William Lucas, red
William Lucas, red
Name William Lucas Payne, Prefers Luke
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Rank: Rogue
Appearance:
Luke has sandy blonde hair that he prefers to keep trimmed. Standing at roughly 6'3 Luke towers above most people. Luke almost never works out, yet his previous employment kept him fit and active; as a result Luke has developed a healthy 156lbs of muscle.

Luke's wolf form is very much the same as his human form. Slight differences are that he is larger then most of his canine cousins. A savage nature combined with his size and speed makes for a deadly combination.

Wolf

Personality: Luke in truth is not a sympathetic person. Even before his affliction Luke kept mostly to himself. Apart from his brothers, Luke remained friendless through life. Luke values hard work and dedicated his time to his job. Along with a coupled sense of vanity and apathy Luke see's friends as a unnecessary burden. During the day hours Luke becomes almost pacified, and allows this time to reflect on the previous nights events. At night, when he changes; Luke becomes more savage in nature. His one thought is that of flesh and blood.

History: Luke was born into an uneducated and poverty stricken family. His father was a laborer and mother a nurse. He has two other brothers who share common opinions and nature. Luke was the eldest brother and thus it was his role to protect his younger siblings, and he did so religiously. Luke stayed in school long enough to graduate and from there his loves of mechanics sent him to work for the local shop. His younger brothers soon joined him there as well. Together they maintained the vehicles that pulled into the garage for repairs. Luke was not without his faults, a gabbling addiction caused him to quickly fall into debt with the wrong crowed. When they came to collect and Luke had no money to give them they crippled him as payment. Near beaten to death Luke awoke a few days later in the hospital paralyzed from the waist down.

His two brothers then took it upon themselves to look after their older brother. Together they vowed that they would do whatever it took to pay for his care. Quickly the brothers discovered that between them they could not earn enough honestly to pay for Luke's bills and care. For extra income they began to sell drugs to the local truckers who would pass into town. This lead into more complications and heartache. One brother overdosed and fell into a coma. The other suffered terrible burns from a freak gas fire. Disfigured and scarred youngest brother would never explain how he was doused in gas and set afire. Months later a government program qualified the three brothers for a new drug that was apparently a cure all. Despite Luke's skepticism the drug did work. Luke regained the use of his legs, his brother awoke from his coma, and the other began to regrow cells from his burnt flesh.

The price for the miracle drug came with a price however. In return for their health the government had threatened them to do their dirty work for them. Telling them that the cure for their afflictions was only temporary, they would need to keep ingesting more of the drug in order for them to maintain their health. Luke and his brothers would from now on be the dogs the government and in exchange for their service would be given a steady supply of the mystery drug. In truth the drug had did its job and the pills they were ingesting now were simply placebos. Fear of returning to their crippled bodies forced them to hunt down others like them. Luke has become very attached to his new job, and performs it to the best of his abilities. Because of Luke, nearly a dozen of his kind have been taken or killed by his own hands. Now Luke is on the trail of a pack hiding out in the woods near a populated town.

Past Disease/Illness: Paralyzed from the waist down.

Other: Nothing at the moment.

Will This Character Eventually Die?: Anything is possible.

