larger...as one focuses on their fear."

"....Dungeons and Dragons sounds exciting!" Zenyatta would abruptly change the conversation topic, to Mike it would seem odd, but to Wanda it would (hopefully) make sense.

@Verite @The Tactician @DapperDogman @Klutzy Ninja Kitty @Crow @BarrenThin @Chewy Rabbits @Yun Lee @Crimson Spartan@Yang Lee @Takumi @Gummi Bunnies @Josh M @LuckycoolHawk9 @Jeremi
Death was a part of life. All creatures die, and few were fortunate enough to get a second chance like he did. This was on Genji's mind as he stayed vigilant near Byakuya's corpse. It was because of this thought that he felt less sad than concerned. Who would do this, and why? No telling. Not Shane, from the looks of it. In fact, it seemed Cabin I might be housing the culprit.

The cyborg listened as she skillfully went about reassuring the boy with what seemed to be a genuine motherly tenderness, just as Zenyatta noted. Genji took note of this, and considered trying to help, but figured he'd only freak the boy out even more.

Even so, Zenyatta was needed. "Master... There is something I must discuss with you. Information about what I think is happening."

@CrunchyCHEEZIT @Josh M @Atomyk @Chewy Rabbits @Anyone
Stiles paused and looked at the girl and was silent. It was not a good sign that she had ran away and she was someone who had been in one of the two cabins where the murderer could be in. He looked at them. " We need to find her, she was in the cabin where the body was found and may know key information," he said, hating that he was suspecting her of murder.

"Indeed. The old man is crazy enough that the weaponry may have stayed in his bag this entire time, and he wouldn't pay it any mind...The killer had to have known this beforehand though." Darv murmurs, frowning slightly beneath his helm "They knew not only of the skewers being kept here, but of the old man's mental state..."

"I have a terrible feeling that the killers had to have been from this cabin. The girl and the Liven" Darv pauses for a moment, almost as if in debate, and then corrects himself "The coloured gentleman. I should not assume whether he is from Liven or Taenibir"

It struck Darv as too odd that there were two skewers. In order to use both, a person would have to be ambidextrous, or at least ambidextrously trained to use such a weapon. So that either meant their culprit was indeed able to wield in both hands, or that there were two culprits

"One skewer for each killer?" he asks, turning toward Poison for a moment "Or was the killer simply that good?"

Poison would shrug. "Beats me! I mean it's just skewers. I could stab with both of those easily. Not like thrusting something forward is hard..." In fact she would do the motion with both of her arms. "Not rocket science."

"Wielding two skewers isn't hard though."

There went that.
Continued from here.

Jude agreed that Diana needed to be questioned, but he didn't have the faintest clue where she had gone. He watched Honda run out to get her, imagining she couldn't have gotten far. "I guess we're all going to have to go out and look for her," he began to say, but a noise emitting from outside the cabin interrupted him. It was the feedback of the announcement system, a sharp noise that continued for a few seconds, setting the moment for the strange, high-pitched voice that followed.

"Everyone, it's time to come to the Visitor Center for a biiiig announcement!"

Strangely, the force that kept everyone within the camp would compel the group to stop whatever they were doing and start walking toward the Visitor Center. No matter how hard one tried to resist, there would be no stopping their slow march to the most odd of sights. What awaited them was the mammoth exhibit from inside the Visitor Center's lobby... except now, the mammoth was sitting in the parking lot. Rising on top of the mammoth bones was some kind of small animal about the size of Usami. Upon getting a closer look, one would find that it was a bear that was colored white on one side and black on the other.

7C2nF1r.png

"Puhuhu... upupu...! Are you surprised? You're totally surprised! Imagine, a talking bear... Someone call the park ranger!"

The bear giggled. Despite his gleefulness, his voice carried a sense of maliciousness. He walked up the mammoth's spine so that he was standing at the crown of the skeletal structure and raised his arms into the air. "Sorry for keeping you waiting! A bear always arrives fashionably late, you know! Now that one of you has gone and killed another, I really think it's time we leave this worthless prologue behind. It's time for the main attraction!"

"C-Could it be...?"

rNE4YwI.png

Having arrived along with the others, Usami looked up at the stuffed bear and brought her hands up to her face in fear. "It can't be! This is... very bad! Very, very bad!"

