The sun barely rose above the horizon, Japan's summer heat slightly noticeable as Sumire walked down the sidewalk approaching the location of where JRA was supposed to be held at. After a brief check of her phone revealed that it was only 7 AM, she yawned and tried to blink the sleep out of her eyes. On days like this, she would have been smiling and enjoying the beautiful day casting over her home town, usually taking this time to spend it with her friends and family. But, the world had different plans for her.

Summer vacation had just begun for many teenagers and children within the location, all except for her and some select individuals that had received the same fate as her. She, as well as the other delinquents who have been tried, were going to an alternative school known as the "Juvenile Rehabilitation Academy," or "JRA" for short. This alternative school had been an idea proposed by the top Heroes of the world, who believed that the young and impressionable were not lost causes. They helped make this academy a reality in the hopes that delinquents going down the wrong path would be rehabilitated by being shown the errors of their ways through kindness, compassion, understanding, and some discipline. From what Sumire had gathered, there have been far more successes than failures.

JRA was going to take all of her summer vacation as well as 3 months of her regular high school education since her sentence demanded 4 months, which gave her some questions. Would JRA be following a similar lesson plan to the normal high schools? Would their work transfer over or would they have to repeat their assignments when they "graduated" from JRA? It would be far too much for Sumire and her classmates to catch up on if they were forced to repeat... Surely the staff wouldn't be that cruel to them, right?

She arrived at the gates of a surprisingly large building with a few other delinquents here and there going to their own classes, many of them expressing distaste that they were missing valuable vacation time for this.

'Most of these people look like they do petty crimes as hobbies... Violet's so out of place here.' Orange Sumire had spoken up within Sumire's mind, commenting regarding the more "wild" looking individuals around the school's courtyard.

'So what, Orange? Disattachment to these dogs is anything but an insult! Violet looks as she is meant to portray; Charming, sophisticated, and way out of everyone else's leagues.' Blue Sumire answered; Sumire can imagine the hair flip her clone would have done.

'"Charming and sophisticated" makes her ass just ripe enough to kick, Blue. You can talk like a four-eyed wiener all you want but you'll be speaking a whole other language to them. You wouldn't go talking French in Mexico would ya?' Orange Sumire answered back as Sumire herself entered the building and started walking down the hallways, ready to tune out her clones in case they started arguing.

'You two are quick to judge aren't you? Violet's here for a tiny misdemeanor is all; why wouldn't anyone else be here for that reason too? I doubt everyone here is a "monster."'

'Besides, there's no telling what could happen! Maybe this will be the place where Violet finally meets someone~ A tall, handsome, Prince Charming? Maybe a delinquent with a heart of gold~? Or perhaps a little bookworm that Blue approves of? Hmmm~?'

'You would sooner have me speaking like an uneducated ne'er do well before I will even consider someone from this academy as a suitable love interest for Violet-'

Sumire tuned out her clones as she approached the classroom, seeing a pink haired woman sitting in the teacher's chair. The woman was dressed in her Pro Hero costume, one Sumire instantly recognized due to her immense popularity.

'Oh my God, it's Encore!' Sumire inwardly screamed, feeling a wrack of nerves wave through her body upon realizing she was in the presence of a mega-celebrity.

Encore had her feet up on the table, distracted by the little handheld console as she tapped away at the game she was playing. She barely seemed to acknowledge Sumire; just going for her chocolate bonbons every once in a while as she played.

"U-Um, hello?" Sumire spoke up, but the teacher didn't even look at her. However, she did answer.

"Sorry sweetheart. This songbird isn't singing until the entire audience is here. Saves me from explaining myself more than once. Go ahead and take a seat; class'll start once your new friends arrive." The woman said to her, smiling at her game as she tapped the buttons faster; most likely an intense event happening.

Sumire simply nodded, unable to find her words. She went to the first chair she saw, deciding to sit at the front while she tried to calm herself down.

First day of rehabilitation. This is gonna be a fun ride.

Daisuke was heading to the classroom that was assigned to him by the academy. It was not a place he wanted to be in, but had no choice in the matter thanks to what happened that day, when someone was being attacked in the back of the alleyway and he interfered to save the young girl, only to be arrested of false charges to the girl he tried to protect. He was sent here because he had a chance to redeem himself if he goes through the Juvenile Rehabilitation Academy, a school where delinquents go to if their crime isn't serious and be given a second chance of life if they complete their rehabilitation. Daisuke continued to walk down the hallway while talking to himself about the events that occurs to this point. "Still can't believe all of this is happening. I wonder what kind of people i'll meet there? Crazy people? Psychopathic lunatics? Innocent people like me? Well scratch that, I did beat up three goons, but that last part about me attempting to attack that woman wasn't me..." He continued to talk to himself as he approached the classroom. After reaching the door, Daisuke held his mouth shut and proceeded.

As he entered the classroom, he took a look around his surroundings. It seems there was nothing out of the ordinary of a normal classroom, but it looked nice to Daisuke and suitable for him to learn in. There was two people already there. A older pinked hair girl siting in the teacher's desk, playing some kind of handheld game while eating some delicious chocolate bonbons and a young purple haired girl siting at the front chair. Daisuke looked at the pink haired girl on the desk for a second. While he doesn't know who she is, Daisuke feels as though he remembers seeing someone that looks like her on the media at one point. Either she is a trouble making student who likes to be on the teacher's desk, or she is one of the teachers here in the school, and Daisuke bets it might be the latter as she does look a bit older than usual. She seemed engrossed in the handheld game she's playing so Daisuke decided to leave her to her gaming hobbies.

Then there's the purple haired girl sitting there by herself. She seems a little tensed, perhaps she is a bit nervous being here with a bunch of other delinquents that might be dangerous. It seems she needs a buddy to help her calm down. After all if he's gonna succeed in his rehabilitation, he'll need to make friends with the other classmates too, even if they are a little crazy in the head. Daisuke took the seat from the left of the purple haired girl and gave her a wave. "Hey there. My name is Daisuke Raynott." He smiled to the girl, hoping that she would notice him and feel a bit safer that not all of the classmates here are complete weirdos. "Nice to meet you." he extended his hand out to her, giving her the option of a handshake should she accept it.

