A small nod to the others as they arrived brought Daniel out of a horrid trip down memory lane. He stepped away a bit, not far enough to break away from the group but just enough. Not because he didn't like his group of friends. Most certainly not. It was just...habit. A habit he was trying to break!

Sort of.

There was certainly a lot of energy coming from a few of them at least. Who actually did enjoy waking up this early? Or at least having such pep--and his train of thought is immediately halted by Rai supposedly reading whatever book (what did the other boy call them again? Mango or something?) Kazuki had on hand. There's a slow blink, but no blush. He's heard worse things. Far worse things.

Not...that he'd tell the others, of course.

At the talk of aprons and skirts, Daniel looks down at himself in consideration. If it came down to it, he'd probably look alright if he wore a dress. His hair was certainly long enough to pass for a short haired girl and he should really probably stop thinking about that before he does actually end up in one.

"Yeah everything's fine. just my brother got in trouble, and i will and thanks for covering, i'll be 15 minutes tops"
he smiled and waved goodbye,he put his head phones on and started jogging to the school, He kept replaying lion from his favorite band hollywood undead, it was like an addiction, 5 minutes later he approaches the school, he walks to the door and buzzes it,he waits for the person to let him in, A women opens the door and allowing him to come in,

He walks in and looks at his old schools office "Haven't been here in while, it's gotten bigger" he smiled as he told the women "it's been a while, now lets talk about your brother" the smile slowly deminished as he heard the women say that "He's usually good, what happened?" he leaned on the wall "Well attacked a kid on the school ground" his eyes went huge as he heard her say that "Oh my,i'll have a talk with him" the women shook her head, and used the announcement to call him down

The boy walks down and notice's his brother, Kuri runs and hugs his legs,"Lets go, thank you for calling" they both walk out and Kiyoshi holds Kuri's hand,"So what happened, Why would you beat up a kid on the school ground!?"
Kiyoshi asked as he walked with him,"I,uh, don't wanna talk about it" the boys voice was sweet and innocent, He tries to avoid the conversation "You need to tell me,if you do, then i won't tell mom" the young boy sighed and had to confess "Well a kid kept talking about our dad, And said was a piece of shit,so i punched him, several times,in the face" Kiyoshi was shocked, that makes way more sense, he stops and kneels at him "I know how you feel, I miss dad too,You know mom is barely here, But me and you have to stick together, i love you come here" the boy launched into a hug, holding Kiyoshi's jacket, crying into his shoulder

As the others converse with each other, Kazuki kept quiet, not really listening to them since he's listening to music at full volume and he was reading. Plus, he was so into the chapter he was now at; Kaneki, Banjou and a few other ghouls were running away from the Aogiri hideout. The next page showed Touka, whom Kazuki secretly admire. "Touka-chan is so cute~" he giggled to himself, his face was slightly red as he tried not to break out a grin.

The part he was at was getting interesting until he felt the manga being pulled out of his grasp by Rai. Hearing what Rai said, Kazuki blushed heavily. No way in the world would he read porn. Ever. It's like, betraying his waifu. Kazuki lowered his headphones to his neck, looking up at the taller male, pushing up his glasses as he furrowed his eyebrows in an attempt to glare at Rai. "It's Tokyo Ghoul and I-I'd never bring such a thing! That's like betraying Kyouko-chan!" Immediately after he said her name, he covered his mouth. "You did not hear that!"

He reached his hand towards the book, his voice coming out like a whiny, yet deep, child, "Gimme back the book, Raaiii~ I can't live without my daily dose~"

If he had to climb the male, he would. That's unless if he didn't give it back. But, he would, Kazuki knew he would. He looked over to Grayson, who apparently heard what Rai said. Now, Kazuki's face was flushed red. He shook his hands in front of him, as well as shaking his head while chanting, "No, no no!! I'm not reading that kind of stuff! I'm not like that!~"

Huffing, he gave up. He decided that he should just find out what in the world would be happening during the Cultural Festival. He greeted Shichi with a wave and a "Ohayo~". Hearing what Jacie said, Kazuki's eyes widened, he said, "So, it's confirmed that we're all gonna wear skirts?!" This was bad. His sister was going to come and see him. Sure, it'll be an embarrassment, he knows for sure he might look weird in a skirt but "For the class!" is what Kazuki would tell himself all the time.