"Oh, geez..." The bear waved a paw. "Hello, there! It's not bad, it's Monokuma! My name, that is. You see, I'm actually headmaster of this academy! You know, the one you're all supposed to be students of? Figure I would just, you know, step on in... make my dashing appearance and all. A camping trip is honestly lame enough as it is, but a camping trip about forging bonds...? That's super lame! Ultimate Lame, even!"

"M-Monokuma...! You're not supposed to be here! I don't understand!"

"Aw shaddup! You make me sick, you know! Do you like to be bored? Huh, do ya? I don't! Thankfully, someone decided to make another someone bleed, so we don't have to follow by this lame rabbit's rules anymore! Isn't that what everyone really wants? A game of misery and despair? Think about the demographics! No one's here to participate in some boring slice-of-life drama!"

"No!! You're wrong, Monokuma! Everyone, please stand back! I'll protect you from Monokuma at all costs!"

Usami took a few steps toward the mammoth, but Monokuma only laughed. Sharp claws appeared from his paws as he leaped from the skeleton to pounce on poor Usami. The two started brawling in a cloud of dust, with Monokuma seemingly at the advantage.

185

"Hi-yaaaah! Hi-yaaaah!"

"N-Noooo!!"

When the dust cleared, Monokuma was standing over Usami, the poor rabbit on her hands and knees. "I win!" declared Monokuma. "Not that there was any chance of any other conclusion! You lame, boring rabbit, you're far too plain. I'll spice things up a little! This is what happens when you defy me, so everyone take a good look!" Monokuma stepped forward and began to engage in another fight with Usami, except this time, Monokuma seemed to be doing something more than just beating on the rabbit. Once the second dust cloud had settled, Usami's appearance had changed.

8WKYTTo.png

"W-What...? What have you done to me? I'm hideous! I'm weird! Change me back!"

"Oh ho...! No way, little sister! Don't defy your big brother, Monomi!"

"M-Monomi? Big brother?!"

"Yeah! That's your new role! My little sister, Monomi! It's much more exciting than before." Usami -- now Monomi -- began to wail, but Monokuma only shook his head in sadness. "In time, you'll come to understand... if you try to defy me, I'll make sure to never forgive you!" The bear looked angry for a moment, but as he watched Monomi cry and cry, he began to soften. Giggles erupted from the bear as he turned to the group at large. "Don't make me do that to the rest of you now, you hear?!"

While the display was certainly strange, a few among the group were not intimidated by the bear. He was only so big, after all. It was Citizen Snow who first made a move on the little guy, followed by Ada Bartholdi. The pair tried to converge on Monokuma, but the bear was having none of it.

g2j0kGi.png

"Tsk, tsk... only one way you'll learn! Hiiii-yah!!" Monokuma punched the air, conjuring a giant ball of flame. He then spun around and punched again, this time forming a black lance that floated in the air. The ball of flame slammed into Citizen Snow, consuming him, while the lance slammed down on Ada, running right through her and embedding itself into the ground.

Both were dead in moments, and Monokuma only laughed.

"That's right, I have powers that none of you do! Isn't that sad? Puhuhu...! Don't blame me, blame fate! Really, who leaves themselves open like they did? Even a one-second opening on the battlefield can be fatal! Anyway~ The next guy or gal who decides to get frisky with the bear is gonna meet the same grisly end!" Spurned on by the deaths of two of her students, Monomi ceased her wailing and charged Monokuma.

"Little sister, what a fool you are!"

tumblr_inline_myk0w08T6x1srfcfy.gif

Monokuma delivered a powerful punch, sending Monomi flying. "What a silly rabbit she is! You think she's learned her lesson?"

"Owwww!" Monomi laid at the edge of the parking lot, defeated. "That hurts a lot..."

Sighing, Monokuma wiped his hands together. "With that out of the way, I have a declaration to make. This school trip is about to get a whole lot more exciting with me at the helm! You've already experienced the sweet taste of death, so let me skip right ahead to the class trial!"

Jude had somehow managed to find his voice. "W-What...? Class trial? I don't think--"

Monokuma raised his hands into the air. "Yeah, you don't think at all! You guys were going to talk about who you thought the killer was anyway, right? Why not do it in a more... formal setting?"

The ground began to rumble as the center of the parking lot began to sink into the ground. The sinkhole was in the shape of a circle and soon something was rising from the hole. Inexplicably, what appeared to be a ring of podiums rose from the hole. It was a large circle, with enough podiums for every person present. Monokuma made a move for the mammoth, jumping up to sit on its head so that he was staring down at the ring.