The warmth of the summer day was quite enjoyable to Reese as she woke up that morning, it wasn't quite as intense as the summers she was used to, and so could be enjoyed as if they were a nice spring day, perfect for a trip to the beach.
Of course, even if she had had any desire to go to a beach herself, Reese was unable to, as she was not entirely free.
She was of course only even in the country because of being a criminal.
Admittedly though, her whole criminal career had been mostly to spite her parents, and even she could see how stupid ruining her life over that was, and had decided to go through the rehabilitation program rather than run away the moment she was off the plane.
Skipping breakfast, she went through her usual hour and half morning routine and headed to her class.

She peeked cautiously into the classroom that she was reasonably sure was hers, and quickly sighted a chair at the back of the class to claim as her own, it was a habit at this point, due to several reasons she tended to sit apart from others, and away from any sudden shouting a teacher might partake in.
She wasn't being completely anti social though, keeping her headphones off and glancing around the near empty room just a tad nervously.
She had learned the importance of trying to make friends when her allies had run off, leaving her buried in rubble, in need of medical attention and completely at the mercy of the police.
This time she was determined to make friends! Though... Maybe not right that moment...
She decided to just sit down, as the only other two students there were in conversation already, she wasn't feeling THAT brave.

Instead Reese decided to try and figure out what her classmates did to get there, she wasn't certain about the rules but was pretty sure none of them would be anything major at least.
Her own crimes, while expensive, at least hadn't hurt anyone too bad... She hoped at least.
Reese was pretty sure the boy there must have been some kind of fighter, maybe a street racer... While the girl, well she looked entirely non criminal, which probably meant she was some sort of crime boss or something, at least in Reese's admittedly inexperienced mind.

Sumire, honestly, hadn't been expecting to talk to anyone so soon. In fact, she'd still been trying to stop the shivers she got from saying hello to Encore when someone decided to take a seat next to her. She looked over at the person, greeted with a smile and an introduction.

'Oooh, could this be the Prince Charming I mentioned earlier~? He's so handsome '

Sumire immediately tuned out Red to keep herself from blushing at the embarrassing comments she was certain her clone was going to make.

She noticed by his way of greeting and his surname that he must have come from some point in the West. The lack of a German, Russian, or French accent might mean he could have come from further down. It didn't really mark down specifically where since handshaking was so common, but she could only assume the region he came from was predominantly English.

Still, he seemed friendly enough. Nothing really screamed "I'm a vicious rebel" about him.

She took his hand to give it a brief shake, bowed her head a bit out of respect, then let go, "I'm Sumire Nakamura; a pleasure to meet you Daisuke. I hope we can get along." She introduced, smiling back at him.

Ito Kana

Another day, another chance to - royally fuck up. Ito Kana was already over today, and if she was completely honest, she was already all of the days she had yet to live. A few less than stellar choices had landed the young girl is hot water. She was surprised how easy she got off. Messing with someone so wealthy.. it usually didn't go well. Instead, Kana got sent to the JRA with several other brats. Harmless. All she had to do was get through this. Go home. Live a better life. Most of the time, the 'criminal' had to pay restitution on top of whatever fees, but Tanaka-san had graciously let her keep the money. With the litigation came the truth of his affair, many of his nongang clients expressed their fake 'outrage'. Like most, in Kana's opinion, such altruism was an attempt to save face.

Whatever. Kana certainly didn't care.

Well, maybe she did. Stepping out of the vehicle of her lovely police escort, Kana groaned, eyes wrenched shut. It was too bright. Drinking last night wasn't the best idea in retrospect, but hey, it was her last night of freedom. Who wouldn't go out and have a good time? The music was good, the people were okay, and the aesthetic was amazing. It was a night to remember with all the colored lights peering through the thickened fog. The bass was so loud, Kana could feel it down to her core. Lost, for a bit in her memory, the sharp cough of the police officer brought her back. He gestured for her to go on. This was her stop, and she wasn't going home until the JRA let her.

Kana ducked into the closest connected building hoping it was the right one. Weaving between people, she found a classroom and ducked in. A bunch of strange, rougher looking older kids stared back, and Kana quickly deduced that this was not her classroom. A few more moments, and she found the hell hole that unfortunately belonged to her. Unluckily, she was not the first person there. Even more unluckily, the glamorously uber famous Pro Hero, Encore, was. Practically sprinting, she found a chair as far as she could from the musician before planting her ass in the chair.

Nothing she had done was that bad, right? What had she done in a previous life to be stuck in with an actual Pro pro Hero? What this hero done to get stuck with a bunch of kids who committed petty crimes? Her expectation had been like a minor pro, someone who wasn't so visible. Annoyed, Kana curled up with her face down and her arms wrapped around her. Yes, Kana was very very over today.

The alarm went off, only to be shut off just as quickly by Mother and Father Assaragi. Kei opened his eyes and pulled the blankets over his head. "I don't want to." Was all he said before he rolled over facing the wall. Suddenly he felt like he was floating, then the bed turned and he wound up on the floor. It all happenong to quickly for him to activate his Quirk. "Oww." He said as he rubbed his forehead. He glared at his mother, "i thought we wern't supposed to use our Quirks in the house?" Mother Assaragi simply shot him a "shut up or your going to get it" look. Father Assaragi sat on a chair and started explaining the dangers of using their Quirks at all, which is why this rehabilitation school is his best option. They both started talking about the incident as if he wasn't there.

"That old bastard was lying!" He shouted. "He stepped in the way and got hurt cuz he was to busy yelling to move outta the way!" "Shut up!" Yelled Father, as static started to cause Kei's hair to stand up. He could tell Father was pissed, they both were they only used or started to lose control of their quirks when they were extremely mad. Kei sat there and listened to the lecture, when they finished he got ready and went down stairs to eat. After a silent akward breakfast he was on his way to leave when father stopped him. "Remember son unless you are a pro hero, you arnt allowed to use your quirk outside" Kei nodded and started walking tword the school.

Once he rounded the corner he started running he ran up the street then jumped into the air, landing 1 foot off the ground. He engaged his quirk named "hoverboard" he is able to "ride" using his mothers ability to hover and his fathers super speed. This was a quirk all his own, it gave him something his parents wouldn't, freedom. He used his quirk to jump off a hill onto a rooftop, then off the rooftop onto another, making his way to the school. He loved jumping through the air it felt like he was soaring over the earth. He landed, and diengaged his quirk a block away from the school. He made his way to the school and the class. He spotted the teacher who looked super busy so he just crept by and sat down in the back by the window. He spotted another girl in the back, he offered her a "what's up" head nod as he sat down and looked out the window.