"I forgot to mention my sister's coming after her school ends..." he added, "hopefully she doesn't bring her friends. That girl's only coming to see boys, not me!"

Watching as Raiden teased Kazuki on his book while avoiding him at the same time, Kenji couldn't help the silent laughter as he watched the two of them. Everyone seemed so excited about the festival, that he couldn't say the same for himself. He had to find someone to look after his siblings before the festival preparations began, so that he could help out instead of running off to pick them up. Backing away from the group for a moment, he sat his bag down on the group next to him rummaging through it to find something that was useful in his everyday life. Finding the item that he was looking for, Kenji pulls out a tablet that he used to communicate on a daily basis with anyone.

Zipping his bag up and pulling it back onto his shoulder, he began to use his finger on write down something that he wanted say.

"Raiden, why are you avoiding me?"

He asked with a smiley face at the end of it, already knowing why, but he couldn't help teasing his classmate when the opportunity presented itself. Then he suddenly remembered something else that he wanted to ask the group as a whole. Quickly erasing what he had down already, he then moved to the middle of the group as he wrote a question that he would help him before he forgot. Kenji was the type who would always worry and take care of everyone in the group. Finally squeezing himself through everyone, he placed the tablet in the middle of everyone with a simple question on it.

"Does anyone one want a lunch made for them on that day? I know we will be busy with a lot and not everyone will be free to wander the school. If so, please text me and I will make you a lunch."

Kenji always took time out of his days to make food for those who wanted something or for a special occasion. He didn't mind it when his friends took advantage of his cooking and baking abilities, it gave him a constant chance to practice new recipes.

Kano laughed slightly as jacie talked about skirts and such. He wasn't really all that keen on wearing a dress and hoped that there would be some suits in there aswell. "I think this is going to be awesome. I mean, who wouldn't want to come to a stand where all the guys are either cross dressing or wearing suits. Girls will be running to our stand" He said confidently. Although he wasn't exactly excited for the whole dressing up part, he had never been a fan of getting all dressed up, he would be with friends which helped and made it more fun.

Kano nodded an hello to Shichi. He had watched him almost fall and sighed "Let's try not to die beofre the festivel actually starts shall we?" He said with a small grin. He said goodbye to Kiyoshi before turning back to the group. "So when are we going inside?" He asked glancing at the time.

Jay had kind of zoned out after giving Jacie his list of video game recommendations. The talk shifted over mostly to chat about maid skirts and dresses for the cafe, but Jay was far more concerned about the date auction coming in the next hour or so. In Jay's mind, his ideal date was something most girls would probably hate. Knowing that, he knew he would probably be drug into something he'd dislike. Well, that was making the assumption that someone would actually buy a date with him. Jay knew there were other boys the girls would probably want to pursue, such as Grayson, so they'd probably not waste time and effort bidding on him when they'd need it for the others.

Frowning, Jay shook his head as he tried brightening himself from the dim mood he'd created. Hearing Kano's question, Jay took it as a chance to get inside and distract himself from wallowing in his mind. "If you wanna head inside, I can go with you, Kano." He offers, smiling at the male warmly. It was getting a little cold to Jay anyways, but he really didn't want to go inside on his own like he normally would.

Kano glanced up at Jay and smiled. "Yeah, that sounds good." He said, glad that someone else wanted to go in as well. He pulled his coat closer to himself before glancing back at Jay, "We can start setting up the seats for the cafe?" Kano was more thinking of the fact that it would give him the opportunity to grab one of the suits since he would be one the first on there. Plus setting up without too much noise would be nice.

Returning the smile from Kano, Jay agreed. "Sure, sounds fine with me. At least we'll be doing something useful!" He chirps, ready to go busy himself. Looking to the rest of the group standing around, Jay bids a general farewell to them. They seemed to be busy with each other though, so Jay didn't stand there waiting for a response to his farewell. Turning back to an approaching Kano, Jay offered a final smile to him. "Alright, ready?" He asks, stopping to stand next to the other male as a few other students started rolling in, a few stopping and observing the group of guys before going on their way again.