EbCBGBc.png

"There you go, a set to make it seem as if you're in a courtroom! Everyone here is on trial now, after all! You see, whoever the killer is... it's them versus the rest of you. You'll present your argument for who you think the killer is and the outcome will be decided by popular vote! If the killer is caught... he or she will be punished. That's how it works, folks!"

"I don't understand... why do we need all this?"

"And what happens if we vote for the wrong person?" Nigel asked.

"Well..." Monokuma brought his paws to his mouth and giggled. "Who knows? But you have to admit, does this not get you into the mood? The mood to shout, yell, and scream at one another? Get visceral? You all better participate! Now... someone start us off by presenting our evidence!"

Even if they didn't want to stand around the circle of podiums, the group would find themselves compelled to stay within the parking lot. Was Monokuma the one behind it all?

Case #0: Byakuya Togami
The group awoke on a school bus traveling down a lonely road. At the helm of this bus was a rabbit named Usami, who told the group they were her students and that they were on a school trip made for the intention of forging friendships. Tensions arose, but the group survived until the bus arrived at the Elderwood National Park. Usami announced that this was where the group would be camping and that they had been assigned specific cabins. No one could get much info out of Usami, nor could they leave the park, for a mysterious force kept them from leaving the area.

Byakuya Togami took charge and appointed himself leader of the group, stating that he would be the one to lead them back to their regular lives. The group split up to search the camp, with Byakuya announcing that he would be waiting for their reports at the Great Old One, a giant tree. At the Visitor Center, the students found gifts for them, leather bags that contained one item important to them from home. At Lovers' Peak, Genji, Jack, Zinnia, Poison, and Wanda interrupted Diana and Neon having a private chat. Diana found the group boring, so talked at length about how any of them could die at any moment and how she did not trust Byakuya. Shane arrived soon later, calling out the group for being complacent, but receiving a kick in the balls by Poison as a result. In the forest, another group encountered Jude, who confessed that finding anything in the woods would be impossible. The group decided to spar instead, causing Usami to appear and beg them not to fight. This brought the ire of Tarlotte, who tried to beat up Usami, but the combined efforts of Citizen Snow and Jack Frost stopped her.

At the giant tree, Byakuya talked with Stiles, Zenyatta, and Kyoko, informing them that he believed something sinister was behind their situation. He discussed the need to be cautious and the need for the group to get along. He proposed a meeting at dinner for the entire group to discuss this, to which the others understood.

At dinner, Byakuya reiterated his earlier points about the need to work together, albeit under his leadership, to which Shane called bullshit and stormed out of the cafeteria. At the end of the meeting, Diana did similarly, telling Byakuya he wasn't fit to lead them and telling him that she hoped he would just disappear. That evening, when everyone had gone to bed, something sinister was brewing.

In the morning, a scream and a gunshot awoke everyone, bringing them to the cabin that Diana, Shane, Shoutun-Douji, and Nigel shared. There they found the body of Byakuya, and Kyoko declared that as Byakuya's second-in-command, she was the new leader of the group. After Shane explained he had shot the gun he had found out of reflex toward Diana's shouting and after Diana had stormed out of the cabin, an investigation led by Kyoko began. Jude, a doctor, examined Byakuya and determined he had died via stab wounds to his back, though the actual location of Byakuya's death came under question as the members of the adjacent cabin, McGucket, Mike Dawson, and Neon, fell under suspicion.

When the group was done gathering clues, they were called to the Visitor Center by a mysterious voice, who turned out to be a talking stuffed bear called Monokuma. He explained that he was their headmaster and that he would be taking over the school trip from now on. After beating up Usami and changing her appearance to match his, Monokuma dubbed the rabbit, Monomi. Monokuma was then attacked by Citizen Snow and Ada Bartholdi, but the bear ended up killing them both as an example to the others.

When all was said and done, Monokuma started the class trial, where the students would present their evidence and vote on who they thought the killer was...

The Evidence
h2n1xZQ.png

Those suspected in the killing of the Ultimate Affluent Progeny...

Diana
- Slept in Cabin H, where the body was found
- Did not like the victim
- Is presumed to be the first one to find the body

Shane Walsh
- Slept in Cabin H, where the body was found
- Is in possession of a gun

Nigel Higgins
- Slept in Cabin H, where the body was found.