Aichi Yoshiyuki
Aichi awoke slowly, eyes drifting open to stare at the alabaster ceiling of his room. The blanket and sheets of his bed were strewn about, indicating that he had been tossing and turning all night again, likely in a never ending conflict of too hot or too cold. This, of course, mixed with the anxiety of having to go through the JRA's rehabilitation program. Sure, he was excited to get through it and fix the unfortunate course his life had started to take. This was his chance to prove that not only was he a decent guy, but, he was meant to be a hero. Well, someday, anyway. A low groan escaped his lips as he glanced over at his wall, covered in various posters and memorabilia of the heroes he admired. A silly grin crossed his face when hies eyes fell on his poster of Miss Encore, his celebrity crush. The teen slithered out of his bed, almost sliding along his floor until he reached the wall, sliding up the wall to look in the face of the poster.

"Miss Encore, you're amazing. Someday I'll be a hero too, and when I am, I'll finally get to spend some quality time with you."

Aichi giggled in a silly lecherous manner as he moved over to his clothes, apparently lost in a daydreaming haze as he grabbed a fresh outfit and slid into the shower to begin his daily routine. It hadn't taken long for him to wake up, thanks to the hot water, and the next thing he new, he was all dressed, looking at himself in his restroom mirror, adjusting his wild hair with a smile.

"Okay, just gotta go down there, show them my stuff, and I'll be back on the hero track in no time! I've got this!" Aichi smacked his cheeks like he were trying to wake up or psyche himself up, either way, he adopted a stern expression, ready to start the day.

As Aichi stepped out of his front door, his face had shifted to more of a concerned grimace. His mother spoke to him briefly about the consequences of slacking off, which he was known to do, then slammed him with some good old fashioned motherly love and concern. What a drag. The walk to the JRA's facility wasn't a long one, but, it sure felt like it was. His confidence managed to melt away as he made his way there, a slowly declining proper posture and a deflating ego weren't what he needed right now. And yet, he couldn't help it. While he always acted happy-go-lucky to people, like he was just a joker without a care in the world, he worried a lot. Especially when it came to his dream of becoming a hero. The building came into view, and he noted that another student had just entered, another male. Aichi didn't get a great look at him, but, figured he'd get the chance once they were all seated.

Aichi stepped inside the room, glancing at all of the students that were already sitting there. He puffed his chest up, regaining his confident posture as he walked in, noting that a couple of pretty cute girls were here, and some rather intimidating looking guys too. Terrific, competition. As the young man made his way to a desk towards the middle of the room, his eyes finally noted the woman sitting behind the desk, immediately noticing her pink hair and the curvy body it was attached to. His face immediately reddened and he dropped down into the seat he was closest to, sitting in the seat perfectly upright like a statue. It was Miss Encore! Why was she here?! Was she teaching?! Was she just visiting?! Would she even notice him among all of these other guys?! What were her measurements?!

Thankfully, hearing the voice of another student pulled him out of his embarrassing stupor as he turned to see two students in a conversation, a male and, not surprisingly, a pretty girl. Luckily for Aichi, this was enough to straighten his mind as he scooted over a seat so he was right near them. He smiled wide and leaned over the desk, offering his hand to them.

"Hey, there! I'm Aichi, it's great to meet you guys!"

Toguro Hayakwa
----------------------------------------------------
Toguro had been in the neighboring classroom, going over the curriculum he and the other teachers were supposed to be teaching. Much of it was basic academics, but, there was also a fair amount of heroic stuff involved as well. Which was a good idea, since at least a few of these students intended on becoming heroes. That being said, even just some entry level hero work would be a great addition to the resume of people who intended to remain civilians after their JRA tenure. The white haired male glanced over at the clock, noting that the students would be arriving soon. He stood up and straightened up the papers, carrying them with him as he made his way out into the hall and into the classroom, spotting his colleague Encore at the desk playing a video game. Toguro made his way over to the desk, ignoring the students as he sat on the edge of the desk, looking at his friend with a hidden smile, thanks to his mask.

"Hey, shouldn't you be worrying about these kids and not your game? You can play that on your off time. Not that we'll have much of that with this semester starting."

Today was a rather interesting day. It started out pretty much the same as usual, Rin woke up, made himself breakfast, packed up some books for himself, and began to leave. Unfortunately the change in his perfectly normal morning came as soon as he stepped out the door. Before him was a police car and his parents talking to the officer in the car.

Next thing Rin knew he was sitting in the car listening to the stale silence between a criminal and an officer. Beside him was a hefty bag of books and in his hand was one of the books that he carefully picked out from the bag. It was a distraction from the disappointed faces that surrounded him. How could a quiet kid like him preform criminal actions? Even his parents didn't want to take him to his temporary 'school.'

Honestly, Rin himself didn't know he had it in him. Of course, he was just listening to all the adults that promised him it was all his fault. He didn't remember much, just a few moments and a painful cold. Apparently during the time of his blackout he had injured a few of his classmates, which was quite upsetting. There wasn't much he could do about it now, he would just have to try to peacefully get through the time he was going to spend at this "JRA."

Finally the car had halted it's movement, a clear signal that they had arrived at their destination. Letting out a soft breath the male eyed his belongings beside him before sliding a bookmark between the thin pages of his books. He was told not to take the rest with him, mainly because he was going to go straight to class. Sliding off the seat of the car and out into the open Rin clutched the book in his hand and walked straight into the building.

It didn't take him long to find the classroom that he was instructed to go to. There were already a few others inside, going about their own business. The teacher looked like some celebrity his sister watched. Obviously Rin wasn't quite interested in this fact, in the first place he generally didn't pay much attention to celebrities and famous heroes. At the moment RIn was more focused on finding a seat so he could stick his nose back in his book. He didn't really want to bother the other students, so he did just that.

Stepping over to an empty seat he sat himself down, cracked his book back open, and began to read once more.

Amelia let out a soft yawn. Today she knew exactly where she was going, and wasn't quite happy with it. Yeah, she knew it wasn't that legal to own her little pets, in fact it wasn't legal at all, but she absolutely adored them. Her daddy couldn't help get her out of this one apparently, and her mother thought it would be a good experience. Not that it really mattered now, she was already heading straight toward a new hell. She expected that she was going to be surrounded by a bunch of uneducated delinquents, they were going to get dirt on her or something awful.