After talking with Kuri, he stood up and took his phone out of his pocket, "Oh no 5 minutes till it starts" he thought to himself, he couldn't bring him home because he had no adult supervision, and he couldn't watch him because he needed to go to the festival, than he got an idea "Kuri wanna go to the school festival" he turned to the little boy "Okay yeah" he can tell Kuri was holding back the excitement, He smiled and started running, "Wait i can't run fast" the boy plead as he stopped catching his breath "Okay one second" he took his phone out of his pocket and started a text.

He turned the phone off and put it back in his pocket, then walked back to Kuri
"You sure you can't run?" He didn't really want to pick him up and bring him "Yeah, i have short legs" the boy make a big smile,'who can say no to those dimples' he turns and kneels, the boy jumps on his back and held onto him and Kiyoshi boost him up more where their heads met "Ready" The boy had the same smile and nodded and kiyoshi ran

Kano nodded and said goodbye to the group aswell before turning to Jamie, "Yep, I'm ready" He said and glanced at the kids filtering into the school. He didn't really know what the other classes were doing in the school but he doubted they were as good ideas as the ones he was participating in. He checked his phone at the buzz of a new text and shrugged, he would see Kiyo later. He looked back at Jay and grinned "Ok, lets head in!" he said and then walked towards the school, assuming that Jay was following him. He walked over to the door and opened, feeling the warmness of the school hit him.

The fellow pack he knew and somewhat loved was already huddled together at the front of the entrance. Adam was usually one to overhear the conversation, maybe chuckle maybe not. The majority of the time he states his own opinion, at times out of context. After Kiyoshi had ventured off to his brother's school, the uproar of Raiden had begun. It was usually him that would cause such a ruckus. At a positive point it livens the group up, but such as anyone else there are negatives.

Adam took out his phone to play some games, while they wait at least. He was playing The Battle Cats, he didn't give himself a reason not to. While playing though, he was actively listening to everyone's conversation. Raiden pointed out the merrily married couple, known was Grayson and Daryl. Peeking his head up from the phone, he noticed they were sharing a scarf together. They were already a couple in the making - well in the rumors... Then Kazuki was supposedly reading smut... If someone were to question the group's behavior he'd most likely say something like this somewhere along those lines,
"We're a rather interesting group.... it's fun trust me." It seemed the rowdy bunch had finally joined together, seeing even James had made his apperance.

Skirts, skirts, skirts... It's all he ever heard from the boys. Like seriously do you really want to dress yourself up in girl's clothing? "I mean it's okay and all but don't make it to a point where all the boys have to wear skirts and it becomes a gender bend thing!" James wanted it, Jacie wanted it, and Kazuki just blurted it out. Opening his big mouth, he corrected him before it would be too late, "No... Kazuki I'm pretty sure at least some guys can wear the suits. Personally, I'd rather not.." The volume of his voice descended through each word until there was nothing from him. "We don't all need skirts... right? Who's with me?" Adam glanced around the group, hoping someone would agree with him. His foot was tapping rather impatiently on the ground, he crossed his arms as if taking a defensive side. Men in skirts would scare away people wouldn't it... He was considering his points as if he was about to go to court to save his life -- all because of a skirt.

Mood: Tough crowd

Jamie huffed a frozen breath and sat on the cold asphalt, busy putting on the shoes he had previously dropped. He stood and offered the group a smile while he put on his windbreaker, watching them as they carried on with conversations and such. Their cheeks and noses all pinched with faint rosiness, and he noticed how they all struggled for warmth. Jamie barely got cold, as he was a walking furnace himself, but he couldn't notice how adorable they all looked. He shook the thoughts from his head, laughing at his own attractions.

"Anyways," Jamie began as he watched Kenji type out the words on his tablet. "I know I would want lunch. I'll give you a text later as a reminder," He finished, pulling out his phone to scroll through the messages from earlier. Jamie felt the numbness seeping in to his cheeks and his nose, and he frowned at how uncomfortable he was feeling in this cold weather.

All of a sudden, the all-quiet Adam blurted out about the wearing of skirts, and how he was opposed to the idea of the boys all wearing them. Jamie chuckled, each breath escaping in to a foggy cloud, then dissipating.