Shouten-Douji
- Slept in Cabin H, where the body was found

Old Man McGucket
- Slept in Cabin I, where the Byakuya was suspected to have actually died
- Had the murder weapons and bloody sheets among his belongings

Neon Katt
- Slept in Cabin I, where the Byakuya was suspected to have actually died

Mike Dawson
- Slept in Cabin I, where the Byakuya was suspected to have actually died

Mike Wheeler
- Found mysteriously hiding out in Catbug's cabin. It's unknown where he's been for the past day

***

Byakuya was found in Cabin H, killed via stab wounds to his back. The murder approximately happened thirty minutes to an hour before it was found. There were no signs of a struggle on the body, though Byakuya had a scrape on his face he did not have the night before.

Spots of blood were found in between Cabin H and I. A discarded flatbed cart was found hidden in the nearby foliage. Track marks in the dirt suggest it was moved between the two cabins. Due to the positions of the cabins and Usami being on patrol, the killer had to have been either from Cabin I or H.

In Cabin I, Byakuya's possessions had been taken and his bed sheets had been changed. His mattress was stained with blood and had holes in it that went all the way through. Despite this, there was no blood on the floor below.

Monokuma raised a hand and waved it in the air. "Hey now! Are you sure? Are you suuure he wasn't lurking around? You're quick to dismiss what is standing in front of you pretty quickly, huh?" Monokuma swung back and forth for a bit, humming. "Ohhhh Monomiiii! Do you know where this kid came from?"

"A-Ahh..." Monomi weakly stood to her feet, giving the kid, Mike Wheeler, a look over. "He... He is a student."

"But, Usami--"

"Monomi!" yelled Monokuma, brandishing a claw.

"Err, right... Monomi. He wasn't on the bus with us? Can you explain that detail?" Jude moved away from his podium, deciding he'd rather stand beside Monomi while he talked to her. "And-- are you okay?"

Tears ran down Monomi's bright cheeks, but she shook her head. "Don't worry about me! I just..." She looked to Mike, frowning. "There must have been some kind of mix-up! That's why he was already at the camp, I think..."

"That means..." Jude thought thought this over, cupping his chin in the process. "He didn't have an assigned cabin and he wasn't found until this morning. We can't be sure where he was last night... Mike, is that your name? Mike, can you explain what you were doing?"

"... You."

As calm as Kyoko usually portrayed herself to be, she felt something sting a little in her chest when she heard that awful laughter, and then catching sight of that monster that she had hoped to never encounter again, especially after all it had coerced and done to the people she had once known.

She had hoped that she would never have to see the mascot of despair, Monokuma himself, again.

But then again, it was a big multiverse out there, wasn't it?

There was little for her to say when Usami would be converted into "Monomi," Monokuma's little sister, as Kyoko was getting a sense of deja vu around here, even moreso when they would be forced into what Monokuma described to be a "class trial." Even the presence of the dead bespectacled leader was something to raise an eyebrow at, but now... she was certain. She was in yet another death game. And they'd have to investigate who the culprit was.

She knew there was no use in questioning Monokuma, just as there was no use in questioning Usami before as well, so she wouldn't waste her time and breath. Instead, taking a deep sigh to compose herself, letting herself wait for later to peruse for her own answers, between that business with the Coalition that Felix decided to shy away from and so on.

Forcing herself to calm down with that, Kyoko recovered, going back to her no-nonsense demeanor like usual.

Diana, Nigel Higgins, Shuten-Douji, Shane Walsh, McGucket, Neon Katt, and Mike Dawson... wherever the hell he is."

"That all said, I think we can erase Shane from the list, as he has an alibi that has been validated for now, and McGucket simply because he seems to lack the mental and physical capability to do so. Are there any objections before we continue?"

TT3npO3.jpg

The stakes were higher this time... And it seemed there was someone else in charge now, someone with far more malicious intentions than Usami could ever have had; it was clear that whoever this bear was, it thrived upon the despair of others. Already, Jack Frost was getting some pretty bad vibes, but unfortunately for him, he could not move from his spot, as hard as he tried, so he realized... The only way to resolve this situation without another innocent getting hurt, is to solve this case! And so he did, starting with what was more obviousl

"The killer was crafty... They must have used at least one of the sheets to prevent the blood from falling onto the bed or the floor." Jack frost said.

Then, he paused. "But, if that was the case... Then one, or both of the sheets would have to have punctures matching those we found on the bed." he added.

He looked around, trying to locate where the evidence found in the cabin might have gone.

"If we can be completely sure of ourselves... I have to inspect those bloody sheets." Jack Frost concluded.

Appearing not to have a clue where the evidence was brought after their arrival in this strange court room.