A small amount of time ticked by before her ride pulled up to the dreaded building that would be her wonderful school for the next few month. The soft, disappointed frown, which seemed to be rather out of place on her facial features, faded away and formed into a soft, pleased smile. Two pale hues darted to the side as the door beside her opened without an order. Pressing her hand on the seat of the car she pushed herself up and out the door. For a moment her pale eyes scanned over the surrounding area, then she began to move.

Amelia appeared to walk with a simple dignity and a gentle aura surrounded her. She was pretty out of place. Obviously there were a few other who were out of place as well.

Arriving at her new destination, the classroom, her gaze slid quickly across the room, scouring the area for a seat. For only a moment she eyed the teacher, who was absorbed in her little hand held gaze, and offered a soft smile. Then she began to move to the back of the room, where she had spotted a girl (Kana) who appeared to look rather... nervous?... To be in the room. Of course she ignored the rather noisy person who had entered the room after her.

"Hello there!" The female said, her words filled with a sort of warmth. Amelia's smile widened slightly as she slipped into the seat in front of the other girl.

Daisuke couldn't resist giving a small goofy smile as the young girl, named Sumire, shook hands with him. It seems introducing himself to her helped calmed her down from whatever she was thinking about. Daisuke gave a close look at Sumire as they were shaking hands. Her attitude and her looks tells him she isn't some disobedient troublemaker that would go out and do petty crimes on her spare time. Either she was involved in some crazy scheme, or she took the blame for someone else. Or maybe she really is crazy and is hiding her true, psychotic personality from him. Either way, Daisuke is happy there is someone who is level-headed in his class. "Likewise." He responded back happily.

During his small conversation, he noticed a few other students entered the room and taken their seats near the back. A girl with what appears to be a mix of blue and black hair wearing headphones, an orange haired kid right beside of her who seems to be trying to initial a conversation with the girl wearing the headphones, and a black haired girl sitting as far away from the others as she could while hiding her face from public view. Bunch of lively people we have today... Daisuke sarcastically said to himself while observing his classmates. It would seem he would need to introduce himself to the others in case they needed help with anything in the future. After all, its better to have someone to rely on rather than be alone most of the time.

Just before he could continue talking to Surmise, a young boy with light brown hair sat close to the both of them and offered a handshake to either one of them. The young boy, who goes by Aichi, gave the duo a wide, heartwarming smile to them. Surprised by the welcome of another classmate, Daisuke extended his hand and shook Aichi's hand with a firm grasp. "Hey Aichi! Names Daisuke. And this is Sumire." Daisuke moved his hand to Sumire as a way to introduce her to the bubbly Aichi. As the two would try to shared their introductions to each other, He notices two more students enter the class and take their seats and a teacher talking to the game loving gal on the desk. Seems the first day of class is going to begin soon.

Takumi Souta
He won't be sent to jail, but he'll have to study at the Junior Rehabilitation Academy if he wants to get his life on track...

Takumi! You damned little shit! What the hell were you thinking playing hero?!

Hahaha...! Look at this brat! Got all startled cause he can nullify quirks, but you seriously gotta touch people to do it? Well, as a Senpai, I better teach you to respect your betters, eh?!

Takumi, I know you don't understand now... but this world is skewed... Someone has to fix it.

Eyes scrunched closed in obvious discomfort, a young boy with messy raven-black hair stirred in his bed. It was a Monday morning, and once again Takumi had an unruly awakening. Yesterday he could've blamed the discomfort on his grandfather, who deemed it fit to awaken him with a dropkick, panicking him by saying it was time for school and that he was late. He ran all the way there only to learn it was Sunday. This time, however, the boy was stirred solely because of his own mistakes.

All Takumi had wanted to do was help; not like what his own parents were doing. He had no interest in "changing the world" by teaming up with all kinds of lunatics and monsters. He wanted to protect people his own way. But he bit off way more than he could chew way too fast. He got his ass kicked; a confrontation that gave him scars he still had. His arm was bandaged from the burns still. Not only that, but he was the one paying for it.

Squinting his eyes, Takumi checked the time. The old man it seemed was letting him sleep in instead of giving him shit. After what he pulled yesterday, he deserved to sleep in to 9... Wait.

Shooting up from his bed, Takumi grasped the time and eyed it for a moment, making sure he wasn't misreading it. If it was 9, then he was late.

"CRAP CRAP CRAP!"

Takumi panicked and stumbled around his room, struggling to get himself properly dressed and ready for school as fast as possible. Shoes, pants, shirt untucked with the collar undone, he raced outside of his room and sprinted down the street. Maybe if he wasn't too late he wouldn't get much shit for it?

Eventually, he reached the school. Rushing inside and down the hall, Takumi dodged around the students in the hall, at one point even leapfrogging over one kid leaning over to pick up some cash on the floor. Eyes darting for the proper room, he finally found and came upon it, slamming it open and... tripping inside.

"A-Argh, hell!" Takumi grumbled, slowly picking himself up and staring around the room, he noticed that everything was rather lax for class to have started, or was he already so late that another class was about to begin entirely.

It wasn't until his eyes found the clock and saw how it differed greatly from the clock on his alarm that he began to understand. To make sure, he pulled out his phone and saw the time there matched the one on the school's clock. On its home screen was a notification in the form of a test.

From Old Man: 'Get rekt Brat'

How he even knew the terminology, Takumi was unsure, but it still pissed him off.

"You old bastard..." The boy on the floor growled under his breath, finally noticing how long he had been on the floor and pushed himself up to his feet.

His body, sore from going from zero to full, slumped slightly as he made his way the seat besides short, slender girl with black hair and green eyes. Takumi planted himself in the seat beside Reese and let his forehead fall forward to meet the desk.

"...Fuuuuuck meee..." The boy droned to himself, not even holding the current energy to examine or look to the others.

Some might have been nervous, essentially being in a prison school. However, Takumi looking at things perhaps too simply. Either they would be like him and nice to talk to, or he would have punch someone. For now though, he had very little energy for either of that.

She felt like it was her fault they had gotten caught, even though she would lie awake at night and wonder how it could be her fault. She couldn't blame her friends - the people she relied on and who relied on her - for what had happened and seeing as how there was nobody else present, all Kozue could do was put the blame on herself.

Classes started today and Kozue didn't know what to think. Despite all of her friends being caught with her, none of them had come to JRA with her, abandoning her to the flashing teeth of hungry criminals. She was shaking just thinking about it, but nevertheless, she steeled her nerves and practiced greetings in the mirror before leaving her home for the first day of summer school.