"Well considering I put in the effort of shaving my legs last night, I would rather wear a skirt with all of you crazies than wear a suit and not show of these fabulous works of art," Jamie said, motioning to his posed legs.

Jay turned to leave, hearing Jamie's comment about shaving just as he started leaving, which caused him to laugh before he could stop it. Hoping to not need to explain the sudden sound that shook his body, Jay hurried after Kano, his large smile still lingering. "Why thank you." He states dramatically, waltzing through the open door.

Once inside the warmer school, Jay turned and held the door for Kano, pulling the zipper of his jacket down. "C'mon in buddy, we got work to do." He says, sighing as he thought off all the tables and chairs to set up. He knew there was also lots of work waiting for him with the play that night, working music and lighting, but that could be a concern later once the date auction and maid cafe deal was done.

Thoughts: This kid is stronger than he looks @.@
Yea the idea of skirts was rampant, and he was pretty happy that he had packed his own costume. If the option was left up to the girls, he wasn't sure what they would find themselves in. Shichi chuckled softly and returned Jacie's hug with a smile, saying, "Alright, alright, I promise I'm okay. It was just a small mishap on my part." Once settled onto the ground again, he was quick to reassure Grayson of his okayness as well. The gentle giant was always being so kind and concerned for everyone that it made him feel guilty to worry him. The brunette took a look at his group of friends and shook his head with amusement. The antics they got into was almost worthy of a television show, but he loved them all just for their unique personalities if nothing else.

Hearing Adam's comment as he leaned down to replace his skates with his regular shoes, he raised his hand and responded, "Hear, hear. I'm with you." Sure, if they wanted to wear one then that was all good and well, but he for one was not about to be lumped into the mix of skirt wearing. it just wasn't his thing, plus it'd be a shame not to get to show off. Jamie had the right idea, "I think I look pretty dapper in a suit. The girls won't even notice the skirts once they get a load of me!" He laughed stroking a pose of his own that just screamed "Oh my, he's dashing!"

Kenji's lunch proposal got his attention soon after. There was just so much going on that it was hard to keep with all the conversation! At least he could pick out the parts he liked though. Like food. He really liked food, "Oh, oh I want one Ken!" It was always a treat to get to eat his quiet friends food. He told him all the time that he should become a chef when he grew up. It was only fair for the world to get to taste the talented mute's cooking. Sharing the love was important. As soon as he finished changing out his kicks, he had just enough time to wonder where Kiyoshi had gotten off to before his phone buzzed and answered his question. He churned out a reply while everyone was talking.

Thoughts: I think I love you, Kenji

"Of course not all of us are going to be wearing skirts, not everyone shaved their legs; also we were assigned our clothes yesterday." Jacie pointed out when he heard Adam, he stayed closed to Shichi as he felt chilly; he lightly leaned against him even when they started walking. "I'm most likely going to have to wear one because I forgot to sign up for a suit, but that's fine; I'm alright with it. It isn't the first time I've had to wear once for the sake of entertainment, and I'm sure it won't be the last." Jacie softly laughed.
Jacie looked at his friend before pretended to swoon even with the hand to his forehead. "Svo glæsilegur, Shichi~" He said as he fanned himself. "Oh, please stop being so handsome, it hurts too good." Jacie held onto Shichi's arm and fluttered his lashes at him as he looked up at the slightly taller boy, making a big show out of it.
He finally pulled away laughing as he realized they were inside, he looked around and pulled off his scarf. They had work to do, he looked back at Shichi who at this point was his new partner in crime. "Let's start setting things up, better to start with that before getting into costume."
But his thoughts were derailed when he heard something about food, that was when he remembered Kenji making lunches. He looked around for their awesome friend and waved at him before quickly going over to him. "I want a lunch Kenji, in return I'll make you something as well." He said before hugging him and looking up at him, Kenji was quiet but he was pretty awesome; Jacie thought for a moment before grinning and signing 'Thank you'.

Thoughts: Damn, Jacie's too kawaii!
"Now Jacie, you know you can't turn off handsome." Shichi grinned down at the blond feeling happy for the cold weather since he could blame his blush on it. Just another reason why he loved Winter that he could add to the list. Surely it would go away when they made it inside the building where it should have been warmer. As soon as they passed the front doors, he was pulling off his jacket. His body temperature could change from hot to cold in a flash, and he'd rather normalize it himself before anything happened. Sweat was gross. The only time he tolerated it was at tennis practice.

