Should I just assume that the majority of people have either lost interest or are unable to post in Elfen Lied?

And I'm here just being a dormant RP'r. (Has been waiting to see who else will post so I don't interfere with amazing plans.)
 
I'm trying to come up with a reason for the Dolphin to go further inland to a certain Diclonius with a VW bus.
 
Nothing wrong with plot but with people off doing their own things, not much for me to pull inspiration from. I think we should spend some more time discussing plot vs. being super special awesome.