Terezi growled and shrugged mumbling
¨I still believe that it´s Wheeler.¨
Crossing her arms she turned away from the others like a child who could not
get what they wanted. Holding her cane close to her body Terezi rethought her statement.

´If someone form cabin I or H did it, nobody seems guilty enough in my opinion´
Sighing heavily she shook her head the sensation that it was Wheeler
stood in her stomach and she hated it.
Moving her head from side to side she tapped her cane a few times to tell how close

@SOMEBODEH
"Excuse me. But who are you again?" Darv seemed impatient. He had no time for games, and this stranger had the nerve to saunter in and make such a bold proclamation "Perhaps you should make like a mouse, and be quiet?"

"Why? It seems as though you only wish to condemn a young child based simply on personal reasons with no logical reasoning when we have provided evidence to the contrary."

Jack was growing tired of the strange girl's pedantic accusation and only more so with each reiteration of that accusation without just cause, "And if no one from Cabin H or I are guilty in your mind, then why does young Wheeler seem to be so clearly guilty to you? It seems you only wish to make a scapegoat of the boy."

"A child being behind a premeditated murder seems totally crazy!! Well, not as crazy as our situation, but still! It had to be someone from H or I!!!" Remembering Wheeler's comments he paused. "Yeah, that's real rich coming from the Chucky Cheese reject and clown girl!"

Mike wasn't sure where the nerve had come from that got him to insult Rant and Terezi like that, but it might have had something to do with the fact that he was being accused of murder. Both of these two had just randomly levied accusations towards him with little to no reasoning and he wasn't going to stand idly by while he had this heat thrown at him. Stomping up towards Rant, Mike shakily looked the rat man in the eyes with a hesitant look in his own.

"I-I didn't kill anybody! I'm just as confused as everybody else! I told you what I saw. It was the person in red or the zombie guy I saw lurking in the woods that did this!"

Not to mention that Mike hadn't exactly been able to do much let alone even get close to commit the kill.

"I was stuck under a bed until that Cat thing found me under there. Because I was afraid of what I'd find or who I'd run into. Now, it seems like I do have someone to worry about. Maybe it's you two!"

"I give you this warning once, miss. If you dare to harm this child, then I will not hesitate ensure that you pay for it dearly. I carry no blade at the moment, but do not believe that means that I am unable to enforce the terms that I am setting."

Absolute disgust rested in his eyes as he stepped between the boy and the strange horned woman. He held no sympathy nor mercy for any who threatened an innocent child, a fact that the man who had been trained to strike down much more formidable foes than this woman was confidant he could prove if things came to blows.

"Now then, begin studying the actual evidence and do not force me to make good on my statements."

"Enough."

Forcing out a sense of authority in her voice, feeling as though she was obligated to as the new self-proclaimed "leader" of this mess, Kyoko knew as well as anyone witnessing the situation that this bickering was counter-productive. She'd need to step in for everyone's sake, lest the conflicting personalities of everyone around would threaten to undo the entire trial.

"If you have time to act petty over this and stall us deliberately, you have time to contribute to and think about the situation at hand. We've gathered evidence on why the killer is definitely from either Cabin H or I, and if the only thing you have at your disposal to counteract that belief is superstition and paranoia without anything to back it up, then you may as well be wasting our time."

Kyoko wasn't normally that caustic when it came to matters like this, but even the young individual who called themselves "Byakuya Togami" recognized that with people like this, there was only one way to keep them in line. She didn't like the approach, but even she couldn't deny that it was more often effective than a show of fragility from the leader.

"That being said, if you don't have any further evidence to present that isn't already in our possession, I suggest we continue. Now, let us continue with some of the points the others have made; for example, Jack Frost and Honda have made some points that perhaps the rest of you should put into consideration."

"Like I said, I already have my hypothesis on who the killer is, but until we reach the point to where we know how the culprit did what, I can't be exactly sure until then."

Terezi backed away glaring at Jack.
Looking at Kyoko Terezi breathed slowly and nodded

¨Okay, I have nothing to prove it aside a gut instinct.¨
Nodding she looked around.
¨I did here someone ask about a change of clothing.¨
Breathing some more she continues
¨I have no recollection of anyone´s clothing beside my own.
That isn´t something I look for and keep in mind usually.¨

Turning to Mike her words we heart felt but her stance was aggravated
Her words to some might have sounded in the least bit sarcastic.