During the walk there, Kozue reflected on the fact that she didn't feel angry about losing her summer to school, instead, the emptiness within her was filled with somber loneliness. She wasn't sure how she was going to start all over and build her reputation back up again and the thought of it nearly brought tears to her eyes. Huffing loudly as the JRA campus loomed ahead of her, Kozue shoved her thumbs under her backpack straps and entered the gates.

Switching her outdoor shoes for slippers, Kozue took her time wandering down the classroom halls before she found her class, potentially stalling meeting her new classmates. Standing in front of the door for several long moments, she hopped several times on her heels before entering the classroom. Taking a quick look around the room, Kozue's eyes narrowed in on a chair in the back row. Hardly paying any attention to the other students nor the young teacher, she shuffled past the others and quietly seated herself at the desk, keeping her eyes trained on the scratched surface of the desktop.

Just as she finished introducing herself to Daisuke, another boy had slipped into the classroom and introduced himself to them. This boy, Aichi, appeared as friendly as the tone of his introduction implied. This along with Daisuke's introduction to her made Sumire feel a lot better about this class. She felt like she was going to high school and not a place where someone may want to wear her skin.

"It's a pleasure to meet you too Aichi. I hope we can get along." She smiled at the other, giving him a small bow with her head in greeting.

'Oooh he's cute too! Is this class going to be filled with cute boys?!'

Umeko almost didn't acknowledge her colleague since the game had begun to get even more intense. She was reaching the game's climax, where the killer was about to be revealed in the tune of a very fast rhythm game. The pink haired woman tapped the button in time with the music, her tongue involuntarily poking out the side of her mouth as she concentrated.

"Y-Yeah, uh-huh. Sorry, just let me beat this. This little murderer killed my soulmate, and Hajime, the main guy, is about to deliver some sweet backhand justice!" She answered, her button tapping getting faster and faster with the tempo of the music.

By the time the final student had entered and taken their seat, Umeko suddenly shot her hands in a victory formation, one hand holding the console and the other in a fist.

"SWEET NAGITO YOU'VE BEEN AVEEEEENNNNNGED!" She cheered before her blue eyes looked around the classroom. Umeko inwardly took count before she took her feet off the desk and stood up. The hero tossed her game console behind her, not caring where it landed or if it broke, as she walked to the front of the classroom.

"Oh good, everyone's here!" Umeko smiled. "Hello and welcome everyone to your first day of rehabilitation! I am Umeko Sakura, Pro Hero Encore, and starting today I am also your teacher and your guide to a more law-abiding path. This lovely gentleman beside me is Pro Hero Nightmist; he is technically the main teacher here, but I'm just as important as him. Today, we'll be focusing on introducing ourselves, our expectations of you, your expectations of us, and then demonstrating what we are capable of physically, mentally, and Quirkily! This will give Nightmist and I an idea of what we can do for you."

The pink haired woman walked over to the desk where she took out a pink rubber ball about the size of a softball. On the front was a happy chibi picture of herself surrounded by sparkles, smiling all the while giving a wink and a peace sign. Umeko then looked around the classroom before she spotted the boy laying his head on the desk, so beautifully unaware by the looks of it.

But she was not so cruel as to toss this ball at him without a fair chance to react. So, she walked down the classroom and planted the ball right on Takumi's desk.

"Face desk boy, you were the one who ran in here like a bat out of hell, right?" She asked him. Despite playing her game, Umeko was still listening to the students enter the classroom. This one was the one to make a lot of noise. As well, by the looks of his hair and from what she could see of his disheveled clothing, she might have to help fix up his appearance. "Why don't you introduce yourself to the class? Start with your name, age, your quirk, and why you're here. When you're done, throw the ball at whoever you want to go next; even if they're not paying attention." She told him, her smile still gracing her lips.

Takumi Souta
It sounded like somebody had walked in after he planted his face on the desk, and shortly after that the woman up front shouted in jubilee and tossed the game she was playing away before making her introduction. She sounded nice, at least. Then again, he doubted this class was filled with extreme crimes. Well, then there was him.

Hearing footsteps coming towards him, Takumi adjusted his head so that his chin rested on the surface, looking outward before sitting up completely as the ball was set in front of him.

"...Yeah." Internally, he cursed the old man again before taking the ball in his hand.

It was a bit strange that they were asking for all this information publicly. She said the teachers wanted it so that they could "help" each of them, but if the teachers didn't even know the circumstances of their class, the someone in this place was terrible at their job. Takumi doubted that was the case, meaning they wanted the air clear of secrets between them for some other reason.

Resting his bandaged arm on the desk and using his palm to prop his head up, Takumi held the typical scowl on his face.

"...I'm Takumi Souta. I'm 16. I nullify other quirks... and my charges are assault, battery and vigilantism," He answered, glancing around at the class before he spotted the girl in the back staring down at her desk.

"...Oi, back row!" He called out, giving the girl ample time to hear him and react before tossing the ball over with a gentle arch.

She hadn't moved her eyes up from the desk even after the eccentric teacher had shouted out something that must've been important to her. When she began talking, Kozue kept her eyes down and simply listened to the teacher - Encore's - words. She finally shifted her gaze from the scratched surface of the table when a different voice began speaking, one lower and much more masculine.

The person who had entered at almost the exact same time as she was introducing himself as Takumi and he was a year younger than Kozue. She looked out the window through the rest of his introduction until he called attention to herself. Facing the boy, Kozue held out her hands and caught the ball in her hand. Tossing it once and catching it back in her hand, Kozue met the eyes of everyone in the classroom, steeling her nerves.

"My name is Kozue Houjou, I'm seventeen years old, I can paralyze people for a limited amount of time, and my charges are vandalism, trespassing, underage drinking, and marijuana use." Listing everything in an orderly manner and in a soft voice, Kozue quickly realized by admitting what she had done to this group of students meant she could never return to a life of perfection.

Taking a quick look around the classroom, Kozue made eye contact with the light brunet boy toward the front. "Heads up, sunshine." She called before tossing the ball in his direction.

Aichi Yoshiyuki
-------------------
Aichi happily shook his classmate's hand when it was offered, looking into the eyes of the two people he just greeted to try and commit their names and faces to memory. Remembering things was never his strong suit. The girl was even prettier up close and when she smiled, maybe this JRA thing wasn't going to be so bad. The young man's smile broadened when she responded to him, and he leaned back a bit and casually ran a hand through his hair as he chuckled briefly.

