Otelia didn't object. She wasn't smiling and she didn't look at all cowed by the information that everyone was gone but them and one other. There was an odd expression of cold determination in her eyes. She was not very happy with this situation. They'd been having so much fun. What was this all about?
Together, the four of them made it to the roof. There was indeed someone waiting for them, arms behind their back.