¨Mike I am so very sorry for the accusation.¨

Jack seemed to almost shrink as the leader of their group stepped in, knowing this had gone on too long. "Apologies, Miss Kirigiri. I shall drop the matter and rejoin the discussion then," With a bow, he made his amends before considering what both Honda and the boy who shared his name had to say, "That is true, the killer had to change the sheets and their own clothing... And that's within the thirty minutes to an hour after the murder took place, with time taken out beforehand to move the body..."

"Mister Shane, one final question. Did you have a good gaze of Diana's appearance when you awoke?"

So now there was some sort of demon bear and crazy shit going on... Now they were in a court room trying to figure out who killed the poor boy.

....

Yep...

He's in Hell.... This bear just confirmed it... Sledge remained quiet for most of the discussion as he considered every piece of information...

@The Spartan Potato @ShiroKiyoshi @The Tactician @york @Yun Lee @Atomyk @Jeremi @Everybody
"We do know that whoever it was either has great strength or isn't alone in this matter.... and that the culprit has training in stealth. If the rabbit's claims were true about her diligence in patrolling then even if the trail differs it would still be somewhat difficult to move someone with that much mass without having some form of training in stealth... Only speculation from me so far but in my opinion we should probably be looking at members from the two cabins with such training and strength..." Sledge had spoken up with his gas mask hiding his emotionless gaze..

"Excuse me. But who are you again?" Darv seemed impatient. He had no time for games, and this stranger had the nerve to saunter in and make such a bold proclamation "Perhaps you should make like a mouse, and be quiet?"

@ShiroKiyoshi
"You tryin' to threaten me? Nice joke." Rant said not even turning his head. "I gave my two cents. Now buzz off hero."

"I think that's an insult..." Rant said somewhat confused. "But, chill kid. Trust me on this one."

Rant then winked and leaned over onto his side.

Terezi Pyrope

Terezi growled and shrugged mumbling
¨I still believe that it´s Wheeler.¨
Crossing her arms she turned away from the others like a child who could not
get what they wanted. Holding her cane close to her body Terezi rethought her statement.

´If someone form cabin I or H did it, nobody seems guilty enough in my opinion´
Sighing heavily she shook her head the sensation that it was Wheeler
stood in her stomach and she hated it.
Moving her head from side to side she tapped her cane a few times to tell how close
the others were.

Rant just looked over to this girl and smiled briefly before looking forward.

Zenyatta would glance over as two strangers-- one, a mouse and the other some strange alien-like being -- accuse Micheal of being a murderer.

For once, since the beginning of the Trial, Zenyatta broke his silence.

"I believe we can reason that Micheal did not commit such an act."

"We are able to do so with both analytical thought and rational wisdom, Master Zenyatta, do not fear."

Always showing respect to peaceful elders was one of the many mottos in Jack's life.

Monokuma let out a relieved breath. "Oh, it's always cute when little brats think they know the way of the world. Barely older than a cub and he's calling me a monster! Why... that's a little black and white, don't you think? You see, the monsters are standing among you! Upupupu... yeah, someone here committed a murder, and it wasn't me. Everyone is capable of giving into their primal urges, even little brats like this kid!"

"Monokuma, you stop that right now!"

"Oh, little sis, don't be so rude, lest you get another lesson from your big brother again! You know just as well as I that even kids are capable of murder! They just need the right motivation, after all... So, you all make me sick, you know that?" Monokuma's voice then took on a more nasally tone in a mocking imitation of the others. "Oh, the little child is too innocent, how could you accuse them? Ha!" The bear pointed down toward Arya. "Now, lookie here! Didn't anyone get a look at this little brat's title? The Ultimate Killer! Now how does a kid get a title like that? She says this is a waste of her time, but methinks the girlie doth protest too much."

Then, Monokuma shrugged. "Oh, well! Think about all this later if you'd like. How about we focus a little on the fact that someone in red was lurking around, shall we?" Monokuma produced a red cape from behind him and tossed it down to the ring of podiums below. "Look what I found!"

As for Diana, she was focused on Honda. She considered his question for only a brief moment. "When did I take them? I--" Diana flinched, as if she was catching herself. She eventually relaxed with a sigh. "This morning, when I stormed out. Because dead or not, I know Byakuya wasn't a good guy, okay? You ever think whoever killed him was doing us all a favor? He had a gun, and I know he intended to use it! I know him!"

However, a thorough examination of the gun would reveal it was a mere replica, not capable of firing a bullet at all.

"At least someone gets it." Rant said scratching his side. "I wear red shorts. That's all I got."