"Haha, yeah, well, i'm sure we'll get along just fine."

With that said, the teacher suddenly rose and introduced herself as Encore, as if that was needed. It seemed that another pro hero was there with them, a masked man with white hair standing beside the desk quietly. He didn't seem intent on communicating with the class at the moment, which was fine with Aichi. The less he got dumped on him today in regards to rules and exposition, the better. Encore began a team exercise involving a ball and introductions, a pretty class way to go about it. The first student was Takumi, whom definitely seemed like the type of person that was in a permanently foul mood. That's a shame. The guy looked tough, like, the kind of person that would make for a great rival, or maybe just the guy that nobody got along with.

"Woah, vigilantism! The only crime that maintains a small semblance of coolness. I mean, you shouldn't do it, but, uh, at least it's something done for good reasons, right?"

Aichi accidentally blurted out when his classmate spoke about his crimes. Of course, he could do without the others, but, when it came to being a hero and doing the right thing, Aichi always felt a little enamored with the idea of heroics. From there, the ball was thrown to a girl in the back that introduced herself as Kozue. She was kinda cute, but, then again, all the girls here were. To varying levels sure, but, it was a great sign that this experience wouldn't be all negative.

Both people so far had pretty amazing quirks, from the sound of it. The ability to cancel quirks, and paralysis. Super effective, no doubt. It made Aichi wonder about his own abilities before he was shaken from his thoughts by being spoken to. It barely occurred to him that he was the one Kazue had referred to as "Sunshine". Eh, wasn't the worst thing he'd been called. The brunette managed to catch the ball while almost falling out of his seat.

"That was close. Uhm, anyway, I'm Aichi Yoshiyuki, and I am a collective fifteen years of awesome. Unfortunately I landed here due to some stealy circumstances with some smashy bits thrown in there. That is to say, larceny and property damage. Oh, and uh, my quirk is kinda lame, but, I can alter my body's density."

Aichi spoke enthusiastically up until he got to his quirk. The young man chuckled to himself, nervously rubbing the back of his head. He glanced around the room, looking for a suitable target to introduce themselves next. He tossed the ball up and down a few times before he decided on a target. The girl in the corner of the room whom seemed to have had her head down since she arrived.

"Hey, the girl in the back, you're up!" Aichi threw the ball towards her after waiting for a couple seconds.

Ito Kana

Kana offered an easy smile back at the other girl, "Hell-". The Pro Heroes decided that it was time to begin their day. Tilting her head towards the girl in front of her, the pheromone quirk user mouthed an apology, before diligently listening to the instructions. Good behavior would surely limit the amount of attention put on her, and Kana was determined to get through this as effortlessly as possible. So far, it seemed that the others had a similar idea. Others appeared to be.. friendly. But no one was immediately sending off alarms, which is the most she could ask.

The quirks and crimes announced were, uh, interesting. A vigilante? Someone stupidly enthusiastic about vigilantes? Yoshiyuki seemed far too excitable for how early it was. Time would tell how annoying he could get. Kana hoped this kid wouldn't be a problem. As for the others, Houjou Kozue seemed normal. In another place, they could've possibly been friends. Kana mentally shrugged, between her and the girl who offered her greetings, this whole experience couldn't be terrible. Souta would either be a holier than thou vigilante kid or... something else. Needless to say, Kana barely recognized the ball coming towards her. Thankfully, she caught it in time after bobbling the ball just a bit.

"Ito, Kana. I'm here because the court offered this or like prison," she shrugged, "My quirk relates to pheromones. I'd go into detail, but I would hate to bore all of us."

Not willing to chance failing to throw the ball, Kana simply offered it to the girl in front of her (Amelia).

Rin had just happened to finish the chapter he was on when a student, who had just arrived, happened to create quite the commotion. His emotionless, blue gaze raised from the yellowing pages to look over at said student, examine what just had happened. It seemed that the other had caused a little fumble when entering in some sort of panic. Eyeing the other for a only a few more moments he trained his hues back onto the book. It didn't take long for his small period of peace to end, though. The teacher appeared to have completed some sort of accomplishment in her game and became rather noisy due to it. Once more Rin's speckled eyes raised from the book to look over at Encore.

At the front room was another person, who he didn't notice come in from his lack of care, who was introduced as another teacher. He didn't appear to Rin as a very social person, which was an interesting choice for a teacher in his opinion.

Letting a breath escape his lips Rin shut the book that was in his palms, mainly because the pink-haired teacher decided to start the class. Looks like they were going to start with introductions, in a rather interesting style.

Amelia's eyes glittered happily as she pretty much got a response from the other girl, her hands pressed together gleefully. Of course this was interrupted by the teacher, who had decided that everyone had arrived and that everyone immediately needed to know what sin each person had committed. Slowly her pale eyes brushed across the room, landing on Encore. Her lips parted slightly as she happily watched the ball pass from person to person, and each person introduce themself.

Some of them had some rather interesting ways of explaining what they did as a crime, while others were just straightforward. Already Amelia was having some of the people in the room pique her interest. There was the klutz that had made a scene while entering the room, and even, apparently, was here for an offense such as assault. Well, he sounded as if he would be an interesting person to watch out for. Another person appeared to be rather rebellious as well, but at this rate who wasn't rebellious in this school. Each person had broken the law after all. Obviously she fell in this category as well, and her mother didn't quite like that, but what could Amelia do? She just loved her little babies so much.

Finally the ball was tossed over to the girl who Amelia had approached hoping to start a conversation. Apparently the girl's name was Kana, which was a pretty cute name. It also was apparent that Kana had brushed aside the fact that everyone else directly said what they had done to end up in this wretched school, but that didn't bother Amelia too much. Instead, she focused on the fact that the ball had been handed to her.

Carefully the petite lady stood, a small, yet bright, smile on her face.

"Hello everyone!" Amelia said happily, the ball pressed between her palms, "My name is Amelia Wiśniewski. I'm 16 years old and my quirk allows me to access a large variety of weapons for my own use. I have come here because I was housing some of my precious animal friends." When the girl had finished the soft smile that was present on her face grew slightly, and then her eyes scoured the room for a new target for the cursed introductions. Suddenly her eyes landed upon the group of three, and she decided who to bestow the ball to.