I didn't realize it until now but I named my character after my nephew. XD

Personality
Dallas has a sweet heart to those who had done him no harm. He gets angry easily and will not hesitate to make you regret your acts. He's understanding and will be the one to step up if you need help and protect you. Dallas is as loyal as a dog with the attitude of a cat, he can hold grudges like it was his job and will often act on them. Coming off as harsh or cold, Dallas has a heart of diamond, hard to break for the ones he cares for. Dallas is an introvert, he keeps to himself and won't speak his feelings or show them easily to anyone. His most common emotion to be shown is anger and his playfulness. Dallas knows no thing as trust, he finds it hard to come by and even a myth. But he will learn to trust if the other gives in first. The border between being a lover and a fighter is a loose bridge in the middle of an earthquake, it will break and he could be unstable. Despite the wall he has built around himself, he tries to be caring for others not just his loved ones.
History
Dallas doesn't remember much of his childhood, only the important parts involving his sister, Emma. Dallas took care of himself throughout high school, his parents having died when he was 14 years old, Emma was 9 at the time. His father had gotten into a car accident coming home from work one night, hit by a Semi truck filled with Cement. Dallas's mother had tried to live without their father for a year, she was unable to handle it, their father being the glue that kept the family together. Their mother never got along with them and spaced herself from her children when her husband died, the mother took her own life, bullet to the head. Emma lived with their Aunt Teresa while Dallas lived with a few Italian hitmen. How he met them was uncertain, only that he would act as a body guard while the older men did deals of Heroin sales. He was weak, having no upper body strength to carry the boxes of baby food the men used as containers for the drug.

Dallas was sent to a full ride military school in Russia, where he came back with a four pack and slightly defined arms. Italians were big into boxing, and were in hopes that they could retire from the drugs with Dallas making millions by boxing seeing as the boy had a knack for hitting things. This is when Dallas met Connor and the two became thick as thieves. Best friends and even brothers by bond. As they got older, Connor and Emma hit it off and started Dating, while Dallas became April's best male friend, even having a few episodes at parties. They had always had a fling.

Dallas was out one night, just got done from training with Connor and was headed home. He had stopped by a pharmacy to pick up his sisters migraine medicine when a few men were sharing a new pill, claiming it could cure anything. Dallas didn't believe it and headed to his old Italian men. Months later the drug he had denied was booming, people with lost limbs and cancer were cured within weeks. Dallas had left Aprils house when he was mistaken for someone else and shot inches from his heart by gang members. He was taken to the hospital and stayed for a year. April had taken the pills for her disease and visited often on her way to work. While Connor, never showed once.

Within weeks of April's vanishment from his life, Dallas was injected with a crushed up version of the pill in his IV, the doctors claiming it was the only way to keep him alive. It took an hour, and Dallas was back on his feet. However, Dallas wanted revenge on getting shot, he intended to injure the men who shot him in cold blood. His first transformation was later that night when he had made it back to that similar alley way, The apartment on the right side above his head was playing April's favorite song. His vision went black, next thing he knew, he was outside a local cabin in the forest, the smell of rust and metal hung in the air. His body was gone and changed, his fur caked with blood and his mouth dripping with it. He washed himself in the river when he was able to turn human and found his way back into town, he wanted to see his sister and Connor since they were living together.

Dallas was met with his sister's body being observed by FBI and police and Connor no where to be seen. Police said it was an animal attack, and Dallas remembered Connor having cancer. Then it fit. Dallas knew Connor had killed his only family left and he was determined to kill Connor. His next move is to follow Connor's scent and find this so called 'Wolf Sanctuary"

ACK! I was hoping Amy and Eden would escort Rory to the sanctuary....and explain to the entire pack as one....instead of to each individual member.

I will post later today, I have to get to class.

I'll change my post then. Just ignore it and pretend he wasn't there.

The thing is, I like the fact that Connor showed up. Maybe they can all tail after Eden and Zephyr.

I should have learned by now that group roleplays you can't always have a plan for your character and expect it to go exactly like it :P

Alright, I love the new characters and I am replying with Eden. Can't do much with Ren and Skylar till something occurs.

I'm hoping that Eden suggests that Zephyr ask Amy and Rory (and Connor) to come talk to the alpha with him after all. He's not so sure of what to do in this situation, actually.

I believe that is what they are going to do anyways, to get the Alpha's approval about Rory.

Aye, Amy and others tend to follow so I didn't suggest anything.

Yes, Amy, Rory and Connor are going to try and catch up with them. Since Rory's hurt, I'm going to have him on Amy's back. Even though it's mroe than a little less dignifying. But she cares more about her husband than her dignity :P