He made his way toward the classroom that had been assigned to be used for the cafe and sighed as soon as he got there. Thankfully it was on the first floor. They would need all the extra time they could get. The teachers really wanted the students to take charge on this one, apparently. The classroom was hardly prepared at all save for the posters and decorations they had put up the day before to try and speed up the preparations. Tables needed to be brought in and placed along with chairs. The desks were still in line! "Geez, they could have at least gave us a little of a head start. No wonder they told us to come in early specifically..." He grumbled softly under his breath. He was going to need working music for this.

The short one headed off toward Kenji, he grinned good-naturedly, "I'm just gonna start setting up chairs, okay Jacie?" He had seen Kano and Jay make their ways inside a bit ago, so he assumed they were around somewhere doing much the same thing. The day had begun and it was only going to pick up as more people arrived and came inside. "No time to waste!" Clapping his hands together with a smile, he pulled out his ipod, set it to shuffle, and made sure the volume was low enough in case someone needed him before starting out moving the desks to go into the storage room. The fact that he danced while he worked was something he'd stopped noticing long ago.

Kano grinned and walked in. "Lets head over to the room ok?" He said and walked in, he saw some of the others guys already there which suprised him but he shrugged. "Ok, I'm going to go get some of the tables so we can put them out and then put the tableclothes on them." He said glancing around. The school hadn't exactly helped in any way around here, not doing anything but he supposed that was the point of the festivel, it was all done by students for students. He shrugged and took off his coat and scarf, putting it to the side. He stretched slightly then turned to Jay, "Wanna help me? Because otherwise these tables will take much longer then they should" He said with a smile.

Kano walked back to the storage room that was already open because of how Shichi was using it to put the desks. Sure, the tables weren't much bigger then the desks but they looked different under a table cloth then actual tables. Kano should know, he was the one who went around testing different tables with different table cloths. Plus, there were less tables then chairs which was nice. Most of them were already out of storage place, to make it easier but he still needed to grab one more. He pulled it out until it was in the hallway with the others and turned back to Jay.

(( This isn't allowed to die ;~; ))

Jay smiled and nodded, agreeing happily to help Kano setting up. Following to the storage room, he noted the similarities between tables and desks as he pulled his jacket off. "Which end should I take?" He asks, looking to Kano curiously. Pushing up his glasses, Jay looked at the table, hoping it wasn't too heavy for him and Kano to carry along. It'd be embarrassing to need help, really.

Kano glanced up and shrugged, "Depends, do you wanna lead or be lead?" He said mentally laughing at how that could be taken. He looked around, it looked like most classes were setting up which probably meant they didn't have a whole lot of time.He rolled up his sleeves slightly and put his hands on the table. "Ok, i think the easiest place to put this is right in the middle of the room and we can then put other tables around that...sound good?" he said

Hugging the younger male back, Kenji thought to himself as to what he'd like in return if he was going to back a lunch for Jacie. Erasing his previous question, he then began to write up something else. It wasn't anything big, but it was just a nice small return that he would appreciate. It wasn't often that Kenji asked for the help of his friends, but because he knew that Jacie excelled in this area, he was the best person to ask.

"I am looking for a stuffed animals for the twins, please help me find one for both of them when you are free."

He waited for the others response, when he realized what everyone was talking about. The festival was all anyone could talk about, but that put him on edge. Kenji would rather cook for the cafe then dress like one, but knowing those who will be there put in him in a difficult position because they'd force him into one. Yet there was one advantage to the festival, the date auction. And the only person he was willing to pay for was Raiden because he knew that he could use him like he did on a daily basis but even more so if he won the overall bidding. Although Raiden hated being physical, Kenji knew that he could never be mean to his younger siblings, even Raiden had a weakness for children.

Realizing what time it was, Kenji gestured to Raiden to hurry up so that they could get to class and so that they could go over what he was wear for the auction to make him look more attractive to the audience who will be there.

"See you later, Jacie. I have to get this troublemaker to class or else he'll come up with an excuse to miss."