It was another young man in the group who looked, as her father would put it, like a rather strapping young lad. In one swift motion the little lady slipped the ball into one hand and happily tossed it across the room, aimed straight for said 'young lad.'

Then she daintily sat herself back down into her seat, hands folded gently in her lap.

After the introduction of both Aichi and Sumire, Daisuke was caught by surprise of the girl sitting on the desk as she finished her game with a yell and finally got up from her seat to began class. She introduced herself as Umeko Sakura, also knows as the Pro Hero Encore. Oh, that's right. Daisuke remember some of the girls talking about her, she's an idol who was famous for her singing and dancing. Of course he doesn't know much about her other than that tidbit mentioned by his girl friends...

...And its introduction time. Umeko gave a ball to a student as they introduced themselves to the class, seems fun enough. This would be a nice opportunity to learn more about his fellow classmates in a way to be friends with them and sympathize with them. We have Takumi, a vigilante with the power to temporary stop quirks, Kozue A paralyzing girl with multiple problems, Aichi, who likes to break things. Oh, he also changes his density too. Ito, aka pheromone girl, who didn't really say anything regarding her crimes, and Amelia, a girl who seems to has a closet full of weapons in another dimension or something, I dunno. She's in here because she had animals in her house? Did she like steal some rare exotic animals or some crap at a zoo or something? I swear the more he learns from his classmates, the weirder it gets.

After Amelia finished her introduction, the ball was then tossed form her hands to Daisuke, grabbing it with one hand easily, it seems the ball was now in his hands and were to be given an introduction to the class. Seems harmless enough, after all his only crime he did was injured three boys. It would be easy right? Oh how wrong he would be.

Daisuke got up form his seat and bowed down to the class. "Hello. My names Daisuke Raynott, i'm a 16 year old student and my quirk isn't anything too special. I can inhale a lot of air and convert it to either fire or ice, just like a dragon. So you call it the Dragon's Breath quirk if you like." He smiled. Now it was on to the crimes he did, the crime he remembered doing was injuring three boys who were attempting to harm a young girl in some capacity. Easy. "As for the crime I am serving for..." During that sentence, he remembered something else that he'd tried to forget.

He'd forgotten that on his paper, he was also accused for attempting to molest the girl he tried to save.

Ahh shit! Daisuke's face widened in fear. Again beating up three dudes wasn't no problem for him, but the fact that his paper also included that he attempted to molest a girl, even though that wasn't what really happened that day, is going to make everyone, especially the girls, afraid to go even near him. He could try to hide that information from the class, but i'm sure the teacher would tell him to tell the whole truth anyways. Hopefully Daisuke can find a way to soften the blow a little bit if he can, but if everyone who is here is indeed guilty of their crime, Daisuke's crime would be considered guilty, fake or not.

"....My crimes that I have committed are..." He was having a hard time coming up with the words to tell to the people about the false crime that was added to his paper. No matter what he says, people are going to be afraid of him just to that one crime on the paper. Daisuke was scared he would be avoided, even by Sumire and Aichi, his two new friends in this class. No matter what happens, he'll have to accept the consequences. It was time to make a move! Then...

"What's the matter kid? Can't tell the class your deep and darkest crime you've committed?"

Daisuke was a bit shocked from the voice that appeared out of nowhere looked around the classroom to where the voice was coming from. He didn't notice the man who was right in front of the door, who entered just mere moments ago. A white haired man with a slick ponytail, wearing a shirt so tight you can see his muscle outlines from his shirt and uniform pants. The man walked towards Daisuke, who was standing there, only grinning at him.

"Oh of course, that's right. If you told them what you did, everyone would avoid you because they would see you as a monster. And you don't want that do ya?" The man continued to grin at Daisuke. It seems whatever he has in store for Daisuke is not a good one for him. Daisuke felt rather intimidated about the man and his smile is not helping him at all. Daisuke wanted to say something, to him and the class regarding what was on the paper for his crime, but can't muster up the courage to say it for some reason, perhaps the pressure of the man is getting to him or perhaps he is scared. The man sighed and shook his head in disappointment. "If you won't tell them, I will." He wasn't going to wait around for Daisuke to say something, nah. He had better plans. And nothing more than to expose what Daisuke really is to the class. He looked to the class and extended his hand towards Daisuke, almost pointing to him.

"Take a look at this charming, dashing young man. Who's name is Daisuke Raynott and seems to be your average hunk that the girls want to be with. Who wouldn't want to be with him? He's smart, strong, and knows how to make people feel good." he was enjoying buttering up Daisuke as much as he can. He always enjoys giving people the highest of compliments before shattering them. "But in truth, he's nothing more than a sick molester!" The man yelled loud enough for almost everyone to hear, pretty sure to get some kind of shocked expressions from some of Daisuke's classmates if any. Daisuke jumped in surprise as he "That's right! This man here almost attempted to rape a young girlin the back of a alleyway just to get his teenage sexual pleasure filled. Three brave young men tried to stopped him from attacking her, but Daisuke beat them up badly so that they couldn't stop him. But he made the fatal mistake of not knocking them out before they ran to the police to inform them of the crime. By the time the police got there, he already embraced her, getting ready to commit the crime." The whole story made Daisuke feel sick, even losing a bit of his emotions. He knew that the story didn't go down like that, hell, the exact opposite in fact, but this man is making Daisuke feel like the ultimate villain in his class and he really didn't like that. He knew he was wrong about what happened down there because he wasn't there when the situation happened. He wanted to tell him that he's wrong and that's not how the story went, but he knew that he would retaliate against him in any way if he spoke up at all now that his secret was out. It seems the man was in control and there was nothing he could do at this point.

"I also investigated all of the schools he was in during those years. Heard he was quite the charmer with the ladies. Trying to get to know them so that he could fill that desire in his life. But the worst of all I learned out of, the girl who he tried to rape, both Daisuke and the girl were in the same school! He tried to talk to her, but she knew something was wrong with this creep. He continued to talk to her to get her to go out with her until he finally had enough and committed the crime in an alleyway in the day. I mean what kinda idiot does this stupid crap in the FREAKING DAYLIGHT?!" He yelled directly at Daisuke's face as he was mocking everything about him. He wasn't holding back any punches against him and wanted others to see who Daisuke truly is, even if this crime was faked against Daisuke from the true culprits. He forcefully grabbed Daisuke by the collar and yanked him high in the air. At this point, Daisuke didn't even nudge a bit when grabbed. He floated there, unresponsive, as if his mind and spirit was finally broken after that last statement from him.

