not really the thing that disturbs me is the people still alive that could use that as a free pass to do bad things. i figure i will find out once and for all when im gone but why worry until then i am a good person so it shouldnt be a problem. but then again i dont want the whole heaven hell thing because that has to many issues also.

The generally accepted theory is that there will be none. The universe will continue to expand even after all the matter in it has faded away and it becomes a vast empty expanse.

So, kind of a depressing end of the world, but eh, science.