"Let me tell you something, as long as i'm here, i'm going to make your life here a miserable hellhole that you'd wished you accepted going to jail and being registered as a sex offender instead. If there's one petty crime I despise the most, its people trying to attack others for their pleasures, especially RAPE!" He threw Daisuke so hard to the ground that the floor might've cracked just a little from the impact. As the man looked at Daisuke laying there on the floor, he turned his attention to the class, with a bit of somber emotion in his face.

"Students, do not feel sorry for this guy. He deserves this kind of treatment for what he almost did to a girl. And I recommend that you stay away from him at all times, lest you become the victim of his next attempted molestation. If you must talk to him, then be with a few people so that he won't do anything suspicious." He notices a small pink ball that was bouncing around after Daisuke dropped it from being thrown down to the ground by the man. He grabbed the ball bouncing around and looked at it. He took a closer look at the ball, of course Encore would use her trademarked products for stuff like this, but whatever, he had a job to do, but before finishing up, he looked back at the class.

"My name is Tatsuo Hirayama, also known as Pro Hero Metalman. Some people call me Metal Hunk or Metal Dude, whatever fancies your boat I suppose. I am your Physical Education and Law Teacher for this academy. And let me remind you of something." He smiled menacingly. "As long as you're in Juvenile Rehabilitation Academy, I am going to make your experience here rather painful. You are here to be reformed into better individuals for society, not to have fun. I will teach you how to follow the rules here, even if I have to deliver pain, just like I did to this guy here. Heck, maybe some of you may be able to become pro heroes in the future if you do well enough here. I plan on utterly destroy you guys during my class as a way to test your limits and you better bring you A game every day or I will make it harder for you in the future, just like this fool on the floor here. Understood?" He pretty much overdone it with destroying Daisuke in front of his classmates and threatening the class, especially since it wasn't his class and all, but honestly, he doesn't care. All of them are troublemakers and he's here to make sure he'll set them on the right path, except Daisuke, cause screw him honestly. His crime on paper opened a old wound from his past, one which he could never forget nor forgive those who does these types of crime. He had no good things to say to him and would love to see him suffer at all costs.

With that, he looked at the ball again, knowing that Encore was using this ball as a way for people to pass around to people as they were introducing themselves, he felt he needed to let the class continue with their introductions rather than keep rambling. He looked at the back to the orange haired kid sitting close to the window. he threw the pink rubber ball, without even trying to warn him, with so much power and speed in his throw that it would be hard for the orange kid to catch or block the ball, even worse if he isn't paying attention that the ball would slam hard into his face and possibly knock him out of the chair. Tatsuo looked back at Umeko "Continue with your introductions Miss Sakura." And with that, he started heading towards the door to make his exit, before looking back at the class one more time. "And I look forward to our first day together...class." He finished as he gave the class a rather smug look before taking his leave while laughing.

Daisuke meanwhile, was still laying on the floor, not moving an inch from where he was slammed down by the man's throw. There was no point in moving for him. He had hoped that he could make friends and try his hardest to succeed and get out of the academy as a new man, so he can check up on Makoto, the girl he protected and she how she was doing, but after what happened to him during his introduction, with the man hijacking his introduction, only to make him the most despicable man in the class that everyone, even Sumire and Aichi possibly, would try their best to avoid this so called molester. His mind was shatter and his hope was all lost in the darkness of his mind. What would be a hard, yet challenging semester in order to earn his freedom, become his worst nightmare where he would have to climb a nigh impossible tower without the help of others to escape.

He had slowly begun to accept that he would fail his reforming and would sent back to jail for good and be registered as a sex offender as his new reality.

She listened with mild interest as the other students made their introductions, half paying attention as her leg bounced underneath the chair. In the light of some of the others' charges, Kozue's didn't seem horrible. She had been doing what any other teenager did, which happened to involve breaking the law. At least she hadn't caused massive property damage or hurt someone.

Kozue's interest suddenly piqued as the newest victim of the introductions - Daisuke - stalled in his greeting. His eyes widened and his skin paled, obvious signs of fear. She could practically see the cogs turning behind his eyes, reflected in the dark hues of his eyes. Before he could speak again, a man who appeared to be a teacher entered the classroom and began to make accusations.

Her eyes widened as his charges were revealed, but she didn't feel shocked. More enlightened than anything. Maybe she had a chance of making friends in this school after all, a way to get some semblance of her old life back. Before she knew it, things had escalated and the teacher had the poor boy, Daisuke, held up by his school uniform. He continued to yell at him before slamming him roughly into the ground and turning his attention on the students.

Kozue's attention went to the immobile shape of the boy crumpled on the floor, watching with concern for the rise and fall of his chest. Surely the teacher didn't kill him, right? As soon as he had thrown the ball to a different student and left, Kozue was bolting out of her seat to crouch beside the boy on the floor. Ignoring the words of anyone around her, Kozue gently touched his arm, wondering if he was conscious.

"Are you alright?"

After the initial shock from the violence, Kana felt conflicted. Listening to the Pro Hero ramble surely reaffirmed her disgust and distrust towards Pro Heros. These people were supposed to be beacons of good, and that man was hardly good. The pheromone quirk user certainly knew this type- 'Look at how strong I am', 'You're all just weaklings'. Pathetic. On the other hand, rape? Her crime put her on par with a rapist? Grimacing, she looked over Daisuke's prone form on the ground. He could've be cute, but such a crime is rather unforgivable. She certainly did not feel bad for him, but she expected better from those leading this academy.

"Under what universe is this acceptable behavior? If rehabilitation is what's wanted, I severely doubt beating the shit out of someone is what is going to work," Kana muttered dryly. She was tempted to level a look at Encore or Nightmist. However, she doubted they would even care. All the teachers were probably going to spend the time beating them up. Normally, Kana would be able to diffuse these sorts of situations with her quirk, but with the blocker bracelets... Kana was a tad bit afraid for the first time in awhile.

Watching the girl... Kazue? Kozue? go towards Daisuke on the ground, Kana mentally prepared herself to use her quirk. On the teachers? On this kid? She wasn't sure, but Kozue hadn't done anything that terrible to deserve the same sort of treatment. Even beyond caring about another student, if such violence escalated, Kana couldn't be sure she wasn't next to get beaten.
